技术领域
此发明涉及7-16型同轴凸缘式接收器。
背景技术
这类接收器之所以被叫做7-16型接收器是由于它们具有直径为7毫米的内部接触部和直径为16毫米的外部接触部,并且,它们被广泛用于电信设备上,以连接高频线路,而这种线路对信号损失和被动互调制(intermodulation)有着很严格的性能要求。
一般来说,这种凸缘接收器被作为双工(duplexer)滤波器的输入端/输出端安放在天线上,且更一般地,它们被安放在其它设备的构件上,所述构件配设在例如天线杆放大器(mast amplifier)、避雷器等这样的元件之间。
为了实现最大程度地减少互调制现象,常规的是,使用这样的接收器,所述接收器包括一个被加工的实心体,所述实心体具有外螺纹和紧固凸缘,所述紧固凸缘垂直于接收器的纵向轴地延伸,所述凸缘基本为正方形,并且有用来穿过紧固螺钉的四个孔。
这种接收器的优点是最小化连接区域,连接区域是产生互调制现象的根源,但是其缺点是昂贵、沉重并且安装困难。当被希望最小化互调制时,通过接合在凸缘的相应孔中的四个螺钉安装常规的接收器是困难的,因为需要在接触区域获得好的压力分配。
已有建议提出用较轻重量的合金代替常规使用的黄铜。这些合金是用锌或铝等作基础的。
上述问题基本同样存在,但是部件制造较为便宜,因为管状的主体能够通过在压力下的模制获得。其缺点是,很难保护接收器,并且它们对腐蚀敏感,这要求导体进行表面处理。
已有建议提出7-16型同轴的接收器,它包含两种材料的管状主 其凸缘由塑料材料制成,所述凸缘复合模制或压力配合在管状主体上,所述管状主体由黄铜制成。
这种解决方案没有解决与使用在凸缘的孔中接合的螺钉进行最后组装相关的问题。
此外,已发现,由于松驰现象,在使用中处于应力下的大量变形继续,这引起接触压力随着时间增加而减少。
发明内容
本发明寻求提供7-16型凸缘式接收器,其非常容易安装,能获得很好的互调制的性能,重量轻,但有着很好的抗腐蚀性,并且制造费用很低。
本发明提供的7-16型凸缘式接收器,其包括:管状主体,所述管状主体包括外螺纹和紧固凸缘,所述紧固凸缘垂直于所述主体的纵向轴线;和中心接触件,其安装在所述主体中,其间安置一绝缘体,所述接收器包括管状金属部件,所述管状金属部件形成***接触件,所述***接触件以紧配合的方式安装在所述主体的内壁中,并具有相对于所述内壁纵向移动的有限能力。
在上文中的术语“纵向移动的有限能力”在此发明中的意思是指作0.05毫米到1毫米的移动,其取决于在把所述接收器安装到设备构件期间或把插头***所述接收器时施加的轴向压力。
在本发明中,中心接触件和形成***接触件的金属管形部件优选地都由黄铜(brass)制成。
优选地,所述的主体是模制的塑料材料的单个部件。
有利地,所述的管状主体通过注射模制成型,所述的管状的主体是由塑料材料制成,所述塑料材料选自以下组类:聚芳酰胺(polyaryl-amides(PAAs))、聚酰胺-酰亚胺(polyamide-imides(PAIs))、聚苯硫醚(polyphenylene sulfides(PPSs));优选地,它们用纤维填充,所述纤维由玻璃、碳或可选地导电的金属材料制成。
在变型中,管状主体可以由金属、例如锌合金或铝合金制成,其已经进行防腐表面处理,特别是进行铬钝化处理。
在本发明中,在接收器在设备构件上安装就位之前,形成所述***接触件的管状金属部件被保持在主体中,其保持方式优选地通过少量的箝位(clamping),或通过夹紧固定,或所述管状主体朝向内壁的变形来实现。

具体实施方式
图中示出的凸缘式接收器包括:整体由标记1给出的管状主体;整体由标记2给出的黄铜制的管状金属部件,其被接纳在所述管状主体中且形成***基础(ground)接触部;中心的黄铜接触件3,其具有阳式接触端3a和阴式接触端3b;和绝缘体4,其间置在中心接触件3和***基础接触件2之间。 
管状主体1具有外螺纹5和凸缘6,凸缘6呈四方形,具有四个圆角部,在所述凸缘6的四个角部配设有孔7,用来让固定螺钉穿过(未示出)。 
在其内壁中,所述主体具有凹回(set-back)的支承表面8,其抵靠支承地接纳所述的形成***接触件2的环形凸状部(bead)9。 
本发明的接收器的管状主体1是用注射成型的PAA制成的。 
在一变型中,其可以用PAI或者PPS塑料材料制成。 
所用的塑料材料呈现出高度的硬度、低的蠕变度和与黄铜的膨胀系数接近的膨胀系数。 
在形成***接触件2的部件上的凸状部9和主体的面对的支承表面8之间的嵌合(interference)使得接收器的组成件在被安装到设备前得以保持在一起。形成所述***接触件的部件的小量滑动可能发生在通过施加紧固力作用来安装所述接收器期间,或者发生在将一插头紧固在接收器上时,并且,互调制的特征在不正确的安装的情况下不会改变。

Claims (4)

1.7-16型凸缘接收器,其包括:管状主体,所述管状主体包括外螺纹和紧固凸缘,所述紧固凸缘垂直于所述主体的纵向轴线;和中心接触件,其安装在所述主体中,其间安置一绝缘体;
所述接收器包括管状金属部件,所述管状金属部件形成***接触件,所述***接触件以紧配合的方式安装在所述主体的内壁中,并具有相对于所述内壁纵向移动的有限能力;
其中,形成所述***接触件的部件在其外部包括周向凸状体,所述周向凸状体嵌合地支靠着一支承表面,所述支承表面凹回地设置在所述主体的内壁中。
2.如权利要求1所述的接收器,其特征在于,所述的主体是模制的塑料材料的单个部件。
3.如权利要求2所述的接收器,其特征在于,所述的主体通过注射模制成型。
4.如权利要求2所述的接收器,其特征在于,所述的管状主体是由塑料材料制成,所述塑料材料选自以下组类:聚芳酰胺、聚酰胺-酰亚胺、聚亚苯基硫。
