Abstract
本发明公开了一种夹持器,特别是涉及一种矿用钻机钻杆防滑夹持器。它是由下述结构构成:手柄(1),与手柄(1)连接的两个弧形活动片(2),两个弧形活动片(2)的另外一端通过螺栓(3)连接。本发明利用夹持器,使钻机钻杆位置受到限制,有效防止了其下滑,改善了施工安全条件,提高了工效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹持器,特别是涉及一种矿用钻机钻杆防滑夹持器。
背景技术
目前矿用钻机是采煤工作面施工瓦斯抽放钻孔的专用设备,已被较多的矿井应用。问题是在钻进施工过程中,当钻机立轴升到位后,需要松开液压卡盘、退回立轴,在退回的过程中,钻杆经常发生下滑,甚至将钻机带翻,对施工人员安全造成极大威胁,滑落后的钻杆,往往在钻进大倾角钻孔时需要3-4人作业,钻孔进度慢,不能满足工作面瓦斯抽放及安全生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明就是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供一种矿用钻机钻杆防滑夹持器,目的是解决钻杆下滑,将钻机带翻,对施工人员安全造成威胁,滑落后的钻杆,往往在钻进大倾角钻孔时需要3-4人作业,钻孔进度慢,不能满足工作面瓦斯抽放及安全生产的需要的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:一种矿用钻机钻杆防滑夹持器,它是由下述结构构成:手柄1,与手柄1连接的两个弧形活动片2,两个弧形活动片2的另外一端通过螺栓3连接。
所述的两个弧形活动片2中间构成的圆形部分与钻杆直径相匹配。
本发明的优点和效果如下:
本发明利用夹持器,使钻机钻杆位置受到限制,有效防止了其下滑,改善了施工安全条件,提高了工效。

如图1所示,本发明矿用钻机钻杆防滑夹持器,它是由下述结构构成:手柄1,与手柄1连接的两个弧形活动片2,两个弧形活动片2的另外一端通过螺栓3连接。两个弧形活动片2中间构成的圆形部分与钻杆直径相匹配。

1.一种矿用钻机钻杆防滑夹持器,其特征在于它是由下述结构构成:手柄(1),与手柄(1)连接的两个弧形活动片(2),两个弧形活动片(2)的另外一端通过螺栓(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿用钻机钻杆防滑夹持器,其特征在于所述的两个弧形活动片(2)中间构成的圆形部分与钻杆直径相匹配。
