Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水地板,包括具有正面、背面和侧端面的本体,其特征在于本体的背面和侧端面一体设置有由压烫形成的致密防水层;优点是通过在地板的本体的背面和侧端面一体设置由压烫形成的致密防水层,可以有效地提高地板本体的防水性能,此外,在地板的表面设置致密防水层还可以防止地板的变形。

一种防水地板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板,尤其是涉及一种防水地板。
背景技术
现在的房子装修中,地面上一般都铺设有地板。过去的地板之间的拼接很多是通过胶水粘合起来的,一段时间使用后,相邻的两块地板之间通常会脱开而使地板之间产生一定的间隙,此时水比较容易渗入到地板下面,由于水份无法及时挥发,会造成地板的霉烂及变形。为此,人们通过设计一定的结构来弥补地板之间的间隙,以防止地板表面的水渗入到地板下面。如专利号为200620105697.X中国实用新型专利公开了一种地板的防水拼接结构,通过在相邻的两块地板之间设置弹性密封条,来起到密封防水的作用。但是这些拼接结构针对的主要是地板表面上的水,而对于地板之下的水气和潮气没有任何作用,尽管目前地板的六面均设置有油漆层,但通常是表面的水较为容易清理,而在短时间内不会对表面的油漆层产生影响,而地板之下的这些水气和潮气由于无法清理,时间一长同样会引起地板的霉烂及变形。此外,渗入到间隙中的水如果不及时清理,时间过长也会对地板产生影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够消除地板之下的水气和潮气及间隙中的积水影响的防水地板。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种防水地板,包括具有正面、背面和侧端面的本体,其特征在于所述的本体的背面和侧端面一体设置有由压烫形成的致密防水层。
所述的致密防水层是用表面温度为150℃~300℃的滚筒对所述的本体的背面和侧端面滚压形成的。
所述的本体的正面一体设置有由压烫形成的辅助致密防水层。
所述的致密防水层的厚度小于1mm。
所述的辅助致密防水层的厚度小于1mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是通过在地板的本体的背面和侧端面一体设置由压烫形成的致密防水层,可以有效地提高地板本体的防水性能;在表面温度为150℃~300℃的情况下用滚筒对本体的背面和侧端面进行滚压来形成致密防水层,既可以有效地使致密防水层得到定型,又能够避免对本体的结构造成过分的碳化而对地板本身的性能产生破坏;此外,在地板的表面设置致密防水层还可以防止地板的变形;控制致密防水层的厚度小于1mm,可以可达到防水防潮性能的前提下,降低产品的加工难度和加工成本;在本体的正面一体设置由压烫形成的辅助致密防水层,则可以在不用或少用油漆的情况下实现防水的功能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:一种防水地板,包括具有正面、背面和侧端面的本体1,本体1的背面和侧端面一体设置有由压烫形成的致密防水层2,致密防水层2是用表面温度为200℃滚筒滚压形成,致密防水层2的厚度为0.5mm。
实施例二:一种防水地板,包括具有正面、背面和侧端面的本体1,本体1的背面和侧端面一体设置有由压烫形成的致密防水层2,致密防水层2是用表面温度为250℃滚筒滚压形成,致密防水层2的厚度为0.8mm,本体的正面一体设置有由压烫形成的辅助致密防水层3,辅助致密防水层3的厚度为0.5mm。
实施例三:一种防水地板,包括具有正面、背面和侧端面的本体1,本体1的背面和侧端面一体设置有由压烫形成的致密防水层2,致密防水层2是用表面温度为150℃滚筒滚压形成,致密防水层2的厚度为0.2mm,本体的正面一体设置有由压烫形成的辅助致密防水层3,辅助致密防水层3的厚度为0.3mm。
实施例四:一种防水地板,包括具有正面、背面和侧端面的本体1,本体1的背面
和侧端面一体设置有由压烫形成的致密防水层2,致密防水层2是用表面温度为300℃
滚筒滚压形成,致密防水层2的厚度为0.9mm,本体的正面一体设置有由压烫形成的辅助致密防水层3,辅助致密防水层3的厚度为0.6mm。
本发明的制作过程为:根据加工前地板坯料的尺寸来调节滚筒的位置以控制致密防水层的厚度,将滚筒加热到确定的温度后使地板坯料传送通过滚筒,在滚筒对地板坯料表面施加压力的同时,通过加温进行定型,由此形成致密防水层。

Claims (2)

1.一种防水地板,包括具有正面、背面和侧端面的本体,其特征在于本体的背面和侧端面一体设置有由压烫形成的致密防水层,本体的正面一体设置有辅助致密防水层,所述致密防水层是用表面温度为150℃~300℃的滚筒对所述本体的背面和侧端面滚压形成的,所述致密防水层和所述辅助致密防水层的厚度小于1mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水地板,其特征在于所述辅助致密防水层由压烫形成。
