Claims (1)
- 一种蜂蜜花粉保健酒的酿造方法,其特征在于:取1.5个质量单位的蜂花粉、2个质量单位的红枣用纯净水泡胀、1个质量单位的灵芝粉、16个质量单位的纯净水,将以上物料置于容器内浸泡8小时,放进夹层锅煮开30分钟,倒入配料槽内,凉至料温50-55℃时,拌入1-1.5个质量单位的红曲米,搅拌均匀,将料液置于发酵罐中,维持料温28-36℃,发酵13-16天,待酒香浓郁,用140目滤布压榨过滤,静置澄清获得蜂花粉营养液;取质量占10-15%的蜂花粉营养液、质量占30-40%的40波美度优质蜂蜜、质量占45-60%的纯净水,将以上物料在配料槽搅拌均匀,泵入乙醇发酵罐,按蜜蜂酒的酿造方法中的酿造工艺酿造出含酒精10-15度的蜂蜜花粉保健酒。
