Description

Lubricating oil composition
[technical field]
The present invention relates to be suitable for be equipped with the lubricating oil composition of the variator of Sliding Control rotating vane type clutch coupling, relate more particularly to be suitable for be equipped with the transmission oil composition of the buncher of Sliding Control rotating vane type clutch coupling and metal strip, particularly wet starting clutch, because said composition contains specific salicylate purification agent, therefore said composition has the abrasion resistance of excellent variator metallic sheave and metal strip and the excellent initial antidetonation performance of quivering, and can keep for a long time this antidetonation performance of quivering.
[background technology]
Recently required automatic transmission lightweight and miniaturization and sought be improved aspect the relevant power transmitting capacity of the power output that increases with engine that this variator is used in combination. Therefore, the lubricating oil that requires to be used for these variators has the lubricity of raising, namely prevents the performance of the wearing and tearing on bearing and the gear surface. The torque that metal band type stepless speed variator has also transmitted between metallic sheave and metal strip because the power that engine increases is exported is improved. Therefore, the lubricating oil that require to be used for these variators have higher torque capacity and prevent metallic sheave and the metallic surface of metal strip between the performance of wearing and tearing.
The automatic transmission or the buncher that have the lock-up clutch low speed slip (sliding latch control) of installing in some control torque converter. To such an extent as to improving these variators with sliding latch control can change to improve the driving sensation and motor torque effectively can be sent to transmission mechanism by absorbing torque. Some bunchers are equipped with wet starting clutch, make at first this clutch slip then make its coupling so that vehicle starts reposefully from stopping, and this is so-called Sliding Control.Require to be used for that wherein the lubricating oil that lock-up clutch or starting clutch carry out the variator of Sliding Control is had quiver performance and can keep for a long time this antidetonation performance of quivering of excellent initial antidetonation.
In these cases, disclose the transmission oil composition, wherein added best friction modifier, metal detergent, ashless dispersant and anti-wear agent in order to remain on the rubbing characteristics of lock-up clutch under the good order and condition and the lasting initial antidetonation performance (referring to following patent documentation 1-6) of quivering is provided.
For example, patent documentation 1 discloses the transmission oil composition that the specific calcium salicylate that comprises the specified quantitative of respectively doing for oneself, SP base stage are pressed the ashless dispersant of additive, specific succinimide and boracic, said composition demonstrate excellent performance for example excellent antidetonation quiver performance and lasting fatigue lifetime.Patent documentation 2 discloses the succinimide that comprises metal salts of organic acids, anti-wear agent and boracic with ad hoc structure as the buncher lubricating oil composition of necessary component, the antidetonation that said composition has higher intermetallic frictional coefficient and the slide control mechanism simultaneously performance of quivering.Patent documentation 3 discloses the durable buncher lubricating oil composition that comprises calcium salicylate, phosphorous anti-wear agent, friction modifier and decentralized viscosity index improver, the antidetonation that said composition has higher intermetallic frictional coefficient and the slide control mechanism simultaneously performance of quivering.Patent documentation 4 discloses branching lipid acid and the condenses of amine and the lubricating oil composition of amine antioxidants that comprises dithio carbamate compounds, has 8-30 carbon atom, performance that said composition has excellent and lasting antidetonation is quivered.Patent documentation 5 discloses and has comprised calcium sulphonate, phosphorous acid ester and further comprise sarcosine derivative or the automatic transmission fluid composition of the reaction product of carboxylic acid and amine, the antidetonation that said composition has a lasting sliding latch mechanism quiver performance and the lasting performance that prevents the scraping noise in the variable v-belt drive.Patent documentation 6 discloses the automatic transmission fluid composition of the specific azochlorosulfonate acid alkali earth metal salt that comprises specified quantitative, and said composition is excellent and have a lasting antidetonation performance of quivering on oxidative stability as the automatic transmission liquid that is used for having slide control mechanism.
Yet, the result who studies as the present inventor, find to use sulfonate detergent still to be not enough to improve the initial antidetonation performance of quivering as metal detergent, particularly when using monoalkyl type salicylate purification agent, the gained lubricating oil composition is excellent on initial antidetonation is quivered performance, but may produce therein wearing and tearing or for example stripping of iron ion of metal ion in the buncher of metallic sheave contacting metal band under severe condition, even and with above-mentioned patent documentation in the friction modifier blend mentioned also be difficult to keep the antidetonation performance of quivering.
Patent documentation 7 has been described because monoalkyl type salicylate purification agent suppresses the anti-wear effect of phosphor-included additive, therefore is used in combination the abrasion resistance that specific amide compound can improve the engine valve power train with it.Yet patent documentation 7 does not have open or hint is used for preventing having the variator of Sliding Control rotating vane type clutch coupling, particularly wherein the wearing and tearing of metallic sheave buncher of contacting metal band under severe condition or long-term anti-skidding are controlled the peculiar any solution of trembling of rotating vane type clutch coupling.
