Claims (7)
- 【权利要求1】一种塑胶件立体花纹的成型方法,包括以下步骤:提供一模内装饰成型用的模具,所述模具设有模穴;提供一薄膜,所述薄膜上设有转印层,所述转印层设有具立体感的花纹;将所述转印层与所述模具的模穴对应位置相贴合;向所述模具的模穴***胶形成成型件;及开模,使转印层贴合于成型件的表面,形成具有立体感花纹的塑胶件。
- 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的塑胶件立体花纹的成型方法,其特征在于:所述具立体感的花纹设置于所述转印层上背离薄膜的一面。
- 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的塑胶件立体花纹的成型方法,其特征在于:所述转印层的立体感花纹是由具立体感的油墨所形成,所述转印层在贴合于成型件的表面时,所述油墨位于所述成型件与所述转印层之间。
- 【权利要求4】如权利要求2所述的塑胶件立体花纹的成型方法,其特征在于:所述转印层的立体感花纹是在转印层的表面刻有立体花纹所形成,所述转印层贴合于成型件的表面时,所述立体花纹位于所述成型件与所述转印层之间。
- 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的塑胶件立体花纹的成型方法,其特征在于:所述将转印层与模具的模穴对应位置相贴合的步骤包括:将所述薄膜送入模具内;使所述薄膜与膜穴之间形成气密空间;和将气密空间抽真空,使所述薄模贴合在模穴内壁。
- 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的塑胶件立体花纹的成型方法,其特征在于:所述模具包括母模和公模,所述模穴开设于所述母模上,所述公模设有与所述模穴相应的配合部,所述配合部开设有射胶口。
- 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的塑胶件立体花纹的成型方法,其特征在于:所述母膜自具膜穴的一面至相对的另一面贯穿开设若干排气槽,所述排气槽用于排出所述母模与所述薄膜之间的气体,以使得所述薄膜与所述母模的模穴的内壁相对应贴合。
