本发明公开了一种沼气发酵处理装置,它包括沼气发酵室,沼气发酵室底部设有供热管道,沼气发酵室顶部设有沼气输出口,空气压缩机二通过沼气输出管道与沼气输出口连接,沼气发酵室顶部设有进料口通过皮带运输机一 与搅拌罐连接,搅拌罐通过皮带运输机二与粉碎机一连接;空气压缩机二经沼气输出管道一与不超过4℃水洗脱硫室连接,不超过4℃水洗脱硫室内部设有沼气输出管道二与空气压缩机三通连,空气压缩机三经沼气输出管道三与沼气贮存库通连;沼气发酵室底部设有沼气渣出口经皮带运输机三与烘干机连接,烘干机经皮带运输机四与粉碎机二连接,粉碎机二经皮带运输机五与搅拌罐二连接,搅拌罐二与颗粒肥制成机连接。本发明的经济效益和社会效益显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种沼气处理装置,尤其是一种沼气发酵处理装置。
背景技术
目前,许多场所的卫生间使用的便池均为水冲式,这样不仅用水量大,被使用的水由于含有许多细菌,无法直接排放处理,对环境造成了污染,而且在许多公共场所的卫生间用水很难冲洗干净,并且冲洗的粪便先要经化粪池处理,最后进行排放,既不能将化粪池中的粪便进行有效的利用,又污染了环境。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是:提供一种沼气发酵处理装置,它可以将集中回收的粪便进行处理制成沼气和有机肥,对粪便进行了有效的利用,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明是这样实现的:将现有的便池或小便池采用盖子密封,将便池或小便池内部与在盖子上安装的空气压缩装置通连,在便池或小便池下方设有一个粪便收集箱,粪便收集箱与排臭管道通连;定期回收处理粪便收集箱,然后将粪便集中运送至干法沼气发酵室用干法发酵制造沼气,再将沼气经不超过4℃水洗脱硫装置脱硫后送至沼气贮存库储存;沼气渣烘干粉碎后加入调合颗粒生产有机肥。
所述的城镇居民粪便卫生环保处理方法,所述的空气压缩装置构成包括空气压缩机,空气压缩机与储气罐连接,储气罐连接空气压缩管,空气压缩管上设有喷嘴与盖子通连;所述的干法发酵制造沼气是按50~70份粪便加入15~40份秸杆或秸杆粉,再加入用秸杆饲料发酵剂、白酒发酵曲混合制成的沼气发酵剂10~15份,调合均匀后在发酵室内保持温度25~50℃间发酵;
前述的城镇居民粪便卫生环保处理方法,所述的沼气发酵剂,按每100重量份沼气发酵剂使用秸杆饲料发酵剂20份,白酒发酵曲80份。
前述的城镇居民粪便卫生环保处理方法,所述的调和颗粒为磷酸钙颗粒,加入重量为烘干后沼气渣重量的20~30%。
前述的城镇居民粪便卫生环保处理方法用的无水无臭小便池,构成包括便池,便池与盖子连接,盖子上部连接密封升降轴的下端,密封升降轴的上端连接感应装置,密封升降轴上连接人工开盖装置;便池内部与空气压缩装置通连,排出管上端连接便池,下端连接储便箱,储便箱与排臭管道通连。
前述的无水无臭小便池,所述的空气压缩装置的构成包括空气压缩机,与空气压缩机连接的储气罐,储气罐经空气压缩管与盖子通连;所述的排臭管道上设有排气扇。
前述的城镇居民粪便卫生环保处理方法用的无水无臭便池,构成包括便池,便池与盖子连接,便池内部与空气压缩装置通连,便池下方连接储便箱,储便箱与排臭管道通连。
前述的无水无臭便池,所述的空气压缩装置的构成包括空气压缩机,与空气压缩机连接的储气罐,储气罐经空气压缩管与盖子通连;所述的排臭管道上设有排气扇。
前述的城镇居民粪便卫生环保处理方法所用的沼气发酵处理装置,沼气发酵室为地面模块式多层立体组合不透气结构,沼气发酵室底部设有供热管道,沼气发酵室顶部设有沼气输出口,空气压缩机二通过沼气输出管道与沼气输出口连接,沼气发酵室顶部设有进料口通过皮带运输机一与搅拌罐连接,搅拌罐通过皮带运输机三与粉碎机一连接;空气压缩机二经沼气输出管道一与不超过4℃水洗脱硫室连接,不超过4℃水洗脱硫室内部设有沼气输出管道二与空气压缩机三通连,空气压缩机三经沼气输出管道二与沼气贮存库通连;沼气发酵室底部设有沼气渣出口经皮带运输机三与烘干机连接,烘干机经皮带运输机四与粉碎机二连接,粉碎机经皮带运输机五与搅拌罐二连接,搅拌罐二与颗粒肥制成机连接。
前述的沼气发酵处理装置,沼气发酵室顶部设有安全防爆自动报警器与生产监控平台连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明将粪便处理回收,并用本发明的装置来制作沼气和有机肥,提高了收益,对粪便进行了有效的利用,处理成本不高,不污染环境,本发明可以解决城市粪便难以处理的问题,实施效果好,经济效益和社会效益显著。

本发明的实施例1:城镇居民粪便卫生环保处理方法所用的沼气发酵处理装置如图1所示,沼气发酵室17为地面模块式多层立体组合不透气混凝土结构,沼气发酵室17底部设有供热管道18,供热管道18通过太阳能热水器或锅炉提供热量,沼气发酵室17顶部设有安全防爆自动报警器31与生产监控平台32连接,沼气发酵室17顶部设有沼气输出口30,空气压缩机二19通过沼气输出管道24与沼气输出口30连接,沼气发酵室17顶部设有进料口20通过皮带运输机一21与搅拌罐22连接,搅拌罐22通过皮带运输机二211与粉碎机一23连接;空气压缩机二19经沼气输出管道一243与不超过4℃水洗脱硫室25连接,不超过4℃水洗脱硫室25内部设有沼气输出管道二241与空气压缩机三191通连,空气压缩机三191经沼气输出管道三242与沼气贮存库26通连;沼气发酵室17底部设有沼气渣出口27经皮带运输机三212与烘干机28连接,烘干机28经皮带运输机四213与粉碎机二231连接,粉碎机二231经皮带运输机五214与搅拌罐二221连接,搅拌罐二221与颗粒肥制成机29连接。
城镇居民粪便卫生环保处理方法,将现有的便池或小便池采用盖子密封,将便池或小便池内部与在盖子上安装的空气压缩装置通连,空气压缩装置为,将空气压缩机与储气罐连接,储气罐连接空气压缩管,空气压缩管上设有喷嘴与盖子通连;在便池或小便池下方设有一个粪便收集箱,粪便收集箱与排臭管道通连;定期回收处理粪便收集箱,然后将粪便集中处理,用干法发酵制造沼气,将60份粪便加入30份秸杆粉,再加入秸杆饲料发酵剂2份(如北京神农采禾生物科技有限公司生产的秸杆饲料发酵剂)、白酒发酵曲8份(如大曲白酒发酵应用的糖化发酵剂,在行业中称大曲,属白酒发酵曲之一)混合的沼气发酵剂10份,调合均匀后通过皮带送到发酵室,在发酵室内保持温度35℃发酵,以保证发酵菌在发酵过程中的快速繁殖,加快发酵速度,产生的沼气用4℃的水洗脱硫,再将脱硫后的沼气储存,沼气渣烘干粉碎加入25份磷酸钙颗粒生产有机肥。
本发明收集粪便的无水无臭小便池结构如图2所示,便池7与盖子8连接,空气压缩机2与储气罐3连接,储气罐与空气压缩管4连接,空气压缩管4上设有喷嘴13与盖子8通连,空气压缩装置设有清洁控制开关,盖子8上部连接密封升降轴6的下端,密封升降轴6的上端连接感应装置5,密封升降轴6上连接人工开盖装置12,排出管9上端连接便池7,下端连接储便箱10,储便箱10与排臭管道11通连,排臭管道11上设有排气扇15,盖子8与清洁剂装置14通连,盖子8上还可以设有塑料密封板,盖子8上可以设有脚踏式开盖装置或者把手式开盖装置等,提高密封效果。
本发明收集粪便的无水无臭便池结构如图3所示,便池7与盖子8连接,电动空气压力机2与储气罐3连接,储气罐与空气压缩管4连接,空气压缩管4上设有喷嘴13与盖子8通连,空气压缩装置设有清洁控制开关,储便箱10与排臭管道11通连,排臭管道11上设有排气扇15,盖子8与清洁剂装置14通连,盖子8上可以设有脚踏式开盖装置或者把手式开盖装置等;无水无臭便池可以使用的便池包括现有的各种蹲式、坐式便池,便池7与储便箱10连接处可以设有通常所用的防臭密封盖。

1.一种沼气发酵处理装置,其特征在于:该装置包括沼气发酵室(17),沼气发酵室(17)底部设有供热管道(18),沼气发酵室(17)顶部设有沼气输出口(30),空气压缩机二(19)通过沼气输出管道(24)与沼气输出口(30)连接,沼气发酵室(17)顶部设有进料口(20)通过皮带运输机一(21)与搅拌罐(22)连接,搅拌罐(22)通过皮带运输机二(211)与粉碎机一(23)连接;空气压缩机二(19)经沼气输出管道一(243)与不超过4℃水洗脱硫室(25)连接,不超过4℃水洗脱硫室(25)内部设有沼气输出管道二(241)与空气压缩机三(191)通连,空气压缩机三(191)经沼气输出管道三(242)与沼气贮存库(26)通连;沼气发酵室(17)底部设有沼气渣出口(27)经皮带运输机三(212)与烘干机(28)连接,烘干机(28)经皮带运输机四(213)与粉碎机二(231)连接,粉碎机二(231)经皮带运输机五(214)与搅拌罐二(221)连接,搅拌罐二(221)与颗粒肥制成机(29)连接。
