Abstract

本发明涉及一种螺丝。
背景技术
现有螺丝的旋转件与螺纹杆是一体成型,只能共轴旋转,由于布局等原因,当配合的螺纹孔与该螺丝不共轴时,便无法使用,从而限制了现有螺丝的使用。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种其旋转件与螺纹杆可绕不同轴线旋转之螺丝。
一种螺丝,包括一旋转件、一螺纹杆及一连接该旋转件和该螺纹杆的联轴组件,该联轴组件包括相互连接的一第一万向联轴器和一第二万向联轴器,该第一万向联轴器连接该旋转件,该第二万向联轴器连接该螺纹杆。
该螺丝可将该旋转件的转动通过该联轴组件传递至该螺纹杆,且该螺纹杆与该旋转件可不共轴线,因此扩大了螺丝的应用范围。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2和图5,本发明螺丝100的较佳实施方式可用以将一盒体200锁固于一机座300,其包括一旋转件10、一联轴组件30,一螺纹杆20,一弹性元件40及一套筒50。
该旋转件10包括一作动部12及一杆部14,该作动部12一端设有可与螺丝刀配合的凹槽122,而该作动部12的另一端与该杆部14相连。
该联轴组件30包括两叉形件32和34、一中间轴35及两十字轴37。该中间轴35由两叉形件36和38一体成型组成。叉形件32和叉形件36通过一个十字轴37枢接而形成一第一万向连轴器。叉形件34和叉形件38通过另一个十字轴37枢接而形成一第二万向连轴器。该叉形件34的端面进一步设有一方形卡固孔342。在本实施方式中,该叉形件32的端面与该旋转件10的杆部14一体成型。可以理解,该叉形件32的端面与该旋转件10的杆部14也可采用铆接等方式进行连接。
可以理解,该第一、第二万向联轴器也可通过在其相邻的叉形件之间籍由常用的连接件进行连接。
该螺纹杆20包括一杆体24,该杆体24一端形成一直径稍大于该杆体24的螺纹部22,该杆体24另一形成一方形卡固部26,该卡固部26可卡固于该叉形件34的方形卡固孔342中。
在本实施方式中,该弹性元件40为一螺旋弹簧。
请一并参阅图4,该套筒50一端形成一接合部52,该套筒50沿其中心轴线设有一通孔54,该套筒50于该通孔54中部设一环状挡止部542,该环状挡止部542进一步形成一环状支撑部544。
请一并参阅图5,该盒体200包括一U形底座201、一隔板202、一上盖204及铆钉206。该隔板202连续弯折呈中间低两侧高的形状,其一侧较高的部分形成一支撑部205,其较低的部分与另一侧较高部分的弯折连接处形成一安装部203,该安装部203开设至少一固定孔2032,而该上盖204的折边设有开口208。该机座300设有收容该盒体200的容置空间302及一设置在该容置空间302内的折片上的螺纹孔304。
请一并参阅图1至图4,组装该螺丝100时,该螺纹杆20穿设于该套筒50的通孔54中,该螺纹部22挡止于该套筒50的环状支撑部544。再将该弹性元件40套设于该螺纹杆20的杆体24,而该螺纹杆20的卡固部26穿过该通孔54后卡固于该叉形件34的卡固孔342中,该弹性元件40的两端分别挡止于该叉形件34的端面及该套筒50的环状挡止部542。
请继续参阅图5,将该螺丝100组设于该盒体200,该螺丝100的套筒50的接合部52铆固于该隔板202的固定孔2032,再将该盒体200的上盖204盖合于该隔板202并通过该铆钉206固定在一起,该上盖204的开口208与该隔板202的固定孔2032不共轴线。该螺丝100的旋转件10穿设于该上盖204的开口208并置于该隔板206的支撑部205上。
该盒体200收容于该机座300的容置空间302,而该盒体200的固定孔2032正对该机座300的螺纹孔304,转动该旋转件10,该联轴组件30将转矩传递至该螺纹杆20,进而使该螺纹部22与该机座300的螺纹孔304螺合,而将该盒体200锁固于该机座300。
本发明螺丝100利用该联轴组件30连接该旋转件10和该螺纹杆20,将该旋转件10的转动传递至与其不共轴线的该螺纹杆20,扩大了螺丝的应用范围,提高了结构设计的灵活性。
Claims (7)
1.一种螺丝,包括一旋转件及一螺纹杆,其特征在于:该螺丝还包括一联轴组件及一套筒,该联轴组件包括相互连接的一第一万向联轴器和一第二万向联轴器,该第一万向联轴器连接该旋转件,该第二万向联轴器连接该螺纹杆,该套筒中设一供螺纹杆穿过的通孔,该套筒于该通孔中设有一环状挡止部,该环状挡止部进一步形成一环状支撑部,该螺纹杆的一端设有一螺纹部,该螺纹部可挡止于该环状支撑部而防止该螺纹杆滑出该套筒。
2.如权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在于:该第一、第二万向联轴器分别由两叉形件及一枢接该两叉形件的十字轴组成,该第一、第二万向联轴器的其中一叉形件相互连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的螺丝,其特征在于:该第一、第二万向联轴器相互连接的两叉形件是一体成型的。
4.如权利要求2所述的螺丝,其特征在于:该第一、第二万向联轴器相互连接的两叉形件是通过一连接件相互连接。
5.如权利要求2所述螺丝,其特征在于:该第一万向联轴器的另一叉形件与该旋转件一体成型。
6.如权利要求2所述螺丝,其特征在于:该螺纹杆的另一端设一卡固部,该第二万向联轴器的另一叉形件设有一卡合该卡固部的卡固孔,该螺纹杆的螺纹部靠近该卡固部的一端挡止于该套筒的环状支撑部。
7.如权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在于:该螺丝进一步包括一套设于该螺纹杆的弹性元件,该弹性元件两端分别挡止于该第二万向联轴器及该套筒的环状挡止部。
