Abstract

背景技术
US 5,505,697公开了一种电动喷射注射器,该注射器将柱塞驱动器压向柱塞以产生刺入人的皮肤的高初始压力脉冲。然后,该柱塞驱动器继续产生较低的输出压力直到完成例如胰岛素的注射。注射器内的微处理器对移动柱塞驱动器的电动机的速度和方向进行控制。该注射器提供一种皮下注射,其对用于治疗糖尿病的胰岛素注射尤其有用。

本发明的另一个目的是提供一种在电池电压低于电池的标称电压的情况下,确保电池驱动电动机的恒速的方法。
发明内容
在第一方面,通过提供一种确保电池驱动电动机的恒定目标速度的方法来实现上述目的,所述电池驱动电动机适于移动注射设备中的活塞杆,以便从注射设备注射设定剂量的药物,该方法包括步骤:
-设定要由活塞杆实现的第一目标速度,
-确定是否可以达到第一目标速度,以及,
-如果可以达到第一目标速度,则维持第一目标速度直到已经从注射设备注射了设定剂量的药物,或
-如果不能达到第一目标速度,则设定第二目标速度。
根据本发明的方法可以进一步包括确定是否可以达到第二目标速度的步骤,以及
-如果可以达到第二目标速度,则维持第二目标速度直到已经从注射设备注射了设定剂量的药物,或
-如果不能达到第二目标速度,则设定第三目标速度。
根据本发明的方法甚至可以进一步包括下列步骤:确定是否可以达到第三目标速度,如果可以达到第三目标速度,则维持第三目标速度直到已经从注射设备注射了设定剂量的药物,或,如果不能达到第三目标速度,则关闭电动机。关闭电动机意味着目标速度设定为零。
第一目标速度可以高于第二目标速度,第二目标速度可以高于第三目标速度。因此,在启动时注射设备***的控制模块设定优选目标速度。如果不能达到优选目标速度,则设定略低的目标速度。在不能达到该较低的目标速度的情况下,设定甚至更低的目标速度。原则上,该过程可以持续任意次数,但由于该注射设备的用户需要在合理期间内知道注射设备是否能够以恒速完成设定剂量的药物注射,通常在电动机关闭之前设定三个目标速度,并向注射设备的用户提供告警信号,通知用户需要更换电池。
活塞杆速度的确定可包括使用某类编码器单元和相关的电子检测电路来测定电动机的速度。根据本发明的方法可以进一步包括测量提供给电动机的电流的步骤。可以通过在电池和电动机之间***电流传感器,或通过测量可操作地连接到电动机的一个端子的外部电阻两端的电压降,来进行这种测量。
根据本发明的方法可以进一步包括步骤:如果提供给电动机的电流超过预定值,则关闭电动机。如果电动机不知何故被阻塞,例如机械阻塞,或者如果设定剂量被强制高速通过细注射针,则可以发生高电流。

具体实施方式
通常,本发明涉及一种方法,用于向注射设备中的电池驱动电动机供电,并确保在注射设定剂量药物期间以恒速驱动电动机。由于电动机驱动作用于包含药物的安瓿的活塞杆,因此非常有必要以恒速向前并朝向安瓿移动活塞杆,使得安瓿中的药物(如胰岛素)以每时间单位恒定量从注射设备注射。
当设定剂量的药物要从注射设备注射时,控制模块设置电动机要达到的优选目标速度。注射期间,定期测量电动机的速度和提供给电动机的电流。如果电动机可以达到并维持优选目标速度,则通过以这个优选电动机速度驱动电动机来注射设定剂量,直到注射完成。如果由于电池电压降低而不能达到优选目标速度,或不能维持优选目标速度,则控制模块设定低于该优选目标速度的第二目标速度。同时,产生告警信号,告知注射设备的用户电池的剩余容量不足以以优选目标速度来运行电动机。在设定第二目标速度之前,启动达到优选目标速度的进一步尝试。这种尝试可包括增加提供给电动机的电压水平。通过调整至一个或更多晶体管的PWM控制信号来实现这种增加。
如果电动机可以达到并维持第二目标速度,则在该电动机速度注射所述设定剂量。如果不能达到或维持第二目标速度,则由控制模块设定第三以及甚至更低的目标速度。如果不能达到或维持第三目标速度,则控制单元关闭电动机并产生告警信号,以告知用户需要马上更换电池。
图1的流程图示出了实现本发明的一种方法。在逻辑框“开始”处开始,设定优选目标速度。经过预定时间段以后,检查电动机是否已达到优选目标速度。使用可操作地连接到电动机的电动机轴的编码器来测量该电动机速度。如果达到或能维持优选目标速度,则注射完成并到达逻辑框“注射完成”,所述注射设备准备注射新剂量的药物。
如果不能达到优选目标速度,则检查电动机是否过载。例如可能由电动机轴的机械阻塞或电动机所驱动的活塞杆的机械阻塞引起电动机过载。如果检测到这种阻塞,则马上关闭电动机。通过测量提供给电动机的电流来检测电动机的过载状态-如果过载状态发生,则提供给电动机的电流水平超过预定值,以及控制模块关闭电动机。
如果电动机不能达到优选目标速度,并且没有检测到过流,则目标速度从优选目标速度降至第二和更低的目标速度。如上所述,电动机具有预定时段到达优选目标速度。该预定时段可以从几个采样率到若干采样率变化。如果设定第二目标速度,则该电动机必须在对应于给定达到优选目标速度的时间段的时间段内达到第二目标速度。如果能够达到并维持第二目标速度,则注射设备在第二目标速度完成注射。如果不是,则设定第三以及甚至更低的目标速度,所述电动机必须在预定时间段内达到第三目标速度。如果可以达到并维持第三目标速度,则注射设备在第三目标速度完成注射。如果不是,或者如果检测到过流,则关闭电动机并产生错误信号。该错误信号通知注射设备的用户需要更换电池。
优选目标速度、第二目标速度和第三目标速度之间的典型比率如下:如果优选目标速度对应于100%,则第二和第三目标速度将典型地分别对应于70%和40%。然而,也可以应用其他比率以及附加或更小的目标速度。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于确保电池驱动电动机的恒定目标速度的方法,所述电池驱动电动机适合于移动注射设备中的活塞杆,以便从注射设备注射设定剂量的药物,该方法包括下列步骤:
-设定活塞杆要达到的第一目标速度,
-确定是否能够达到第一目标速度,以及,
-如果能够达到第一目标速度,则维持第一目标速度直到已从注射设备注射了设定剂量的药物,或者
-如果不能达到第一目标速度,则设定第二目标速度。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,进一步包括步骤:确定是否能够达到第二目标速度,以及
-如果能够达到第二目标速度,则维持第二目标速度直到已从注射设备注射了设定剂量的药物,或者
-如果不能达到第二目标速度,则设定第三目标速度。
3.根据权利要求2的方法,进一步包括步骤:确定是否能够达到第三目标速度,以及,如果能够达到第三目标速度,则维持第三目标速度直到已从注射设备注射了设定剂量的药物,或者,如果不能达到第三目标速度,则关闭电动机。
4.根据权利要求1-3的任何一个的方法,其中,确定活塞杆的速度包括测量电动机的速度的步骤。
5.根据权利要求1-4的任何一个的方法,进一步包括测量提供给电动机的电流的步骤。
6.根据权利要求5的方法,进一步包括如果提供给电动机的电流超过预定值,则关闭电动机的步骤。
7.根据权利要求1-6的任何一个的方法,其中,所述第一目标速度高于第二目标速度,所述第二目标速度高于第三目标速度。
8.根据权利要求1-7的任何一个的方法,进一步包括当设定第二目标速度时产生电池告警信号的步骤,所述电池告警信号被提供给注射设备的控制模块,以便警告设备的用户电池容量不足以达到第一目标速度。
9.一种执行权利要求1-8的任何一个的方法的***,该***包括:
