Abstract
本发明提供一种纺织品的全新杀菌防腐处理理念及其方法,利用臭氧氧化作用破坏微生物膜的结构实现杀菌作用,臭氧首先作用于细胞膜,使膜结构成份受损而导致新陈代谢障碍,臭氧继续渗透,穿透膜而破坏膜内脂蛋白和脂多糖,改变细胞的通透性,导致细胞溶解、死亡,臭氧氧化作用直接破坏其核糖核酸RNA或脱氧核糖核酸DNA物质完成灭活病毒,不用添加防腐剂,对布面质量无影响,且工艺简单,成本低,有较好的经济和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品的全新杀菌防腐处理理念及其方法,尤其是不用添加防腐剂的织物杀菌防腐处理方法。
背景技术
天然纤维织物特别是棉织物,上浆时由于棉织物的自身特点和浆料中的淀粉成份等原因,在相对湿度较高的环境中存储时,容易产生细菌微生物,使布面腐蚀变黄,因此必须在上浆的浆料中添加防腐剂,防腐剂的加入有力于抑制微生物对布面质量的影响,但防腐剂为有毒化合物,使纺织品无法通过检验检疫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不用添加防腐剂的纺织品杀菌防腐处理的方法。
为实现本发明所提供的技术方案是:
一种纺织品杀菌防腐处理的方法,其特征在于将织造后的成布置于封闭容器中,以发生器制造臭氧,使空间臭氧量达2-10g/L,也可在容器内加装1-4盏紫外线灭菌灯同时进行照射,成布在其中堆置3-10小时,杀菌打包后的织物,可用真空包装袋进行包装,抽真空后织物即便放置6个月左右也不会产生细菌污染。
本方法利用臭氧氧化作用破坏微生物膜的结构实现杀菌作用,臭氧首先作用于细胞膜,使膜结构成份受损而导致新陈代谢障碍,臭氧继续渗透,穿透膜而破坏膜内脂蛋白和脂多糖,改变细胞的通透性,导致细胞溶解、死亡,臭氧氧化作用直接破坏其核糖核酸RNA或脱氧核糖核酸DNA物质完成灭活病毒,不用添加防腐剂,对布面质量无影响,且工艺简单,成本低,有较好的经济和社会效益。
具体实施方式
实际生产中,将织造后的成布置于封闭容器中,以发生器制造臭氧,使空间臭氧量达2-10g/L,也可在容器内加装1-4盏紫外线灭菌灯同时进行照射,成布在其中堆置3-10小时,杀菌打包后的织物,可用真空包装袋进行包装,抽真空后织物即便放置6个月左右也不会产生细菌污染。
本发明的制备方法为以下步骤:
①、将下机织布后整理验布、修补后的织物折叠,放入封闭的容器中;
②、启动臭氧发生器,使其臭氧发生量为60g/h,根据容器的容积确定臭氧发生器的工作时间3小时,当臭氧密度达到3g/L后停止工作,堆置时间6小时;
③、打包织物,使用真空包装袋进行包装,抽真空,为防止真空包装袋破损,在真空包装袋外套装编织袋;
下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步说明:
实施例一
配料:臭氧2-10g/L
制备方法:
①、将下机织布后整理验布、修补后的织物折叠,放入封闭的容器中;
②、启动臭氧发生器,使其臭氧发生量为60g/h,根据容器的容积确定臭氧发生器的工作时间3小时,当臭氧密度达到3g/L后停止工作,堆置时间6小时;
③、打包织物,使用真空包装袋进行包装,抽真空,为防止真空包装袋破损,在真空包装袋外套装编织袋;
实施例二
配料:臭氧10g/L,其制备方法同实施例一。
综上所述,本发明的纺织品杀菌防腐处理的方法,利用臭氧氧化作用破坏微生物膜的结构实现杀菌作用,不用添加防腐剂,对布面质量无影响,且工艺简单,成本低,有较好的经济和社会效益。

1.一种纺织品杀菌防腐处理的方法,其特征在于:将织造后的成布置于封闭容器中,以发生器制造臭氧,使空间臭氧量达2-10g/L,也可在容器内加装1-4盏紫外线灭菌灯同时进行照射,成布在其中堆置3-10小时,杀菌打包后的织物,可用真空包装袋进行包装,抽真空后织物即便放置6个月左右也不会产生细菌污染。
2.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于制备方法为以下步骤:
①、将下机织布后整理验布、修补后的织物折叠,放入封闭的容器中;
②、启动臭氧发生器,使其臭氧发生量为60g/h,根据容器的容积确定臭氧
