Abstract

***增生患者常出现尿潴留，此时常需留置尿管，而留置尿管很容易继发感染。本产品为可以长期留置于尿道中的硬质管状支架，既可以扩张狭窄的尿道又可以避免感染。

Description

***尿道支架
一 产品介绍：本产品由三部份组成，第一部份为尿道支架，第二部份为固定架，第三部份为连线(如图1)。支架为硬质圆管，直径约4～7mm，长约3～5cm，具体尺寸视病人***大小而定。固定架呈伞状，类似于自动伞骨架，直径约15mm，由硬质材料组成，置于膀胱内，由一根约10mm长线与尿道支架相连。以上所有材料要求在尿中不降解且不形成结石。辅助用具为膀胱镜。
二 操作方法：1先行B超检查确定***大小，估计***尿道长度，选择适当规格的支架及固定架。2在膀胱镜引导下将固定架送入膀胱，把支架留在前列尿道内，打开支架，退出膀胱镜，术毕。(如图2)
三 支架尺寸选择：其长度较***直径略短，让其两端各距尿道***及膀胱***约3～5mm，使其既能扩张尿道又不伤及***。
四 附图说明：图1是***尿道支架组件简图，图2是置入支架后***矢状位简图。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗男性尿道狭窄的尿道支架，本产品由三部份组成即硬质管状尿道支架固定架和连线。主要用于***增生也可延长连线用于其它部位的尿道狭窄。
2.该产品所用材料要求长期置于尿中不降解且不形成结石。
