Abstract
化妆用洗涤活性的制剂,用于洗涤皮肤和/或用于洗涤头发和头皮,其含有非离子性高分子量的聚乙二醇、表面活性剂和阳离子护理物质,其特征在于,发泡参数乳膏性/丰富性的值为8-10。

技术领域
本发明涉及具有特别发泡效果的化妆用洗涤剂。化妆用洗涤剂本身是已知的。在此主要是指以不同制剂提供给消费者的表面活性的物质或物质混合物。
背景技术
洗发产品的泡沫在消费者使用时扮演重要角色。发泡效果是指发泡能力,在施用期间产生的泡沫的量,以及尤其是泡沫的乳膏性/丰富性。多细孔、乳膏性和丰富的泡沫被消费者视为理想的。
本文意义上的护理效果是指该组合物对使用者进行整洁其头发的能力,使头发在湿态和干态都有良好的梳理性,良好的修饰性,良好的手感和良好的发泽。
该类制剂例如是泡沫浴剂和淋浴剂,香波,儿童和婴儿用的特种洗涤剂等。
现在的洗发产品通常由水、表面活性剂、增稠剂、助剂和护理成分组成。
特别是护理成分在近期有高度意义,因为消费者,特别是头发损伤/受损的消费者,希望有很高的护理效果。护理性或调理性物质是对头发有高度亲合性并散布在头发表面的物质,该物质尽可能不使头发沉重。所述成分使头发结构光滑,从而使头发的梳理变容易。同时防止带静电,并使头发具有光泽。调理物质的决定性作用还有引起感觉-使其在湿态和干态头发时产生感觉和手感。因此,护理是与生物物理学参数梳理性、体积、丰满性、光泽、手感和柔软性同样重要的。
此外,产品的稠度、泡沫量和泡沫乳膏性尤其影响发泡的时间点、消费者对产品的接受性。对于在手中或头发上的产品分布和发泡,消费者已经在有关期望的护理效果方面对产品进行了评价。乳膏性、丰富的发泡在此是与一直期望的丰富的护理效果同样重要的。这通常通过用不同的增稠剂来提高稠度而实现的。不过,这样不能制得具有最佳流动性质和提取性质同时具有最佳护理性质的香波。
护理成分一般分成两组:水溶性和水不溶性的调理性物质。属于水不溶性的调理性物质有硅酮、油类、脂肪醇和蜡;属于水溶性的有阳离子表面活性剂和阳离子聚合物。
阳离子聚合物对香波配方而言是基本的原料。为了实现可控的调理的效果,有多种可能性。为此可以使用特别合适的聚合物或表面活性剂。但是其使用往往只是妨碍或影响产品的泡沫效果。
因此,希望的是使用具有较高护理性质并且赋予产品足够的泡沫效果的表面活性剂/聚合物体系。
含有侵蚀性表面活性剂的洗发剂也会使头发至少总体上降低其形象或发式的形象。例如某些水溶性头发组分(例如脲、尿酸、黄质、角蛋白、糖原、柠檬酸、乳酸)会由于洗发而浸出。
文献WO 200006608 1公开了阴离子表面活性剂、非挥发的调理剂、抗皮屑活性物质的颗粒、Polyquat和0.005-1.5%PEG的组合物。
文献DE 69109973公开了含有0.01-5%的Mw大于/等于500000的PEG、0.1-30%油或脂肪、0.1-30%非离子表面活性剂的头发化妆品。
文献EP 485212公开了含有阴离子表面活性剂(>5%)、甜菜碱(>1%)和润肤剂材料(=保湿剂)和吸留(oklusive)材料(油类、蜡、润湿剂)的洗涤组合物。
文献WO 2002087519公开了一种由分子量为1-5Mda的PEG以及天然或合成多糖(树胶)组成的剃须制剂。
文献WO 2006/010441A1公开了含有Mw大于/等于6Mda的PEG的头发护理组合物。
发明内容
但现有技术缺乏可以令人满意地护理受损的头发的香波配方。同时具有特别的发泡效果。因此,发明目的还在于弥补现有技术的该缺陷。
令人惊讶地表明,该目的的实现方案在于,用于洗涤皮肤和/或用于洗涤头发和头皮的化妆用洗涤活性的制剂,其含有非离子性高分子量的聚乙二醇、表面活性剂和阳离子护理物质,而且发泡参数乳膏性/丰富性的值为8-10,弥补了现有技术的缺点。这样的制剂是在发泡时感觉特别润滑和丰富并且具有最佳的头发护理性质的香波,没有同时提高稠度。因此不会产生所谓流动性的上述缺点,诸如在使用常见的增稠剂时产生的,或者降低护理性质,如使用聚丙烯酸酯那样。此时有利的是使用摩尔质量为100000到6000000,优选摩尔质量为1000000到5000000,特别优选摩尔质量为4000000的非离子性高分子量的聚乙二醇,例如Amerchol的POLYOXWSR-301或POLYOX-WSR LEO NF。此时有利的是,一种或多种聚乙二醇的浓度为0.01-0.5重量%。优选0.02-0.3重量%。在此有利的是,一种或多种表面活性剂是阴离子型、两性型和/或非离子型表面活性剂,它们以总浓度2-25重量%使用。在此有利的是,所述制剂还含有珠光剂,优选含有月桂基醚硫酸盐与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和PEG-5月桂基柠檬酸磺基琥珀酸二钠的组合物。在此有利的是,含有浓度为5-15重量%的月桂基醚硫酸盐,浓度为0.5-10重量%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,浓度为0.5-5重量%的PEG-5月桂基柠檬酸磺基琥珀酸二钠,特别优选月桂基醚硫酸盐的浓度为6-12重量%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的浓度为1-5重量%,PEG-5月桂基柠檬酸磺基琥珀酸二钠的浓度为1.5-4重量%。在此还特别有利的是,该制剂是澄清的,并且不含有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。所有情况下有利的是,使用氯化钠、PEG-200氢化的棕榈酸甘油酯、PEG-90异硬脂酸甘油酯或丙烯酸酯共聚物作为增稠剂,优选浓度为0.05-5重量%。
在此有利的是,还含有Polyquaternium-10或Guar Quats或Polyquaternium-7或者由Polyquaternium-10和Guar Quat的组合物,优选含有Guar Quat和Polyquaternium-7的组合物,或者Guar Quat和Polyquaternium-10的组合物,或者Polyquaternium-10和Polyquaternium-7的组合物,其中,需用时的Polyquaternium-7含量为0.01-0.6重量%,而需用时的Polyquaternium-10含量为0.01-0.6重量%。在此有利的是,还使用微粒尺寸分布为90%体积的微粒尺寸小于50μm的PEG-3二硬脂酸酯,优选PEG-3二硬脂酸酯的含量为1.0-15重量%。代替珠光体系,还可以使用混浊剂。特别有利的是使用由乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、椰油基葡糖苷、油酸甘油酯、硬脂酸甘油酯形成的混合物,如以商品名Lamesoft TM Benz(Cognis)提供者。有利地还可以使用珠光剂和混浊剂的组合物。根据本发明的制剂优选用于洗涤皮肤和/或洗涤头发和头皮。
本发明意义上的阴离子表面活性剂通常含有羧酸根、硫酸根或磺酸根作为官能团。在水溶液中,它们在酸性或中性介质中形成带负电的有机离子。阳离子表面活性剂几乎只表现为现存的一种季铵基团。在水溶液中,它们在酸性或中性介质中形成带正电的有机离子。两性表面活性剂既含有阴离子基团也含有阳离子基团,因此在水溶液中,根据pH值的不同,表现为阴离子或阳离子表面活性剂。在强酸性介质中,其具有正电荷,在碱性介质中具有负电荷。在中性pH范围内,其是两性的,如以下实例所说明:

对非离子表面活性剂而言典型的是聚醚链。非离子表面活性剂在水性介质中不形成离子。
A.阴离子表面活性剂
根据本发明优选使用的阴离子表面活性剂是酰基氨基酸(及其盐),例如
1.酰基谷氨酸盐,例如酰基谷氨酸钠,二-TEA-棕榈酰天冬氨酸盐和辛酰基/癸酰基谷氨酸钠(Natrium Caprylic/Capric Glutamat),
2.酰基肽,例如棕榈酰基-水解的乳蛋白,椰油酰基钠水解的大豆蛋白和椰油酰基钠/钾水解的骨胶原,
3.肌氨酸盐,例如肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸,TEA-月桂酰肌氨酸盐,月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰基肌氨酸钠,
4.牛磺酸盐,例如月桂酰牛磺酸钠和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠,
5.酰基乳酸盐,月桂酰乳酸盐,己酰乳酸盐
6.丙氨酸盐

B.两性表面活性剂
根据本发明优选使用的两性表面活性剂是
1.酰基/二烷基乙二胺如酰基两性基乙酸钠、酰基两性基二丙酸二钠、烷基两性基二乙酸二钠、酰基两性基羟基丙基磺酸钠、酰基两性基二乙酸二钠和酰基两性基丙酸钠,
2.N-烷基氨基酸,例如氨基丙基烷基谷酰胺、烷基氨基丙酸、烷基亚酰氨基二丙酸钠和月桂基两性羧基氨基乙酸盐。
HLB值为10-20的有利的非离子表面活性剂例如可以是:

根据本发明的洗涤活性的制剂通常的水含量,基于制剂的总重量计为95-5重量%,并且是凝胶。
根据本发明的制剂有利地缓冲为pH范围为>4.2,特别优选>4.5,特别优选4.8-7.5。
除了香料和颜料以及一系列提高制剂耐久性的化合物外,最近时间以来还向头发香波中加入不同类型的活性物质。属于此的除了UV-吸收剂、维生素或植物提取物外,还有所谓的头发调理剂(英文:conditioner),其护理头发,并改善其梳理性和其手感,以及提高其光泽。与香波的大多数其它组分不同,调理剂散布在头发上,并且在冲洗(成膜剂)后保留在那里。由于其分子结构,它们储存在头发表皮的受损部位,并使头发光滑。从而使头发较少粗糙和易脆断,发型明显变得更光泽,并可以更易于梳理。而且头发对静电不太敏感。香波中最重要的头发调理物质是聚合的季铵化合物。还可以使用阳离子纤维素衍生物和多糖。此外还使用硅酮化合物进行调理。
根据本发明有利的成膜剂是纤维素衍生物、季铵化的瓜耳胶衍生物和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺共聚物。
对于阳离子的羟基乙基纤维素衍生物而言,合适的是分子量为400000g/mol和平均电荷密度为1.07-1.57的Polyquaternium-10类。合适的还有分子量为250000g/mol和1.7meg/g较高电荷密度的Polyquaternium-10类。
季铵化的瓜耳胶衍生物尤其是瓜耳羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵(例如Rhodia公司的Jaguar Excel,Jaguar C 162,CAS 65497-29-2,CAS39421-75-5)。这些衍生物的分子量典型地为50000到2500000。特别合适的是分子量为1000000到1500000。尤其合适的是分子量为1300000和电荷密度为0.4-0.6meg/g的瓜耳羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵。
特别合适的调理剂是分子量为1.4×106-1.8×106g/mol和电荷密度为2.5-3.5的二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺共聚物。
二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺共聚物与阳离子羟基乙基纤维素衍生物的组合物也是非常好的。对二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺共聚物和Polyquaternium-10的组合物而言,使用浓度分别为0.01-1%是有利的。特别合适的是使用浓度为0.01-0.5%。
对二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺共聚物和瓜耳羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵的组合物而言,使用浓度分别为0.01-1%是有利的。特别合适的是使用浓度为0.01-0.5%。
根据本发明的化妆和/或皮肤学制剂的制备以技术人员常用的方式进行,多数这样进行,使本发明所使用的界面活性的物质在均匀搅拌和任选在加热下悬浮,需要时进行均匀化,任选与其它脂类成分并任选与一种或多种其它乳化剂合并,然后该油相与水相混合,该水相中任选加入增稠剂,并且该水相优选具有与油相大致相同的温度,需要时进行均匀化,并冷却到室温。冷却到室温后,尤其是当尚需加入挥发性组分时,再次进行均匀化。
由试验对象组用标准洗涤方法来评价乳膏性/丰富性。对象组由10-15受过训练的人员组成。
标准洗涤方法:首先用温水(38℃)良好地润湿发绺,然后在支架上固定夹紧。将1.8ml产品放到手指上。通过手指之间的两次抚抹运动将该产品分布在两手上。然后用从上向下的三次抚抹运动将该香波分布在发绺上。通过沿着发绺的循环运动(从上到下),用两手使该香波在发绺上发泡。此时使手在发绺上一直交替循环运动,在此期间总是用另一只手抓住发绺下部。30秒后,用10个等级评价发泡的香波在发绺上的乳膏性/丰富性。这里,0=水沫(纯水),10=乳膏性/丰富的泡沫(理想的泡沫值,迄今在市场上存在的产品都达不到)。目前在市场上得到的香波达到该级别的3-6。所述的新开发品(配方1)达到的发泡参数乳膏性/丰富性的值为8。
此外,按照发泡情况,确定泡沫质量,确定细泡、中泡和大泡的泡沫的百分含量。
实施例
以下实施例解释本发明,并非对其加以限制。只要没有其它说明,所有量数据、份额和百分份额都是基于重量和总量计或者基于制剂的总重量计。
在相锅中装入主要量的水,随后依次加入水溶性组分(聚乙二醇)、表面活性剂、防腐剂和其它水溶性助剂,并相互混合,直到所述相是均匀的。

Claims (10)
1.化妆用洗涤活性的制剂,用于洗涤皮肤和/或用于洗涤头发和头皮,其含有非离子性高分子量的聚乙二醇、表面活性剂和阳离子护理物质,其特征在于,发泡参数乳膏性/丰富性的值为8-10。
2.根据权利要求1的制剂,其特征在于,使用摩尔质量为100000到6000000,优选摩尔质量为1000000到5000000,特别优选摩尔质量为4000000的非离子性高分子量的聚乙二醇。
3.根据前述权利要求之一的制剂,其特征在于,一种或多种聚乙二醇的浓度为0.01-0.5重量%,优选0.02-0.3重量%。
4.根据前述权利要求之一的制剂,其特征在于,一种或多种表面活性剂是阴离子、两性和/或非离子性表面活性剂,它们以总浓度2-25重量%使用。
5.根据前述权利要求之一的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂还含有珠光剂,优选含有月桂基醚硫酸盐与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和PEG-5月桂基柠檬酸磺基琥珀酸二钠的组合物。
6.根据前述权利要求之一的制剂,其特征在于,含有浓度为5-15重量%的月桂基醚硫酸盐,浓度为0.5-10重量%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,和浓度为0.5-5重量%的PEG-5月桂基柠檬酸磺基琥珀酸二钠,特别优选月桂基醚硫酸盐的浓度为6-12重量%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的浓度为1-5重量%,和PEG-5月桂基柠檬酸磺基琥珀酸二钠的浓度为1.5-4重量%。
7.根据前述权利要求之一的制剂,其特征在于,该制剂是澄清的,并且不含有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
8.根据前述权利要求之一的制剂,其特征在于,使用氯化钠、PEG-200氢化的棕榈酸甘油酯、PEG-90异硬脂酸甘油酯或丙烯酸酯共聚物作为增稠剂,优选浓度为0.05-5重量%。
9.根据前述权利要求之一的制剂,其特征在于,还含有Polyquaternium-10或Guar Quats或Polyquaternium-7,优选含有Guar Qua和Polyquaternium-7的组合物,或者Guar Quat和Polyquaternium-10的组合物,或者Polyquaternium-10和Polyquaternium-7的组合物,其中,任选Polyquaternium-7的含量为0.01-0.6重量%,任选Polyquaternium-10的含量为0.01-0.6重量%。
10.根据前述权利要求之一的制剂,其特征在于,还使用具有微粒尺寸的PEG-3二硬脂酸酯,其尺寸这样测定,使得90%体积份额具有小于50μm的微粒尺寸,优选PEG-3二硬脂酸酯的含量为1.0-15重量%。
