技术领域
本发明涉及一种药用包装材料,尤其是能防止产品中有机溶剂对药品造成污染的冷冲压成型固体药用复合硬片。
背景技术
目前,公知的冷冲压成型固体药用复合硬片是由聚酰胺、铝箔、聚氯乙烯通过粘合剂复合而成。其在生产中一般采用干法复合工艺。由于使用的粘合剂为溶剂型粘合剂,故产品中不可避免有微量溶剂残留。当残留溶剂超标时,有可能对药品造成污染。
发明内容
为了克服现有产品中残留溶剂有可能对药品的污染,本发明提供一种不含有机溶剂的复合材料。该产品在包装药品时能杜绝有机溶剂对药品的污染。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的方案是:在生产中使用无溶剂粘合剂进行复合生产,使生产出来的产品中不含有机溶剂,从而杜绝有机溶剂对药品的污染。
本发明的有益效果是:在包装药品时,可以杜绝有机溶剂对药品的污染。另外在生产过程中,无需热风干燥,可以节约电能;也无溶剂向大气中排放,不会对空气造成污染。
具体实施方式
本产品使用无溶剂复合设备进行生产。由第一放卷工位的聚酰胺经涂布工位涂布无溶剂粘合剂后至复合工位与来自第二放卷工位的铝箔进行复合,然后由收卷工位卷取后移至固化室进行固化。
将固化好的聚酰胺/铝箔复合材料安放在第一放卷工位,经涂布工位涂布无溶剂粘合剂后至复合工位与来自第二放卷工位的聚氯乙烯进行复合,然后由收卷工位卷取后移至固化室进行固化。
将固化好的聚酰胺/铝箔/聚氯乙烯复合硬片用分切机分切成需要的规格。

Claims (2)

1.一种冷冲压成型固体药用复合材料,其由聚酰胺、铝箔、聚氯乙烯通过粘合剂复合而成。其特征是:产品中不含有机溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征是:使用无溶剂粘合剂进行复合生产。
