技术领域
本发明涉及缓冲垫(impact pad)及其制造方法。
背景技术
已知缓冲垫包括三个不同部分/层的熔接,其中,上部/层由超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)制成,中间部/层由橡胶制成,而下部/层用于通过夹紧将缓冲垫牢固安装在主支撑架上缓冲垫。
通过在压具中进行热硬化处理来完成三个部分/层的熔接。在以上处理中使用不同尺寸的模具来获得期望的产品。
然而,由于聚合物、橡胶和增强件的收缩不同导致现有产品具有在缓冲垫的两侧面弯曲的趋势。
此外,如果任一个部分/层磨损,则整个垫必须废弃或者更换。而且,由于通过三层熔接制造这些垫耗费时间,因此,这些垫不具有成本有效性。
发明内容
本发明的目的
因此,本发明的一个目的是提出一种具有新的固定***的缓冲垫。
本发明的另一个目的是提出一种形状和尺寸可以根据需求变化的缓冲垫。

本发明的简要说明
从而,根据本发明,提供一种包括上部、中间部和下部的缓冲垫,所述上部被构造成在面对中间部的下侧面上具有多个突起的单件,使得所述突起适于装配到设置在中间部的顶面上的槽中,中间部的底面设置有下部,该下部即用于通过夹紧将缓冲垫牢固安装在主支撑架上的部件。
缓冲垫具有独特的牢固安装配置部。推动装配配置部可以具有不同的几何形状和设计,与橡胶制成的类似的匹配部通过简单推动的方法装配。
图中所示的中间部/层形成带槽设计,中间部的顶面上的槽可以具有不同的几何形状和设计,与上部/层上的多个突起通过推动装配的方法装配。
上部/层由如超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)等材料制成,而中间部/层由橡胶制成。下部/层具有用于将缓冲垫牢固安装在主支撑架上的夹紧配置。
在根据本发明的优选实施例中,根据特定的需求制造不同长度、厚度和形状的缓冲垫,并且所有这些实施例都在本申请的范围内。
在可选的实施例中,可以在上层与中间层之间使用粘合剂。

具体实施方式
图1示出本发明的缓冲垫(1)的等轴侧图。该缓冲垫具有三个部分,即上部(2)、中间部(3)和下部(4)。
上部由如超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)等材料制成。
如从图中的优选实施例看到的那样,上部的顶面(2A)稍微弯曲,并且下表面具有两个向下延伸的突出部(2B、2B)。
这些突出部用于紧贴地装配到中间部(3)的上部上的对应槽(3A)中。中间部由橡胶制成。
槽的数量、形状和构造与上部的向下延伸的突出部的数量、形状和构造相对应。然而,为了适当装配,优选两个突出部和两个与之互补的槽。
下部(4)是用于将缓冲垫牢固安装到主支撑架上的安装部件。下部(4)具有纵向槽(4A)和(4B),并且可以是如图1、2、3、4a、4b、4c和4d所示的任意方便的形状。
优选地,通过独特的推动装配动作来进行不同部分的分开组装。
如果任意一个或者多个部分被损坏,则可以容易地更换,而不必废弃整个垫。
这节约了成本和时间,并且还经济。

Claims (6)

1.一种包括上部、中间部和下部的缓冲垫,所述上部被构造成在面对中间部的下侧面上具有多个突起的单件,使得所述突起适于装配到设置在中间部的顶面上的槽中,中间部的底面设置有不同于中间部的下部,下部具有两个纵向槽,该下部即用于通过夹紧将缓冲垫牢固安装在主支撑架上的部件,所述中间部的顶面上的槽与上部上的所述多个突起通过推动装配的方法装配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲垫,其特征在于,所述中间部的顶面上的槽具有不同的几何形状和设计,与超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)制成的所述多个突起通过简单推动的方法装配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲垫,其特征在于,所述中间部的顶面上的槽具有不同的几何形状和设计。
4.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲垫,其特征在于,上部由超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)制成,而中间部由橡胶制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲垫,其特征在于,根据特定的需求制造不同长度、厚度和形状的缓冲垫。
6.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲垫,其特征在于,可以在上部与中间部之间使用粘合剂。
