Abstract

水泥高温熟料冷却机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种颗粒料冷却设备,尤其是一种水泥工业中使用的熟料冷却装置,具体地说是一种带有全新推料结构的水泥高温熟料冷却机。
背景技术
众所周知,在水泥工业中,冷却机是一种直接关系到水泥质量的关键设备。高温熟料从窑炉中出来后,必须经过冷却机进行快速冷却。当熟料进入冷却机后必须借助外力将其从入口端推向出口端,并在推动过程中实现快速冷却。
现有的熟料推进方式主要有三种,一种是中国专利ZL988044366所公开的框架加推杆式结构,它依靠整体框架的移动带动与框架相连的推杆往复运动从而推动熟料床上的熟料向前移动,另一种是通过活动篦板的交错运动推动熟料向前移动。第三种是熟料床整体向前推进分步后退的四联动连杆结构这三种推动方式均存在动力***复杂,能耗高,制造、安装、维护、维修成本高的问题,且易出故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的冷却机熟料推进机构存在的结构复杂、能耗高的问题,设计一种结构简单,制造和安装、维护方便的新型水泥高温熟料冷却机。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种水泥高温熟料冷却机,包括壳体和熟料床,壳体罩装在熟料床,其一端设有进料口,另一端设有出料口,熟料床支承在床身上,其特征是在所述的熟料床上至少安装有一个将高温熟料从进料端推向出料端的滚耙式熟料推进器,该推进器与料流方向垂直。
所述的滚耙式熟料推进器包括至少一个耙轴、驱动电机,驱动电机安装在壳体外部的床身上,耙轴的二端穿过壳体后支承在对应的支承座上,支承座固定在床身或壳体上,在耙轴上安装有耙齿;当耙轴的数量为一根时,即一个驱动电机驱动一根耙轴时,其输出轴直接或间接与耙轴相连。当所述的耙轴的数量为两根或二根以上时,每根耙轴上均安装有传动链轮,各传动链轮通过传动链条组成一传动链,驱动电机的输出轴与作为主动轴的那根耙轴直接或间接相连。
所述的耙轴的中心设有冷却空气通孔,以便于对耙轴和耙齿进行冷却。
所述的耙轴的同一圆周上至少安装有一个耙齿或一个以上的耙齿。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明克服了传统技术的局限,利用分段驱动的方式实现单元化、模块化组装,大大降低了制造和安装难度与成本。
2、本发明是一种全新的水泥熟料及其它固体颗粒物料的输送方式、其结构简单,与传统结构相比制造安装成本可大幅度降低。
3、本发明的节能效果明显,其传动***同比可节能40%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-5所示。
一种水泥高温熟料冷却机,包括壳体1和熟料床2,壳体1罩装在熟料床2,其一端设有进料口,另一端设有出料口,熟料床2支承在床身3上,熟料床2可设计成倾斜状,即进料端高,出料端低,其倾角α可介于1~10度之间,如图1所示,具体制造时可使熟料床2倾斜,也可通过使床身3倾斜达到使熟料床2倾斜的目的,还可使熟料床2和床身3同时倾斜最终达到使熟料床倾斜到期望值的方法使熟料床2倾斜。在熟料床2上可安装一个或几个将高温熟料从进料端推向出料端的滚耙式熟料推进器4,在每台冷却机中安装的耙式熟料推进器4的数量可根据其长度、产能及所配驱动电机的功率加以确定。每个耙式熟料推进器4包括至少一个耙轴401、驱动电机402,驱动电机402安装在壳体1外部的床身3上,耙轴401的二端穿过壳体1后支承在对应的支承座403上(如图2),支承座403固定在床身3或壳体1上,在耙轴401上安装有耙齿404,驱动电机402的输出轴直接或间接与耙轴401相连,具体实施时,可采用一个驱动电机402驱动一根耙轴的方式,但从节能和降低成本的角度出发,每台驱动电机402应该带动多根耙轴401,因此当耙轴401的数量为两根或二根以上时,每根耙轴401上均应安装一个传动链轮405,各传动链轮405通过传动链条406相连组成传动链,驱动电机402的输出轴应与作为主动轴的那根耙轴401相连,如图5所示。此外,为了延长耙轴401的使用寿命,可在耙轴401的中心设置冷却通孔407(如图3所示)。为了提高推送效果,除了在耙轴401上等间距设置多圈耙齿外,在耙轴401的同一圆周上可安装三根、四根或四根以上的耙齿404,耙齿404可通过焊接的方法或其它连接方式与耙轴401装配成一个整体,结构强度可靠简单实用。
本发明未涉及部分如进料端的结构、空气炮的结构、出料端的结构、冷却后熟料的破碎等均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种水泥高温熟料冷却机,包括壳体(1)和熟料床(2),壳体(1)罩装在熟料床(2),其一端设有进料口,另一端设有出料口,熟料床(2)支承在床身(3)上,其特征是在所述的熟料床(2)上至少安装有一个将高温熟料从进料端推向出料端的滚耙式熟料推进器(4);所述的滚耙式熟料推进器(4)包括至少一个耙轴(401)、驱动电机(402),驱动电机(402)安装在壳体(1)外部的床身(3)上,耙轴(401)的二端穿过壳体(1)后支承在对应的支承座(403)上,支承座(403)固定在床身(3)或壳体(1)上,在耙轴(401)上安装有耙齿(404),驱动电机(402)的输出轴直接或间接与耙轴(401)相连;当所述的耙轴(401)的数量为两根或二根以上时,每根耙轴(401)上均安装有传动链轮(405),各传动链轮(405)通过传动链条(406)组成一传动链,驱动电机(402)的输出轴与作为主动轴的那根耙轴(401)相连;所述的耙轴(401)的中心设有冷却空气通孔(407)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泥高温熟料冷却机,其特征是所述的耙轴(401)的同一圆周上安装有四根或四根以上的耙齿(404)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水泥高温熟料冷却机,其特征是所述的熟料床(2)呈倾斜布置,且进料端高,出料端低,其倾角为1~10度。
