Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于调整磁共振设备内的B1场的方法,用于调整为此所需的数据库的方法以及数据库本身。
背景技术
由于在核自旋断层造影中不断升高的磁场强度的使用以及与此相关联的不断升高的激励频率,在调整B1场的均匀性中出现了问题。结果是不均匀的图像亮度和图像对比度。这取决于待检查的测量对象的结构,特别是取决于待检查的患者的解剖结构。
通过统一地设计的高频线圈不能降低或避免与患者相关的不均匀的图像亮度。
可以使用被称为“Tx阵列”的发射天线装置来以改进的方式调整B1场均匀性。这通过Tx阵列的发射天线的子***的优化的电流分布而实现。通过在发射天线上不同的电流分布,在测量对象内、例如在人体内也激励了电场,该电场可能加热组织。例如,采用具有多个线圈元件的所谓的“鸟笼”天线作为发射天线装置以及作为HF线圈。
用于通过吸收而加热的测量是“特异性吸收率,SAR”。需要遵守预先给定的(例如在IEC标准中预先给定的)SAR极限。
在带有大于等于3特斯拉的磁场强度的磁共振设备中,需要识别限制在一定体积内的局部SAR值SARlokal与在整个体积中平均的SAR值SARglobal之间的偏差。理想地,两个SAR值SARlokal和SARglobal应大约相符。然而,在所述的较高磁场强度中,实际情况不是这样。
对于检查患者所使用的发射脉冲,测量该功率、借助于软件分析并且用于估计全局SAR值和局部SAR值。SAR值和其由此的分析,取决于所使用的发射天线以及发射天线布置。
直接确定电场是不可能的,然而可以借助于代价昂贵的仿真程序和仿真计算来分析电场。
为了仿真,可以使用例如“Remcon(www.remcom.com)”公司的软件程序。该公司特别地提供了在生物医学中使用的用于电磁分析、微波仿真、天线仿真以及计算无线电波传播的软件。
这类程序使用其建立代价昂贵的人类模型,例如称为“雨果”的男人模型,或称为“伊莱娜”的女人模型。两个模型以三维数据组形式提供了其各自的组织类型。
通过模型可以确定特定的人员以及其组织对所使用的发射天线的影响,并且由此确定取决于组织的B1场和电场的改变。通过以模型确定的在发射天线元件上的电流分布,可以确定和补偿估计的B1磁场和电场的改变。
因为“雨果”以及“伊莱娜”仅描述了确定的人作为模型,仅能实现相对不精确的补偿。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题是,给出可以用来以改进的方式调整用于检查的B1场的均匀性的措施。
该技术问题是通过带有权利要求1的特征的方法、带有权利要求14的特征的用于调整数据库的方法以及根据权利要求26的数据库解决的。
在各从属权利要求中给出了有利的扩展。

在本发明的方法中,建立“Atlas(地图)”类型作为统计数据库以及作为参考工具。对于待进行的其它检查,将数据库用于:优化调整例如均匀B1场,或保持说希望的SAR值,或调整E场,或确定功率分布,或优化其它条件。
特别地有利地实现了对人体内的期望的SAR值、电场和功率分布的改进的估计。此外,可以优化局部SAR值与全局SAR值的关系,以防止局部SAR值过分升高。

具体实施方式
在第一步骤S1中,借助于对头部的形态学磁共振测量确定空间位置。
头部的相对位置在此不仅描述了头部关于参考坐标轴的取向,而且描述了到称为发射天线的HF线圈的距离以及到其发射元件的距离。发射天线用于形态学磁共振测量。
关于通过Atlas预先给定的坐标系确定和记录头部的位置。
在第二步骤S2中进行称为“扫描”的对头部的形态学采样,以获得三维相联系的测量对象数据以及头部数据。
优选地,使用称为“MPRAGE”的序列(“Magnetization Prepared RapidGradient-Echo-Imaging”,MPRAGE),其由J.P.Mugler和Brookman的脑检查的成像方法公开。
该MPRAGE序列实现了在称为体素(Voxel)的空间元素中在小于1mm3的高分辨率下的极好的T1加权。

在第三步骤S3中,根据三维测量对象数据确定头部的各组织类型,并根据组织类型实现将头部分割为区域。

在第四步骤S4中,各已知的介电特性分别与组织类型或各Voxel(x,y,z)相联系。

将优化结果同样作为结果存储在ATLAS数据组中。
ATLAS数据组优选地被中心存储,使得有权限的使用者可逐步地以进一步的检查结果扩展ATLAS数据组。
各仿真作为数据库的更新而被定期进行,而统计ATLAS稳定地扩展。由此,ATLAS的统计质量不断被改造和改进。

使用例如与代表性头部相联系的仿真结果,可以在检查之前就已经基于代表性平均头部确定用于调节希望的B1场的开始值。

-其中,将测量对象相对于HF发射线圈的所有位置的分割和相联系性记录在数据组的各条目中,使得数据库包括测量对象的所有条目,
-其中,使用数据库的条目进行用于待确定特征的HF发射线圈和/或HF线圈元件的高频仿真,利用该高频仿真将关于空间元素的电场分布和/或B1场分布确定为仿真结果,并作为结果输入到数据库内,

15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,通过关于参考坐标轴的取向和相对于发射线圈的位置,并通过测量对象到发射线圈的元件的距离确定测量对象的位置。
16.根据权利要求14或15所述的方法,其中,为了高频仿真使用待确定特征的发射线圈的线圈元件,该线圈元件具有一般电流分布或被施加以单位电流。
17.根据权利要求14至16的一项所述的方法,其中,作为每个测量对象的测量结果,根据测量对象的位置并根据各测量线圈确定电场和/或B1场,以及必要时确定SAR值和/或期待的功率损失。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,将仿真结果以“查找表”的形式输入到数据组内。
19.根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,
-其中,对于多个测量对象,对每个空间元素将待确定特征的发射线圈的仿真结果平均,
-其中,所述平均涉及在不同的位置处并以不同的状态定位在发射线圈内的一组所有测量对象,和/或
-其中,所述平均涉及由测量对象相对于发射线圈的特定的取向和位置和/或从单个的线圈元件的仿真结果形成的所有测量对象的子组,和
-其中,对于电场强度和/或B1场和/或SAR值和/或功率损失计算组的平均值,并输入到数据库内。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,除平均值外分别确定值的方差、标准差以及在统计上重要的导出参数,并将它们输入到数据库内。
21.根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,其中,由所有测量对象的测量对象数据形成代表性测量对象,该代表性测量对象的空间元素与各仿真结果相联系。
22.根据权利要求14至21中任一项所述的方法,其中,对于线圈元件使用数据库条目确定通过高频仿真优化的电流分布,并将其输入到数据库内。
23.根据权利要求22所述的方法,
-其中,在保持预先给定的或最小的SAR值的条件下确定用于均匀的B1场的电流分布,或
-其中,确定用于可预先给定的SAR值的电流分布。
24.根据权利要求14至23中任一项所述的方法,其中,将MPRAGE序列或3D梯度回波序列或适合于区分组织类型的序列类型用于形态学磁共振测量。
25.根据权利要求14至24中任一项所述的方法,其中,磁导率常数和/或损失因数和/或传导率的值或值范围与区域相联系。
26.一种数据库,该数据库通过根据权利要求14至25的一项所述的方法建立。
