Abstract

本发明公开了一种畜禽饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂由芦荟干粉0.05~0.5%、ALA酯类衍生物0.00001~0.002%、麦精35~50%和沸石粉为余量组成。本发明可促进禽畜生长,增进自体免疫力及抗应激;本发明还可改善畜禽产品品质,提高营养价值及延长货架期;此外,本发明提高了饲料利用率,有效降低了饲料成本。

Description

一种畜禽饲料添加剂
技术领域
本发明属于饲料添加剂,具体地说涉及一种畜禽饲料添加剂。
背景技术
在禽畜饲养中用中草药来代替常规的抗生素、促生长素和化学药物添加剂是最有前景的发展方向。中草药添加剂利用纯药用植物根、茎、叶和果实为原料,无毒副作用、禽畜体内无有害残留,符合生态食品和绿色食品的发展方向。同时中草药添加剂具有防病、治病、保健、促长、降低应激反应等一系列功效,有病治病,无病保健,充分体现出中药的双向调理作用。
芦荟中含有160多种化学成分,其中功能成分72种,如蒽醌类化合物、多糖、葡萄糖苷、脂质、有机酸、脲甘酸、多种酶、氨基酸、抗生素、皂角素、维生素等(金万志等.中草药,1989.30(2):151-153。Yamamotom等.Agri Bio Chem,1991.55:1627-1629.Nobuyukio等.J Chroma A,1996,746:225-231.中华人民共和国药典,2005),芦荟对畜禽生长、繁殖、抗病、泌乳、产毛、增茸等各方面均有明显促进作用,而且可以改善畜禽产品品质,提高饲料利用率,降低饲料成本(Rivasa等.Arian Disease,1985.32:1-8;熊佑清.芦荟.2002.北京:中国农业出版社;朱南顺.龙井:延边大学.2002;常志强.龙井:延边大学,2003;张敏等.家禽科学,2005.1:9-12.)。专利《一种芦荟饲料添加剂》(申请号:200410040839.4)公开了一种以芦荟为成分之一的饲料添加剂。目前饲料中芦荟添加剂存在的问题在于产品添加量大、剂型单一。
氨基乙酰丙酸(Aminolevulinic Acid,ALA)酯类衍生物在医学上可以作为新一代癌症光疗药物,在农业上可以作为选择性除草剂、杀虫剂和植物生长调节剂,可以促进植物生长,提高产量,增强抗逆性,改善果品品质等(Hotta Y等.Biosci Biotech Bioehem,1997.61:2025-2028;张一宾等.世界农药,2000.22(3):8-14;汪良驹等.植物生理学通讯,2003.39(3):185-192);专利《猪生长促进剂和猪生长促进方法》(申请号:02815204.2)公开了ALA在促进家畜、家禽的生长上的应用。目前ALA在家畜上应用存在的问题是:ALA酯类衍生物的摄入依赖于膜转运机制的活化,且不同转运***的成分对ALA酯类衍生物等前体药物的转运具有特异性,而ALA酯类衍生物的细胞选择性不高,需要利用更亲脂的某些细胞外介质,来增强细胞的选择性,提高ALA酯类及其衍生物的吸收。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种禽畜饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂可促进禽畜生长、改善畜禽产品品质、提高饲料利用率、降低饲料成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种畜禽饲料添加剂,其组成成分及重量百分比为:芦荟干粉0.05~0.5%、ALA酯类衍生物0.00001~0.002%、麦精35~50%、沸石粉为余量。
上述饲料添加剂中所述芦荟干粉的重量百分比优选为0.05~0.3%,更优选为0.1~0.2%。
上述饲料添加剂中所述ALA酯类衍生物的重量百分比优选为0.00001~0.001%;
上述饲料添加剂的制备方法:将芦荟干粉、ALA酯类衍生物、麦精及沸石粉按比例称取,然后混和均匀即制得本发明产品。
上述饲料添加剂的使用方法,按照0.1~0.6%的重量百分比将上述饲料添加剂加入到禽畜饲料中混合均匀即可。
上述饲料添加剂中所述芦荟干粉可自市场上购买。如云南元江万绿生物(集团)有限公司生产的芦荟干粉。
上述饲料添加剂中所述的ALA酯类衍生物可以是粉末、液态或是包含氨基乙酰丙酸的发酵产物等形式,可自市场上购买。如sigma生产的粉末状的ALA酯类衍生物。
上述饲料添加剂中所述的麦精可以是固体麦精化合物,可自市场上购买,如云南元江万绿生物(集团)有限公司生产的固体麦精化合物。麦精的主要作用是提升口感、增加香气、持久留香、优化成色、增加脆感、提高营养价值、延长货架期、形成独有风格等作用。
上述饲料添加剂中沸石粉的作用是具有高效的吸收性能,有吸附肠胃内某些细菌,抑制某些病原菌生长发育的可能性,从而改善肠胃的工作条件,保护肠胃的生理功能。此外沸石粉可能具有多种生物酶的催化作用,能促进机体对有机饲料的吸收,提高各种饲料的营养价值。如云南元江万绿生物(集团)有限公司生产的沸石粉。
上述禽畜饲料添加剂可在禽畜的任何生长阶段使用。但就幼龄畜禽而言,幼龄阶段的使用效果显著;对于种畜禽而言,在妊娠、泌乳、产蛋阶段可有效的对种畜禽进行健康管理和有效促进后期生长繁殖。
本发明利用可能存在的如下反应机理:芦荟干粉活性成分中的蒽醌类化合物或有机酸具有亲脂的某些细胞外介质,能活化ALA酯类衍生物摄入的膜转运机制,且对ALA酯类衍生物前体药物的转运具有特异性,从而增强细胞的选择性,提高ALA及其衍生物的吸收,进而提高家畜的新陈代谢,增进自体免疫力及抗应激等效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:(1)本发明可促进禽畜生长,提高家畜的新陈代谢,增进自体免疫力及抗应激;(2)本发明改善畜禽产品品质,提高营养价值及延长货架期;(3)本发明提高了饲料利用率,有效降低饲料成本。

具体实施方式
以下基于实施例来对本发明作进一步的说明,但不对本发明构成任何限制。
制备实施例1
按照如下比例称取芦荟干粉(购至云南元江万绿生物(集团)有限公司)0.2%、ALA酯类衍生物(购至sigma公司)0.0001%、麦精(购至云南元江万绿生物(集团)有限公司)35%、沸石粉(购至云南元江万绿生物(集团)有限公司)为余量,然后将它们放入搅拌器中进行充分搅拌混合,即制得本发明禽畜饲料添加剂。
试验实施例1
蛋鸡产蛋率比较试验
对照组饲料:现行普通配合蛋鸡料,其原料成分及重量百分比为:玉米62.00%,大豆粕18.35%,玉米蛋白粉3.5%,菜籽粕8.45%,羽毛粉0.7%,石粉6.1%,盐0.35%,矿物质预混料0.12%,维生素预混料0.15%,蛋氨酸0.23%,苏氨酸0.05%。将上述物料按照比例称取后再放入搅拌器中进行充分搅拌混合即可。
试验组饲料:现行普通配合蛋鸡料,将制备实施例1制备的饲料添加剂按照0.3%的比例加入到上述配合蛋鸡料中混合均匀即可。
试验材料及方法:试验分组:选用1000只蛋鸡,随机分成2个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复100只。
饲养管理及疾病防治:各种饲养管理及疾病防治按《蛋鸡饲养手册》(中国农业大学出版社,2000.1)提供的方法进行,笼养,每笼2只。从6月喂至9月,分别测定6、7、8、9月四个月份的产蛋率,产蛋率计算公式为:饲养日产蛋率(%)=统计期内的总产蛋数/实际饲养日母鸡只数的累加数×100。

结果(见表1)试验组比对照组蛋鸡产蛋率高6.73%~7.11%,说明本发明畜禽饲料添加剂显著促进了产蛋率的提高。
试验实施例2
鸡蛋重量增长试验
对照组饲料:现行常规配合蛋鸡料,其原料成分及重量百分比为:玉米62.0%,大豆粕18.35%,玉米蛋白粉3.5%,菜籽粕8.45%,羽毛粉0.7%,石粉6.1%,盐0.35%,矿物质预混料0.12%,维生素预混料0.15%,蛋氨酸0.23%,苏氨酸0.05%。将上述物料按照比例称取后再放入搅拌器中进行充分搅拌混合即可。
试验组饲料:现行常规配合蛋鸡料,将制备实施例1制备的饲料添加剂按照0.3%的加入到配合蛋鸡料中混合均匀即可。
试验材料及方法:试验分组:选用1000只蛋鸡,随机分成2个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复100只。
饲养管理及疾病防治:各种饲养管理及疾病防治按《蛋鸡饲养手册》(中国农业大学出版社,2000.1)提供的技术要求进行,笼养,每笼2只。饲喂期从6月喂至9月,每月月底分别从每个处理中挑选出50个鸡蛋,测量重量,换算成平均值。

结果(见表2)试验组比对照组的蛋重量提高了4.8%~6.7%,说明本发明畜禽饲料添加剂明显促进蛋重量的提高。
试验实施例3
破蛋率比较试验
对照组饲料:按照如下比例配制常规配合蛋鸡料:玉米62.00%,大豆粕18.35%,玉米蛋白粉3.5%,菜籽粕8.45%,羽毛粉0.7%,石粉6.1%,盐0.35%,矿物质预混料0.12%,维生素预混料0.15%,蛋氨酸0.23%,苏氨酸0.05%。将上述物料按比例称取后再放入搅拌器中进行充分搅拌混合即可。
试验组饲料:向上述对照组的常规配合蛋鸡料中加入0.3%制备实施例1配制的禽畜饲料添加剂,混和均匀即可。
试验材料及方法:试验分组:选用1000只蛋鸡,随机分成2个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复100只。
饲养管理及疾病防治:各种饲养管理及疾病防治按《蛋鸡饲养手册》(中国农业大学出版社,2000.1)提供的技术要求进行,笼养,每笼2只。饲喂期从6月喂至9月,每月月底分别从每个处理中随机挑选出10个鸡蛋测定测量蛋品质,送由北京市营养源研究所分析室测定。

结果(见表3)试验组比对照组鸡蛋的破蛋率显著降低,说明本发明饲料添加剂对提高鸡蛋品质有显著作用,提高了鸡蛋的商品性。
试验实施例4
奶牛产奶量对比试验
对照组饲料:按照如下组分及重量百分比取:玉米11%,次粉25%,玉米胚芽粕18%,DDGS 15%,棉籽粕12%,油糠8%,糖蜜发酵液4%,石粉2%,盐0.4%,氢钙0.55%。将上述物料按照比例称取后再放入搅拌器中进行充分搅拌混合即可。
试验组饲料:将0.5%的制备实施例1制备的饲料添加剂加入到上述对照组饲料中,混合均匀即可。
试验分组:选用20头泌乳奶牛,随机分成2组,每组试验10头奶牛。
饲养管理及疾病防治:各种饲养管理及疾病防治按《现代奶牛饲养实用技术》(科技文献出版社,2006.9)提供的技术要求进行。每头牛饲喂混合饲料和干草,舍饲,饲育4周。每天上下午各***一次,每次1小时;每天刷拭1~2次,挤奶前在运动场进行。早上八点和下午六点,各挤奶一次,测量乳量和体细胞数量。
结果(见图1和图2)试验组比对照组奶牛乳量增加2.03%~8.00%,(图3和图4)试验组比对照组减少了牛奶体细胞数,提高了牛奶等级。说明本发明饲料添加剂显著促进奶牛乳量增加,并减少了体细胞数。

Claims (5)

1.一种畜禽饲料添加剂,其组成成分及重量百分比为:芦荟干粉0.05~0.5%、氨基乙酰丙酸酯类衍生物0.00001~0.002%、麦精35~50%和沸石粉为余量。
2.按照权利要求1所述的畜禽饲料添加剂,其特征在于所述的芦荟干粉的重量百分比为0.05~0.3%。
3.按照权利要求2所述的畜禽饲料添加剂,其特征在于所述的芦荟干粉的重量百分比为0.1~0.2%。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的畜禽饲料添加剂,其特征在于所述氨基乙酰丙酸酯类衍生物的重量百分比为0.00001~0.001%。
5.按照权利要求4所述的畜禽饲料添加剂,其特征在于其组成成分及其重量百分比为:芦荟干粉0.2%、氨基乙酰丙酸酯类衍生物0.0001%、麦精35%和沸石粉为余量。
