一种塑料平板集热器涉及太阳能集热器领域,作为家用太阳热能开发利用的核心部件,太阳能集热器的高成本,和安装不方便,已成为阻碍太阳能热利用普及的障碍。为了克服太阳能集热器,整体重、只限于屋顶安装、制作成本高等问题。本发明提供一种结构简单,重量轻的塑料平板太阳能集热器。采用了塑料平板集热器外框、塑料平板集热器外壳、塑料汇集管、塑料排管吸热板、轻质保温层、塑料中空透明盖板组装成塑料平板集热器。其结构简单、制造成本低、整体重量轻,除了可安装屋顶外,还可以安装在阳台、向阳墙壁,在城市可大面积普及。

本发明涉及太阳能集热器领域,尤其是一种结构简单,重量轻的塑料平板太阳能集热器。
背景技术;
目前,再生能源已纳入国家中长期发展规划,其中家用太阳热能开发利用也越来越受到重视。作为家用太阳热能开发利用的核心部件,太阳能集热器的高成本,和安装不方便,已成为阻碍太阳能热利用普及的障碍。现有太阳能集热器按形状分为集热管式、平板式。现有集热管式集热器其单管热效率高,但是需要多根和水箱直接连接整体重、安装不便、制作成本高,只能适应屋顶安装,且不能排列过密,其总采光面积不如平板集热器。而现有平板集热器,大多采用玻璃盖板,金属吸热板,虽然可以和水箱分体安装,但整体重,成本高也只适合屋顶安装。如专利号200420047222.0所述平板集热器就是采用的玻璃盖板,全铜集热板芯所以也只适合屋顶安装。
发明内容;
为了克服太阳能集热器,整体重、只限于屋顶安装、制作成本高的问题。本发明提供一种结构简单,重量轻的塑料平板太阳能集热器。
本发明采用的技术方案是采用了塑料平板集热器外框、塑料平板集热器外壳、塑料汇集管、塑料排管吸热板、保温层、塑料中空透明盖板组装成塑料平板集热器。塑料排管吸热板是由中空并且内有多条可通水小排管的塑料板材与太阳能选择性吸收材料组成。在塑料汇集管上有用与排管吸热板连通的连接槽。塑料排管吸热板***塑料汇集管连接槽内采用粘连方式连接。
本发明的有益效果是结构简单、制造成本大大降低、整体重量大大减轻。除了可安装屋顶外还可以安装在阳台、向阳墙壁。安装灵活性更强,可在城市可大面积普及。

具体实施方式;
首选通过注塑成型制成类似方盒状的塑料平板集热器外壳6,也可通过粘连将塑料材料组装成塑料平板集热器外壳6,里面填充轻质保温材料组成保温层3。酋选将太阳能选择性吸收粉状材料作为着色剂与耐水、耐温、耐候性好的塑料挤出成型为中空并且内有多条可通水小排管7的塑料排管吸热板2。也可通过挤出成型将耐水、耐温、耐候性好的塑料制成中空并且内有多条可通水小排管7的塑料板材,在其表面将太阳能选择性吸收材料,通过喷、涂等方式覆盖一层太阳能选择性吸收层8就成为塑料排管吸热板2。采用耐温、耐水塑料管材作为汇集管4,热熔封堵一边管口,另一管口热熔接内丝作为外部受热部件的接口。在塑料汇集管4上,通过模具热熔出一条连接槽9,也可通过刨床在上面开一条连接槽9,将塑料排管吸热板2***连接槽9内,采用热熔、胶粘剂等方式将其密封粘连。将与塑料汇集管4粘连在一起的塑料排管吸热板2,放入填充了保温层3的塑料平板集热器外壳6内,上面盖上中空透明塑料盖板5,最后首选用注塑成型制成的塑料平板集热器外框1,也可通过粘连将塑料材料组装成的塑料平板集热器外框1,密封盖紧加固即成。

1.一种塑料平板集热器,其特征是主要由塑料平板集热器外框、塑料平板集热器外壳、塑料汇集管、塑料排管吸热板、保温层、塑料中空透明盖板组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料平板集热器,其特征塑料排管吸热板是由中空并且内有多条可通水小排管的塑料板材与太阳能选择性吸收材料组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料平板集热器,其特征塑料汇集管上有用与塑料排管吸热板连接用的连接槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料平板集热器,其塑料排管吸热板***塑料汇集管连接槽内是采用粘接方式连接。
