技术领域
本发明是一种具有紫外线吸收能力的组合物涂料制备方法。
背景技术
紫外线吸收剂大多为有机化合物,其寿命短、持久性差,有毒性,用途会受到限制。为改进上述缺点,纳米级无机微粒不易涂布于基材上,所以需要添加粘合剂,经氧化、降解后,容易造成涂膜的老化、粉化、裂开、甚至脱落等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的缺陷,提供一种具具有紫外线吸收能力的组合物涂料制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种具有紫外线吸收能力的组合物涂料制备方法,其特征在于:包含无机微粒和(甲基)丙烯酸、聚异氰酸酯硬化剂、添加剂,无机微粒粒径20-50纳米,含量为总组合物重量1-5重量%,(甲基)丙烯酸含量为总组合物重量99-90重量%,硬化剂含量为总组合物重量1-5重量%。
本发明具有以下优点:防老化,不易脱,脱无毒环保。

实施例:一种具有紫外线吸收能力的组合物涂料制备方法,将157.8克丙烯酸树脂加入甲乙酮/甲苯各31.3克,一起搅拌,再依次序加入35nm紫外线吸收剂共3克、硬化剂15.2克,形成250.0克涂料,将涂料涂布于基材上,干燥后可得10μm的涂膜,静置7天。
