提供最佳用户界面的装置及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用户界面技术，特别是一种提供最佳用户界面的装置及方法。
背景技术
由于电视及其用户界面变得越来越复杂，使用户需要面对用于控制画面、声音、家长管制、时间、参数和变量设定等一个又一个的选择菜单。许多用户希望能够控制其电视的每一方面的性能，并且欢迎这样的选择。但是，大量繁杂、并且大多数并不需要改变的设定，则会使许多其他用户使用时望而生畏，感到迷惑。
解决上述问题的一种方法是生产不同型号的产品，使其中一些具有复杂的用户界面(以迎合电视迷)，另一些具有简单的用户界面。但采用这种方法的问题在于，必须为这些多余型号的产品提供特定的供应链、商店、用户菜单以及制造流程。
另一种解决上述问题的方法如欧洲专利第0737006号所述，其提供给用户一种装置，使其具有根据自己的需要和接受能力来改变一特殊菜单的选择权。通过操作一既有菜单上的适当按键，用户可以移除自己不会使用或感到不便的参数，或者加入缺少的但对自己比较重要的新参数。该方法提供了一种分别满足具有不同需要和接受能力的用户的特殊菜单。但该方法要求用户具有一定的菜单编辑能力，可能难以满足某些特定用户的接受能力。
另一种方法如欧洲专利第1128531号所述，其在一装置，例如电视中，存储了许多具有不同复杂度的菜单，此时用户可以选择最适合自身需要的菜单***。但该方法要求用户了解自己需要的菜单***的复杂度，以在存储于电视中的诸多菜单中选择合适的菜单。
因此，有必要提供一种单一的、能够提供最佳用户界面的电视***，以满足需要多级菜单和编辑选择权的电视迷，以及那些更喜欢简单用户界面的用户的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用户界面技术，特别是一种提供最佳用户界面的装置及方法。
一种提供最佳用户界面的装置，该装置包括用于进入其简易用户界面的简易遥控器，以及用于进入其全功能用户界面的全功能遥控器，该简易用户界面为允许用户调整所述装置的有限设定的菜单***，该全功能用户界面为允许用户调整所述装置的任何用户可调整设定的菜单***。该简易遥控器与该全功能遥控器分别将不同的识别代码发送至该装置，该装置通过识别所述不同的识别代码以决定需要激活哪一种用户界面。
本发明的技术方案使用单一机型即可提供给用户最佳的用户界面，并且能够满足不同用户的接受能力。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，所示为一装置(如电视10)的示意图，其可以被一全功能遥控器14或简易遥控器12所操作。一用户界面24(如菜单)被激活于该电视10上。通过全功能控制器14可以激活一全功能用户界面，简易遥控器12可以激活一简易用户界面。
该简易遥控器包括供用户对电视10进行有限设定的按键16，所述有限设定可以包括频道选择、音量控制、音质调整，画面亮度、画面对比度等。该简易遥控器12还包括一可以将电视10复位为预设默认设定(如出厂设定)的复位键18。该复位键18的可以用于，如当某些设定被全功能遥控器14修改后，用户可以希望将其恢复至出厂设定的时候。此外，可以将该复位键18设置为凹陷于简易控制器12以防止被意外按下。
该全功能遥控器14包括供用户对电视10进行任何可调整设定的按键20，所述用户可调整设定可以包括如个人色温、分辨率、刷新率、幅面、位置调整等。与该全功能遥控器14相比，简易遥控器12包括的按键16数目较少。
简易遥控器12与全功能遥控器14在其发射至电视10的红外线信号26中分别采用不同的识别代码。该电视10被设计为能够识别上述两种不同的识别代码，以决定需要激活哪一种用户界面。例如，当简易遥控器12的按键16被按下时，其将第一种识别代码发送至电视10。该第一种识别代码使电视10能够识别到用户需要激活简易用户界面。简易遥控器12与全功能遥控器14均可以利用传统技术及编码，如RC-5、RC-6、REC-80等进行工作。当然，其编码也可以由特定的电视制造商自行加以决定。
该电视10具有可以让用户以不同方式进入用户界面24的按键22，上述按键22包括一将电视10的设定恢复至默认设定的复位键(图未示)。所述按键22可以用于，如简易遥控器12或全功能遥控器14丢失或损坏等情况。
作为本发明的较佳实施方式，可以制造单一机型的电视，使用不同遥控器可进入不同层次电视用户界面。
请参阅图2，本发明还提供了一种将较佳用户界面呈现给用户的方法30。该方法30包括判定信号(如识别代码)是由简易遥控器还是由全功能遥控器发送的步骤32。接下来，基于该判定结果，若该信号是接收自简易遥控器，则在步骤34中电视提供给用户一简易用户界面；若该信号是接收自全功能遥控器，则在步骤36中电视提供给用户一全功能用户界面。
本发明的装置可以是任何使用遥控器操作，允许用户调正其参数设定的电子设备，例如电视、卡式录像机、DVD播放器/录像机、环绕声***、数字有线***、数字电视录制器、视频录像机及机顶盒等。

Claims (14)

1.一种提供最佳用户界面的装置，其特征在于，所述装置包括：
用于进入所述装置简易用户界面的简易遥控器；
用于进入所述装置全功能用户界面的全功能遥控器。
2.如权利要求1所述的功率因素修正电路，其特征在于，所述装置包括电视、卡式录像机、DVD播放器、DVD录像机、环绕声***、数字有线***、机顶盒及视频录像机。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述装置为电视。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述用户界面为菜单***。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述简易用户界面为允许用户调整所述装置的有限设定的菜单***。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置，其特征在于，所述有限设定包括频道选择、音量控制、音质调整，画面亮度、画面对比度。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述全功能用户界面为允许用户调整所述装置的任何用户可调整设定的菜单***。
8.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述简易遥控器的按键数少于所述全功能遥控器。
9.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述简易遥控器包括可以将所述装置恢复为预设默认设定的复位键。
10.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述装置进一步包括若干允许用户进入所述装置全功能用户界面的按键。
11.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述简易遥控器与所述全功能遥控器分别将不同的识别代码发送至所述装置，所述装置通过识别所述不同的识别代码以决定需要激活哪一种用户界面。
12.一种提供最佳用户界面的方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤：
装置识别信号是来自简易遥控器还是全功能遥控器；
当所信号来自简易遥控器，提供简易用户界面给用户；
当所信号来自全功能遥控器，提供全功能用户界面给用户。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法，其特征在于，所述装置为电视。
14.如权利要求12所述的方法，其特征在于，所述简易用户界面为允许用户调整所述装置的有限设定的菜单***，所述全功能用户界面为允许用户调整所述装置的任何用户可调整设定的菜单***。
