Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹簧加载间隔件,且尤其涉及这样一种产品,优选的,其由塑料制成和具有绝缘性质,且可用于具有触控平台或面板的控制单元和部件的紧固***中。
背景技术
通常,在常规的触控装配中,例如,在烤箱触控面板中,单独的弹簧、单独的间隔件和通常其它部件与印刷电路板连接在一起。这些装配耗费非常多的时间和精力被装在一起。为了装配,部件必须形成为合适的尺寸且非常便利。部件和印刷电路板是关键的,装配错误会导致设备的损伤或减少装置在使用中的寿命。此外这些部件通常不能互换,当可能需要许多固定***用于一单个装置时,通常需要分开的子装配以完成必须的连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有所述特征的弹簧加载间隔件。
另一目的是提供一种用于触控面板的弹簧加载间隔件,其可以完全装配或易于安装。
另一目的是提供一种能够适应一个或多个印刷电路板或其它部件的弹簧加载间隔件。
另一目的是提供一种能够对其所安装的表面提供连续和预定压力的加载簧的间隔件。
另一目的是提供一种能对控制面板或对固定于安装有弹簧加载间隔件的表面上的光刻传感器提供连续和预定压力的弹簧加载间隔件。
另一目的是提供一种易于改进且具有足够通用性以将其固定于印刷电路板或其它面板或其它部件上的弹簧加载间隔件。
另一目的是提供一种可替换多个常规部件且其能够被作为单件使用和安装的弹簧加载间隔件。
另一目的是提供一种易于改进且具有足够通用性以通过常规卡扣、螺钉、螺栓或其它常规固定装置将其连接于底板等上的弹簧加载间隔件。
本发明的目的还提供了一种低成本和易于制造的且使用便利、有效和高效的弹簧加载间隔件。
本发明的装置包括套筒部分,该套筒部分在一端具有用于将其连接到底板等上的装置,在另一端具有杆部,该杆部具有将其连接到印刷电路板等上的装置。该杆部用安置在套筒部分内的压缩盘簧弹簧加载。一系列圆周环设置在杆端,用于连接到印刷电路板等上,该圆周环可以用于将一个或多个印刷电路板或其它部件固定到间隔件上。这种布置允许套筒部具有与底板、螺丝钉、螺栓或其它装置卡扣接合的座。同样的,所述可连接于印刷电路板等上的杆端可被改变以提供与印刷电路板或其它面板的各种常规连接。
具体地,一种用于将部件固定到面板上的弹簧加载间隔件,所述弹簧加载间隔件包括:套筒部分,该套筒部分具有用于将其连接到所述面板上的连接装置和与所述连接装置间隔开的杆,该杆使所述套筒部分与所述部件连接,所述杆安置在所述套筒部分中;以及与所述杆相关联的弹簧装置,其用于偏压所述部件和面板,使所述部件和面板在张力下间隔开但用于使所述杆抵靠所述部件接合,在所述杆上形成有多个圆周环,所述圆周环用于将一个或多个另外的部件固定在该弹簧加载间隔件上。
通过采用本发明的弹簧加载间隔件可提供一种完全的装配***。该间隔件是足够通用的,以便允许改进,例如对弹簧座提供不同的固定方法,不同的弹簧张力可以用于不同的传感器压力。该弹簧加载间隔件的长度也可很容易地改变以适应不同的弹簧、张力和需要的尺寸。尤其是,本发明教导的新颖的弹簧加载间隔件大大减少了提供和装配常规部件和方法所花费的安装时间和成本。
通过使用本发明的弹簧加载间隔件,装置的头部(可以用于将该装置固定在带有光刻传感器的印刷电路板上)能够被定制设计成适应各种孔尺寸或其它固定方法。本发明的间隔件在邻近其头部处具有外周环形区域,该环形区域能够用于固定可以装有光敏感或其它部件的第二或其它印刷电路板,且可容纳各种厚度的板;因此,该弹簧加载间隔件能够接收多个间隔开的印刷电路板。
本发明的弹簧加载间隔件提供作用于印刷电路板或其它盖连接件上的均匀和连续的力,以确保安装于所述印刷电路板上的部件总是与相关部件接触。在这种应用中,本发明的弹簧加载间隔件充当低负荷减震器,且在所述部件中的弹簧的这种布置保持弹簧就位,并且允许所需的压缩。
当本发明的弹簧加载间隔件的顶部可拆卸地固定于印刷电路板等上时,装置的底部通常连接到或放置在底板等结构上,且还可用于夹子或定位销上。这种布置具有很大通用性以允许该间隔件在几乎任何环境下使用,即在电子装置中、用于车辆或设备等上使用。用于将该间隔件固定在下表面上的安装***根据需要可以是螺栓、弹簧垫圈、自攻丝螺丝钉或其它安装装置;且这种安装***可被内置在本发明的弹簧加载间隔件,且在同一个模子中制造。

具体实施方式
参考图1,弹簧加载间隔件10连接于上印刷电路板PC1和下印刷电路板PC2上。部件,如触控TC和光传感器S可以固定于印刷电路板PC1上,如图所示。这种间隔件10通常安装于底板或下面的面板(未示出)上,当安装时,间隔件被离开底板且朝向印刷电路板PC1和PC2偏压。
如图2所示,弹簧加载间隔件10包括套筒部件11,该套筒部件具有安装装置12,其用于将套筒部件连接于下面的底板或面板(未示出)上。该套筒部件接收杆12和压缩弹簧13。该压缩弹簧13安装在形成于杆12上的轴14上,并且弹簧13具有适于安置在套筒部件11的底部16上的成形端部15。支腿17形成于杆中,与轴14的底部间隔开以捕获弹簧13的上端18。
杆12的远离其轴14的端部承载用于将印刷电路板PC1或类似部件固定于弹簧加载间隔件上的固定部件19。该固定部件19优选为适于与形成在印刷板中的孔卡扣啮合的的倒钩箭头。在邻近固定部件19,在杆12上可形成多个圆周环20,这些环20可用于将一个或多个另外的印刷电路板PC2固定于弹簧加载间隔件上。
在套管11上可形成有窗口21,其用于当杆朝向上面的印刷电路板PC1挤压时观察杆12和弹簧13的动作。间隔件10抵靠印刷电路板PC1和/或PC2施加的弹性压力可以由弹簧13的可压缩性来实现,通过改变弹簧的结构可以实现更大或更小的弹性压力。
在图3中,示出了用于安置套筒11的连接部件的三种变形,标记为A、B和C。连接部件A在套筒的底部具有孔22,螺丝钉或其它固定件(未示出)可用于将套筒固定于底板等部件上。连接部件B具有凸台23,其可具有螺纹或类似的固定装置,以能够接收螺栓或螺丝钉,将套筒固定于下面的底板或面板上。连接部件C可以具有倒钩箭头24,该倒钩箭头24可以用于固定在底板或类似面板的下表面中的相应孔中。这些在套筒11的底部上或在轴12的顶部上的固定件19上的端部变化A、B或C可以在形成该部分时,通过采用合适的可互换的空腔在塑性模具中改变。
除了弹簧13,间隔件组合的其它部分,即套筒11和轴12优选由塑性材料制造,以具有绝缘性来抑制印刷电路板或其它电子或电气元件的短路。
虽然本发明已相当具体的地被公开了,但是可以理解的是,可对该结构进行许多改变,而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。因而,不期望本发明被局限于所描述的具体结构。
Claims (11)
1.—种用于将部件固定到面板上的弹簧加载间隔件,所述弹簧加载间隔件包括:套筒部分,该套筒部分具有用于将其连接到所述面板上的连接装置和与所述连接装置间隔开的杆,该杆使所述套筒部分与所述部件连接,所述杆安置在所述套筒部分中;以及与所述杆相关联的弹簧装置,其用于偏压所述部件和面板,使所述部件和面板在张力下间隔开但用于使所述杆抵靠所述部件接合,在所述杆上形成有多个圆周环,所述圆周环用于将一个或多个另外的部件固定在该弹簧加载间隔件上。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹簧加载间隔件,其中,所述连接装置包括位于所述套筒部分上的倒钩部件,该倒钩部件用于将所述套筒部分连接到所述面板上。
3.如权利要求1所述的弹簧加载间隔件,其中,所述杆可滑动地设置在所述套筒部分中。
4.如权利要求1所述的弹簧加载间隔件,其中,所述弹簧装置被所述杆的一端接合。
5.如权利要求4所述的弹簧加载间隔件,其中,所述弹簧装置是压缩弹簧。
6.如权利要求1所述的弹簧加载间隔件,其中,所述杆具有轴,该轴用于接收所述弹簧装置。
7.如权利要求6所述的弹簧加载间隔件,其中,所述轴具有用于捕获所述弹簧装置的一端的支腿。
8.如权利要求1所述的弹簧加载间隔件,其中,所述套筒部分和杆由电介质绝缘材料制成。
9.如权利要求8所述的弹簧加载间隔件,其中,所述套筒部分和杆由塑料模制而成。
10.如权利要求1所述的弹簧加载间隔件,其中,所述弹簧装置包括安置于所述套筒部分内的压缩盘簧。
11.如权利要求10所述的弹簧加载间隔件,其中,所述压缩盘簧环绕所述杆。
