Abstract

本发明公开了一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的***和方法,均使通讯终端根据业务指南中的频道和/或节目信息从广播网络接收广播电视节目内容;通讯终端获取接收的频道或节目在流媒体业务领域中所对应的WAPURL链接,向该WAPURL链接发送流媒体内容获取请求;流媒体服务平台重定向通讯终端获取流媒体内容的请求到提供流媒体内容的RTSP链接。本发明***和方法在通讯终端接收广播电视节目信号时,可以因无法正常接收广播电视节目信号等原因从广播网络切换到流媒体服务平台,以获取并播放来自流媒体服务平台的具有更高质量的流媒体内容。这显然可以有效提高播放质量,并提高用户满意度。

一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的***和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及数据业务领域,具体涉及一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的***和方法。
背景技术
目前,广播式手机电视业务因不受带宽的限制而越来越受到众多运营商的重视,已被认为是未来业务发展的重点。但是,由于通讯终端在室内往往不能接收到良好的广播电视节目信号,因而电视节目的播放质量被严重降低,使得广播式手机电视业务的发展受到了限制,用户满意度也随之降低。虽然广播电视的室内覆盖***可以解决通讯终端在室内不能接收到良好广播电视节目信号的问题,但是建设室内覆盖***的投资非常巨大,实际上难以广泛实施及应用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的***和方法,以有效提高播放质量,提高用户满意度。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的***,该***包括相连的广播网络、通讯终端、流媒体服务平台;其中,
所述通讯终端,用于根据业务指南中的频道和/或节目信息从所述广播网络接收广播电视节目内容;以及获取接收的频道或节目在流媒体业务领域中所对应的WAP URL链接,向该WAP URL链接发送流媒体内容获取请求;
所述流媒体服务平台,用于重定向通讯终端获取流媒体内容的请求到提供流媒体内容的RTSP链接。
所述通讯终端进一步用于播放所接收到的流媒体内容。
所述流媒体服务平台,进一步用于对所述通讯终端的订购关系进行鉴权。
所述通讯终端,进一步用于从所述流媒体服务平台切换回所述广播网络。
该***进一步包括与所述通讯终端相连的手机电视业务平台,用于提供所述业务指南供通讯终端下载。
一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
通讯终端根据业务指南中的频道和/或节目信息从广播网络接收广播电视节目内容;通讯终端获取接收的频道或节目在流媒体业务领域中所对应的WAPURL链接,向该WAP URL链接发送流媒体内容获取请求;流媒体服务平台重定向通讯终端获取流媒体内容的请求到提供流媒体内容的RTSP链接。
所述通讯终端进一步通过所述RTSP链接获取流媒体内容。
在进行所述重定向之前,进一步对订购关系进行鉴权。
所述通讯终端进一步从所述流媒体服务平台切换回所述广播网络。
可见,本发明所提供的广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的***和方法,通讯终端在接收广播电视节目信号时,可以因无法正常接收广播电视节目信号等原因从广播网络切换到流媒体服务平台,以获取并播放来自流媒体服务平台的具有更高质量的流媒体内容。这显然可以有效提高播放质量,并提高用户满意度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明技术详细描述。
参见图1,图1为本发明一实施例的实现业务切换的***图。图1中,通讯终端和广播网络、流媒体服务平台相连,通讯终端可以从广播网络接收广播电视节目。其中,通讯终端是能够接受广播电视服务和流媒体服务的用户设备;流媒体服务平台能够向通讯终端提供流媒体内容,该流媒体内容通常包括和所述广播电视节目内容相对应的流媒体内容。
具体应用时,业务指南中包含在手机电视业务领域中的频道标识(ID)和/或节目ID等信息,还包括所述频道和/或节目在流媒体业务领域中所对应的WAP URL链接。
通讯终端根据该业务指南中的频道和/或节目信息从广播网络接收并播放广播电视节目内容。在接收广播电视节目内容的过程中,通讯终端有可能会出现无法正常接收广播电视节目信号的情况,也有可能接收到由广播电视节目信号内容切换到流媒体内容的业务切换命令;在这种情况下,通讯终端可以从业务指南中获取接收的频道或节目所对应的在流媒体业务领域中的WAP URL链接,并向此WAP URL链接发送流媒体内容获取请求以从流媒体服务平台获取流媒体内容。
收到来自通讯终端的流媒体内容获取请求后,流媒体服务平台重定向通讯终端获取流媒体内容的请求到提供流媒体内容的RTSP链接。
流媒体服务平台可以进一步对所述通讯终端的订购关系进行鉴权。
由针对图1的描述可见,通讯终端在接收广播电视节目信号时,可以因无法正常接收广播电视节目信号等原因从广播网络切换到流媒体服务平台,以获取并播放来自流媒体服务平台的具有更高质量的流媒体内容。这显然可以有效提高播放质量,并提高用户满意度。
如果将针对图1的描述以流程表示,则如图2所示。参见图2,图2为本发明一实施例的实现业务切换的流程图,该流程包括以下步骤:
步骤201:通讯终端根据业务指南中的频道和/或节目信息接收广播电视节目内容。
步骤202:通讯终端从业务指南中获取接收的频道和/或节目所对应的在流媒体业务领域中的WAP URL链接。
步骤203:通讯终端向此WAP URL链接发送流媒体内容获取请求以从流媒体服务平台获取流媒体内容。
步骤204:流媒体服务平台重定向通讯终端获取流媒体内容的请求到提供流媒体内容的RTSP链接。
在实际应用中,在接收流媒体内容时,通讯终端也可以从流媒体服务平台切换回广播网络,具体的切换方法可以与上述相应切换方法相同,区别只在于切换的方向不同而已。并且,所述通讯终端与手机电视业务平台相连,手机电视业务平台用于为通讯终端提供可下载的业务指南。
由以上所述可见,本发明所提供的广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的***和方法,通讯终端在接收广播电视节目信号时,可以因无法正常接收广播电视节目信号等原因从广播网络切换到流媒体服务平台,以获取并播放来自流媒体服务平台的具有更高质量的流媒体内容。这显然可以有效提高播放质量,并提高用户满意度。

Claims (9)

1.一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的***,其特征在于,该***包括相连的广播网络、通讯终端、流媒体服务平台;其中,
所述通讯终端,用于根据业务指南中的频道和/或节目信息从所述广播网络接收广播电视节目内容;以及获取接收的频道或节目在流媒体业务领域中所对应的WAP URL链接,向该WAP URL链接发送流媒体内容获取请求;
所述流媒体服务平台,用于重定向通讯终端获取流媒体内容的请求到提供流媒体内容的RTSP链接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于,所述通讯终端进一步用于播放所接收到的流媒体内容。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的***,其特征在于,所述流媒体服务平台,进一步用于对所述通讯终端的订购关系进行鉴权。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的***,其特征在于,所述通讯终端,进一步用于从所述流媒体服务平台切换回所述广播网络。
5.根据权利要求所述1的***,其特征在于,该***进一步包括与所述通讯终端相连的手机电视业务平台,用于提供所述业务指南供通讯终端下载。
6.一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
通讯终端根据业务指南中的频道和/或节目信息从广播网络接收广播电视节目内容;通讯终端获取接收的频道或节目在流媒体业务领域中所对应的WAPURL链接,向该WAP URL链接发送流媒体内容获取请求;流媒体服务平台重定向通讯终端获取流媒体内容的请求到提供流媒体内容的RTSP链接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通讯终端进一步通过所述RTSP链接获取流媒体内容。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,在进行所述重定向之前,进一步对订购关系进行鉴权。
9.根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通讯终端进一步从所述流媒体服务平台切换回所述广播网络。
