本发明涉及洗衣机/干燥机及其控制方法,其中所洗衣物能够有效干燥而不会受到损坏。
洗衣机/干燥机中利用各种加热器对所洗衣物进行干燥。除掉所洗衣物中水分的最有效的方法之一是利用微波能进行干燥处理,由磁控管产生的、以适当波长辐射出能量的微波能用于除掉水分而不会加热所洗衣物。
在把微波能用作热源时遇到的最严重的问题是,在干燥带金属附件如拉链、钮扣等的衣物时,由于微波能与这类金属附件相互作用而会形成损伤衣物的电弧。在目前的工艺水平,设计有各种应用程序以克服此困难,并进行有效的干燥处理。
在利用微波能作为热源的干燥应用中遇到的另一问题是要在滚筒停止时关闭微波能以防损坏衣物。在此情形中,干燥过程延长了。此时,当在滚筒停止时没有关闭微波能,使用了恒定功率和高功率的微波能时,则金属附件周围的区域会由于过热而变黄或是完全燃烧而损毁衣服。
在目前的工艺水平,英国专利申请no.GB2217824中描述了一种干燥机,其中将微波照射装置用于干燥过程。在此实施形式中,滚筒中微波辐照的强度与衣物中所含水分成比例地改变。随着衣物中水分的减少,微波辐照的水平也会下降。
在目前的工艺水平,英国专利申请no.GB2375811中,通过监控干燥机里的温度和压力,能够逐渐递增式地减少磁控管的功率。
在目前的工艺水平,美国专利no.US5321897中描述了,滚筒停止转动时将切断从磁控管输出的能量,防止产生微波能。
在目前的工艺水平,美国专利no.US5555641中描述了一种干燥机,其中微波能源和辅助加热器可根据滚筒内的温度变化接通或关闭。
在目前的工艺水平,土耳其专利申请no.TR200301241描述了一种包括有微波能源的洗衣机/干燥机(1),其中利用气敏元件、温度传感器和湿度传感器能够探测出干燥周期中衣物的水分,从而能够提前探测到衣物烧损或熔化的可能状态。
本发明的目的在于设计一种包含微波能源的洗衣机/干燥机,其中带有金属附件的衣物能够有效地进行干燥而不会变黄或烧损。
在附图中将详细例示为实现本发明目标设计的洗衣机/干燥机,其中:

洗衣机/干燥机(1)包括:滚筒(2),其中放置所洗衣物且绕轴转动;用作加热源的微波能源(3),它产生微波能并在滚筒(2)中辐射微波能,此能源在滚筒(2)静止且衣服上的金属附件过热时比在滚筒(2)转动时以更低的功率级致动,使得衣物尤其是带金属附件的衣物能够利用微波能源(3)干燥而不会受到损坏(图1)。
在本发明的最佳实施形式中,滚筒静止时微波能源(3)所施加的功率(P滚筒静止)和滚筒转动时微波能源(3)所施加的功率(P滚筒转动)根据干燥过程中衣物中水分的变化而改变(图2)。
在本发明的这一实施形式中,微波能源(3)由以下说明的方法控制:
在干燥过程开始时,根据衣物的水分含量由制造者决定,滚筒(2)静止时微波能源(3)所施加的功率值(P滚筒静止)和滚筒(2)转动时微波能源(3)所施加的功率值(P滚筒转动)。与此同时,对滚筒(2)的运转进行控制,如果滚筒(2)转动,则根据衣物的水分含量以滚筒(2)转动时所施加的功率(P滚筒转动)致动微波能源。如果滚筒(2)静止,则根据衣物的水分含量以滚筒(2)静止时所施加的功率(P滚筒静止)致动微波能源,此功率小于滚筒(2)转动时所施加的功率(P滚筒转动)。随着干燥过程的继续,衣物中的水分含量下降,相对地,微波能源(3)在滚筒(2)静止时所施加的功率(P滚筒静止)以及滚筒(2)转动时所施加的功率(P滚筒转动)与之前的功率水平(P滚筒静止,P滚筒转动)相比递增式地下降。
在不同的水分含量水平,滚筒(2)静止时和滚筒转动时微波能源(3)所施加的功率(P滚筒静止,P滚筒转动)之间的差值最好是恒定的。
下面以洗5公斤棉衣为例给出干燥值的表:

在本发明的另一实施形式中,洗衣机/干燥机(1)除微波能源(4)之外还包括所用到的一个或多个加热器(4)。
在此实施形式中,加热器(4)在一定的时期内、根据一定的湿度值打开或关闭,同时提供有效的干燥和能量保存。
对于本发明的洗衣机/干燥机(1),衣物尤其是带金属附件的衣物所遭到的损坏,干燥过程期间金属加热造成的变黄、烧损,都将降低到最小程度,并且能够完成带金属附件的衣物的有效干燥而避免损坏。

Claims (4)

1. 一种洗衣机/干燥机(1),包括绕轴转动的、衣物放置在其中的滚筒(2),其特征在于:当滚筒(2)静止且衣服上的金属附件过热时比当滚筒(2)转动时以更低的功率级致动微波能源(3),使得衣物得以干燥而不会有损坏。
2. 根据权利要求1中的洗衣机/干燥机(1),其特征在于微波能源(3),在滚筒静止时所施加的功率(P滚筒静止)和滚筒转动时所施加的功率(P滚筒转动)是根据干燥过程中衣物水分含量的变化而改变。
3. 根据权利要求1或2中的洗衣机/干燥机(1),其特征在于微波能源(3),在不同水分含量水平下,滚筒静止时所施加的功率(P滚筒静止和滚筒转动时所施加的功率(P滚筒转动)之间的差值是恒定的。
4. 用于根据权利要求1至3中任一项的洗衣机/干燥机(1)的控制方法,此控制方法包括以下步骤:根据衣物的水分含量由生产者决定,给出滚筒(2)静止时和滚筒(2)转动时微波能源(3)所施加的功率值(P滚筒静止,P滚筒转动);控制滚筒(2)的转动;如果滚筒(2)转动,则根据衣物的水分含量,以滚筒(2)转动时所施加的功率(P滚筒转动)致动微波能源(3);如果滚筒(2)静止,则根据衣物的水分含量以小于滚筒(2)转动时所施加的功率值(P滚筒转动)的滚筒(2)静止时所施加的功率(P滚筒静止)致动微波能源(3)。
