螺纹塞规测量挂架,是用于固定千分尺、三针测量螺纹塞规中径的测量固定装置;解决已往全手工握拿千分尺、三针,螺纹塞规的测量工作效率低,测量出的数据不稳定,测量精度低的不足;螺纹塞规测量挂架是在定位座上经螺杆安装滑动压紧件,在挂架立柱上经紧固手柄固定安装悬挂架,在挂架立柱下端安装紧固手柄;其优点是测量工作效率提高,测量数据稳定度提高,消除有变温热的扰动,提高了测量精度。

技术领域;本发明创造是用于螺纹塞规的测量。
背景技术:螺纹塞规是一种测量工具,需要定期检测,螺纹塞规的检测是测量螺纹中径值,但中径值是无法直接测得,必须用一个辅助过渡测量工具测得数据导出中径值,所使用的辅助过渡测量工具,即是标准的三针和千分尺,已往使用三针和千分尺测量螺纹塞规中径时,完全靠双手握住三针、千分尺、螺纹塞规,测量几次求得平均值;测量时是将三针中的二根放在螺纹塞规一面一个螺牙相邻的两边螺槽中,再将一根针放在二根针的对面的一个螺槽中,再用千分尺量得二根针与一根针之间的数据,然后导出螺纹塞规的中径值,这种测量操作复杂,工作效率低,测量过程有变温热扰动,测量数据不稳定。
发明内容:本发明创造的目的是提供一种测量工作效率高,测量数据稳定的螺纹塞规测量挂架;本发明创造的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:由定位座、滑动压紧件、螺杆、挂架立柱、悬挂杆、紧固手柄构成,将滑动压紧件通过螺杆安装在定位座上,悬挂杆通过紧固手柄固定安装在挂架立柱上,在挂架立柱下端安装紧固手柄。
本发明创造的优点:由于采用了定位座,通过定位座上安装的滑动压紧件在螺杆的带动下将千分尺固定,再将挂架立柱经下端安装的紧固手柄固定在千分尺上,将三针挂在悬挂杆上自然下垂,测量时将螺纹塞规靠紧千分尺,同时将三针中的二根压紧,扭动千分尺,将剩余的一根针压在螺纹塞规的螺槽中,即测得三针之间的数据,再导出螺纹中径,用这种方法提高了测量速度,并降低了人为因素对测量质量的影响,提高了测量稳定性,并消除了变温热扰动,提高了测量精度。

具体实施方式:螺纹塞规测量挂架:由定位座5、滑动压紧件4、螺杆6、挂架立柱3、悬挂杆2、紧固手柄1构成,将滑动压紧件通过螺杆安装在定位座上,悬挂杆通过紧固手柄固定安装在挂架立柱上,在挂架立柱下端安装紧固手柄。滑动压紧件在定位座上在螺杆的带动下滑动,将千分尺夹紧固定,在滑动压紧件,定位座与千分尺接触处可粘贴一层胶垫7,防止夹伤千分尺。

1.螺纹塞规测量挂架,包括定位座、紧固手柄、挂架立柱和悬挂杆,其特征在于滑动压紧件通过螺杆安装在定位座上,悬挂杆通过紧固手柄固定安装在挂架立柱上,在挂架立柱下端安装紧固手柄。
