技术领域
本发明涉及用于防止管接头在拧紧后误被拧松的管接头锁定装置。
背景技术
管接头是通过将带内螺纹的接头部件(盖形螺母)拧紧到带外螺纹的接头部件上、从而使带外螺纹的部件和管部件以夹置着密封部而相对的状态被连接的部件,作为防止该管接头在拧紧后误被拧松的锁定装置(锁定夹具),专利文献1中公开了以下的结构:包括第1夹具部件和第2夹具部件,所述第1夹具部件具有:安装部,该安装部以不能相对旋转的方式安装在卡合部(wrench flat接头上搭扳手的平面)上,所述卡合部设在带外螺纹的接头部件上;连结部,该连结部与安装部相连设置,从单侧抵靠在带内螺纹的接头部件的外周面上,而所述第2夹具部件具有连结部,该连结部从另一单侧抵靠在带内螺纹的接头部件的外周面上,第1夹具部件的连结部和第2夹具部件的连结部经由带内螺纹的接头部件而被连结。

发明内容
根据上述专利文献1的管接头锁定装置,虽然能够防止盖形螺母相对于带外螺纹的接头部件的卡合部的旋转,但由于对管部件相对于带外螺纹的接头部件的旋转或扭转完全没有考虑,因而在对管部件作用了使其旋转的力的情况下,管部件会在与带外螺纹的部件之间夹置着密封部的状态下旋转或扭转,这样,存在着密封性能受损的问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种管接头锁定装置,能够防止管接头在拧紧后误被拧松,并且,即使是在管部件上作用了使其旋转的力的情况下,管接头的密封部件的密封性能也不会受损。
本发明的管接头锁定装置,用于防止管接头在拧紧后误被拧松,该管接头通过将带内螺纹的接头部件拧紧在带外螺纹的接头部件上,从而带外螺纹的接头部件和管部件以夹置着密封部相对的状态被连接,其特征在于,管接头锁定装置包括:第1构成部件,该第1构成部件包括:安装部,该安装部以不能相对旋转的方式安装在带外螺纹的接头部件上;罩部,该罩部与安装部相连设置,从单侧抵靠在带内螺纹的接头部件的外周面上;连结部,该连结部与罩部相连设置,从单侧抵靠在管部件的从带内螺纹的接头部件突出的部分上;第2构成部件,该第2构成部件包括:罩部,该罩部从另一单侧抵靠在带内螺纹的接头部件的外周面上;连结部,该连结部与罩部相连设置,从另一单侧抵靠在管部件的从带内螺纹的接头部件突出的部分上,第1构成部件的连结部和第2构成部件的连结部以固定在管部件的从带内螺纹的接头部件突出的部分上的方式被连结。
管接头例如被制成为包括:主体,其作为带外螺纹的接头部件;带凸缘的套管,其作为经由密封部(垫圈等)对接在上述主体上的管部件;盖形螺母,其作为嵌在套管外周上、螺纹结合在主体上的带内螺纹的接头部件。除此以外,各种结构的管接头也为众所知,根据本发明的管接头锁定装置,通过使其应对以安装部(在本发明中,“安装”是包括“嵌合”、“固定”意思的概念)的结构等为对象的管接头,从而使其适用于各种管接头中的每一种。
例如,作为带外螺纹的接头部件,有的在与管部件的对接端的相反侧的端部上,通过焊接等固定有管;有的在与管部件的对接端的相反侧的端部上,固定有带有阀等的流体控制仪器的通路的主体。在第一种情况下,在带外螺纹的接头部件上,通常形成有卡合部,在该卡合部的外周上卡合扳钳或扳手,第1构成部件的安装部最好形成为与该卡合部卡合的大致U字状。在第二种情况下,虽然安装部只要例如是抵靠在阀主体的底面上、通过螺纹结合固定在阀主体上的板状体即可,但并不限于此。无论怎样,在安装了锁定装置的状态下,能够防止带内螺纹的接头部件相对于带外螺纹的接头部件的旋转,并且,能够防止在外力作用于管部件的情况下的、管部件相对于带外螺纹的接头部件的旋转。

另外,也可以是第1构成部件的连结部包括:半圆筒部,该半圆筒部从单侧抵靠在管部件上;螺纹孔部,该螺纹孔部与半圆筒部的两侧分别相连,在该螺纹孔部上形成有供连结用螺栓螺纹结合的螺纹孔,而第2构成部件的连结部包括:半圆筒部,该半圆筒部从另一单侧抵靠在管部件上;螺栓穿插部,该螺栓穿插部与半圆筒部的两侧分别相连,在该螺栓穿插部上形成有供连结用螺栓穿插的螺栓穿插孔。
根据本发明的管接头锁定装置,由于第1构成部件和第2构成部件经由各构成部件的连结部而被连结,其中,第1构成部件具有以不能相对旋转的方式安装在带外螺纹的接头部件上的安装部、和与安装部相连设置、从单侧抵靠在带内螺纹的接头部件的外周面上的罩部,第2构成部件具有从另一单侧抵靠在带内螺纹的接头部件的外周面上的罩部,所以,不可能使带内螺纹的接头部件相对带外螺纹的接头部件旋转,能够防止管接头在拧紧后误被拧松。而且,由于第1构成部件相对于带外螺纹的接头部件不能相对旋转、第1构成部件的连结部和第2构成部件的连结部以固定在管部件的、从带内螺纹的接头部件突出的部分上的方式被连结,所以能够防止管部件相对于带外螺纹的接头部件的旋转,即使在管部件上作用了使其旋转的力,该力也不会对夹置在带外螺纹的接头部件与管部件之间的密封部造成影响,配管施工后因扭转而造成的密封不良不复存在,管接头能够持续保持其密封性能。

图9表示了以本发明的管接头锁定装置为对象的、管接头的一例。在该图中,管接头1包括:第1管状接头部件(带外螺纹的接头部件)2和第2管状接头部件(管部件)3;夹置在第1管状接头部件2的左端面与第2管状接头部件3的右端面之间的圆环状垫圈(密封部)4;从第2管状接头部件3一侧螺纹嵌合在第1管状接头部件2上的盖形螺母(带内螺纹的接头部件)5;保持垫圈4、且被保持在第1管状接头部件2上的保持架6;夹置在盖形螺母5的顶壁与第2管状接头部件3的凸缘部之间的止推环7。在各接头部件2、3的对接端面上,分别形成有垫圈推压用的环状突起2a、3a。
在第1管状接头部件2上,设有短六棱柱状的卡合部8,通过以扳手等保持卡合部8、使盖形螺母5旋转从而将其相对第1管状接头部件2拧紧,第1管状接头部件2和第2管状接头部件3被液密地结合。
另外,虽然在管接头1中存在各种形式,但各种形式存在以下的共同点,即,通过将带内螺纹的接头部件(通常为盖形螺母)5拧紧在带外螺纹的接头部件2上,使带外螺纹的接头部件2和管部件3在夹置着密封部4而相对的状态下连接。
图1至图8表示本发明的管接头锁定装置的一个实施方式。
本发明的管接头锁定装置10是用于防止管接头1在拧紧后误被拧松的锁定装置,该管接头锁定装置10包括:第1构成部件11,其以不能相对旋转的方式嵌在带外螺纹的接头部件2上;第2构成部件12,其以能够装拆的方式安装在第1构成部件11上,在被以连结用螺栓13拧紧前,能够相对第1构成部件11旋转;通过被以连结用螺栓13拧紧,该第2构成部件12被固定在第1构成部件11上。

(工业实用性)
本发明提供能够防止管接头在拧紧后误被拧松的管接头锁定装置。管接头经常被使用在供给气体等流体的装置等的配管上,通过使用本发明的管接头锁定装置,配管施工后因扭转而造成的密封不良不复存在,管接头能够持续保持其密封性能。
Claims (3)
1.一种管接头锁定装置,用于防止管接头在拧紧后误被拧松,所述管接头通过将带内螺纹的接头部件拧紧在带外螺纹的接头部件上,从而带外螺纹的接头部件和管部件以夹置着密封部相对的状态被连接,其特征在于,
所述管接头锁定装置包括:
第1构成部件,该第1构成部件包括:安装部,该安装部以不能相对旋转的方式安装在带外螺纹的接头部件上;罩部,该罩部与安装部相连设置,从单侧抵靠在带内螺纹的接头部件的外周面上;连结部,该连结部与罩部相连设置,从单侧抵靠在管部件的从带内螺纹的接头部件突出的部分上;
第2构成部件,该第2构成部件包括:罩部,该罩部从另一单侧抵靠在带内螺纹的接头部件的外周面上;连结部,该连结部与罩部相连设置,从另一单侧抵靠在管部件的从带内螺纹的接头部件突出的部分上,
第1构成部件的连结部和第2构成部件的连结部以固定在管部件的从带内螺纹的接头部件突出的部分上的方式被连结。
2.如权利要求1所述的管接头锁定装置,其特征在于,
第1构成部件的安装部形成为与设在带外螺纹的接头部件的外周上的卡合部相卡合的大致U字状。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的管接头锁定装置,其特征在于,
第1构成部件的连结部包括:半圆筒部,该半圆筒部从单侧抵靠在管部件上;螺纹孔部,该螺纹孔部与半圆筒部的一侧相连,在该螺纹孔部上形成有供连结用螺栓螺纹结合的螺纹孔;贯通孔部,该贯通孔部与半圆筒部的另一侧相连,在该贯通孔部上形成有卡合爪卡合用贯通孔,
第2构成部件的连结部包括:半圆筒部,该半圆筒部从另一单侧抵靠在管部件上;螺栓穿插部,该螺栓穿插部与半圆筒部的一侧相连,在该螺栓穿插部上形成有供连结用螺栓穿插的螺栓穿插孔;卡合爪,该卡合爪与半圆筒部的另一侧相连,该卡合爪的前端部以能够卡脱且能够转动的方式嵌入第1构成部件的连结部的卡合爪卡合用贯通孔中。
