一种嵌镶式保温隔音真空玻璃板太阳能热水器墙体块,它的结构是,在敞口的保温箱中,内放吸热板,敞口面为真空玻璃板采光器与保温箱敞口面用胶密封,保温箱内壳和采光器之间为贮水箱,在保温箱外壳的四周(上下左右)分别对称地各有一条凹形槽沟或凸形榫条,便于砌墙时嵌镶。用这种嵌镶式保温隔音真空玻璃板太阳能热水器墙体块来砌墙,一物三用,保温隔音又供应热水,不用空调,屋内冬暖夏凉,节约能源。主要用于砌在框架结构的墙上。(北墙使用时不放水)也可砌在平房的墙上。

背景技术
一般的太阳能热水器,都放在屋顶、阳台或空地上,到目前为止,没有一种太阳能热水器,当作墙体块来砌墙,研究一种把太阳能热水器砌在墙上,保温隔音,使屋内不用空调,冬暖夏凉,节约能源,已刻不容缓。
发明内容
为了解决太阳能热水器与建筑配套,把太阳能热水器能方便地当作墙体块,砌在墙上,本发明提供一种太阳能热水器墙体块,可保温隔音,砌在东南西三面墙上,不用空调冬暖夏凉,还可供应热水。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,利用本人的真空玻璃板太阳能热水器的技术(ZL012284335)即在敞口牢固的保温箱中,内放涂有选择性涂料的吸热板,敞口面为真空玻璃板采光器,它是由二块有一定距离抽成真空的玻璃板制成,与保温箱用胶密封。箱的内层与真空玻璃板采光器之间为贮水箱,水与吸热板直接接触,太阳光在水中直接进行光热转换。保温箱分内外两层,中间是保温材料,保温箱的外层要牢固,它的上下左右,要对称地做成一条凹形槽沟或凸形榫条,在砌墙时,使墙体块的边框能顺畅地与另外相邻的太阳能热水器墙体块的凸形榫条或凹形槽沟所嵌镶。敞口保温箱的底面,上中下三个位置,分别装上溢流口、出水口和进水口,并分别装上阀门,当某一个墙体块的热水器损坏时,可关闭某一热水器的阀门,不影响整个热水器的使用。用嵌镶式保温隔音真空玻璃板太阳能热水器墙体块砌墙后,把各个同一高度的溢流口、出水口、进水口,在阀门外,一一对应用管道连接在一起。
本发明的有益效果是:保温隔音,不用空调,屋内冬暖夏凉,还可供应热水,节约能源。

具体实施方式
在图1中,保温箱由保温箱外壳(1)和保温箱内壳(2)中间是保温材料(3)所组成,保温箱内为吸热板(4),采光器由外层玻璃(5)和内层玻璃(6)抽掉空气所组成,与保温箱敞口面用胶密封。采光器内层(6)与保温箱内壳(2)之间为贮水箱(7),太阳光经过真空玻璃板采光器直接与贮水箱(7)中的吸热板(4)中进行光热转换,加热贮水箱中的水。在图3中,在保温箱的底面,分别装上溢流口(8)出水口(9)和进水口(10),并分别装上阀门(11)。在图2中,每个太阳能热器墙体块的上面(或下面),左边(或右边)各制成一条对称的凹形槽沟(13)和凸形榫条(12),便于砌墙时嵌镶。

1、嵌镶式保温隔音真空玻璃板太阳能热水器墙体块,在敞口的保温箱中,内放吸热板,敞口面为真空玻璃板采光器与保温箱敞口面用胶密封,在保温箱外壳的四周(上下左右)分别对称地各有一条凹形槽沟或凸形榫条,保温箱底面分别装上溢流口、出水口、进水口,其特征是保温箱由保温箱外壳和保温箱内壳中间是保温材料所组成,其外壳的上面(或下面),左边(或右边)对称地各有一条凹形槽沟或凸形榫条与相邻的嵌镶式保温隔音真空玻璃板太阳能热水器墙体块的四周的凹形槽沟和凸形榫条顺畅地嵌镶。
2、根据权利要求1所述的嵌镶式保温隔音真空玻璃板太阳能热水器墙体块的特征是,采光器是二块有一定距离抽成真空的玻璃板制成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的嵌镶式保温隔音真空玻璃板太阳能热水器墙体块的特征是,保温箱的底面,上中下三个位置分别是溢流口、出水口、进水口,并分别装上阀门。
