Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于激光效果镜的二元光栅,具有一微观的台型结构,所述台型结构由被阶梯形凹谷隔开的高台所组成,该台型结构的每个周期T由一个台阶数大于2的阶梯构成,整个二元光栅是一个由N个相移的阶梯单元的加法叠加;周期T取值在250nm-100000nm范围之间,每个周期单元中的台阶具有一数值为10nm-1500nm范围之间的有效的剖面高度H。采用上述结构的二元光栅在激光效果镜使用时,能产生更加复杂的光线变幻效果,可以使得每个光点投射出激光效果镜的背景图案,随着背景的变换,整体光线变幻效果更加美纶美焕。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种二元光栅,具体是涉及一种用于激光效果镜的二元光栅。
背景技术
现有技术中,用于激光效果镜的二元光栅微观台型结构多是采用被矩形凹谷隔开的高台所组成,这样的二元光栅在使用时能产生很好的光线变幻效果。但是为了使光线变幻效果再复杂些,比如设计每个光点投射出来的都是激光效果镜的背景图案,那么现有技术中用于激光效果镜的二元光栅就难以胜任了。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供一种用于激光效果镜的二元光栅。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种用于激光效果镜的二元光栅,具有一微观的台型结构,所述台型结构由被阶梯形凹谷隔开的高台所组成,该台型结构的每个周期T由一个台阶数大于2的阶梯构成,整个二元光栅是一个由N个相移的阶梯单元的加法叠加;周期T取值在250nm-100000nm范围之间,每个周期单元中的台阶具有一数值为10nm-1500nm范围之间的有效的剖面高度H。
采用上述结构的二元光栅在激光效果镜使用时,能产生更加复杂的光线变幻效果,可以使得每个光点投射出激光效果镜的背景图案,随着背景的变换,整体光线变幻效果更加美纶美焕,同时本发明结构简单,设计合理。

1.一种用于激光效果镜的二元光栅,具有一微观的台型结构(1),其特征是在所述台型结构(1)由被阶梯形凹谷(2)隔开的高台(3)所组成,该台型结构(1)的每个周期T由一个台阶数大于2的阶梯构成,整个二元光栅是一个由N个相移的阶梯单元的加法叠加;周期T取值在250nm-100000nm范围之间,每个周期单元中的台阶具有一数值为10nm-1500nm范围之间的有效的剖面高度H。
