Abstract

涉及照明装置领域的LED照明灯,是针对公知的照明灯耗电较高,亮度不足,散热的技术问题而设计的。该照明灯主要由头罩、LED板、发光管,散热铝罩、风扇、电路板、尾盖、针座、插针所构成,设计要点是头罩与LED板、发光管,对应设置;头罩的延伸块与散热铝罩由螺钉连接固定,在散热铝罩内设置风扇;风扇的外壳设有叶片,风扇的内腔由定子和转子构成微型电机。风扇连接尾盖内的电路板,尾盖与散热铝罩由螺钉连接固定,尾盖连接针座、插针,电路板的电源线通过尾盖、针座、连接插针,再***灯座,接通电源LED发光管就亮了。这种LED照明灯具有的照明耗电低、亮度高,散热好的特点。使用寿命长,达到节能的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明装置领域,是一种LED照明灯。
背景技术
众所周知,黑夜中工作和生活的人们离不开照明。原始社会黑夜中的亮光靠自然光、原材料所产生的光照明,经过漫长的历史长河,爱迪生发明了电灯,尔后照明器具又经过不断地更新换代。现代化进程中的人们在关注照明器具款式的同时,又十分注重节约能源。近几年科技较发达的国家正在研究用于照明的大功率LED灯,但仅仅停留在实验室研究阶段。目前,小功率LED已被广泛应用于指示灯、装饰灯、手电筒。随着白色发光二极管LED发光效率的不断提高,LED照明灯从装饰功能转为照明功能已成为可能。尽管LED照明灯属冷光源,但其发光时所产生的热量仍然很大,如不采取措施降低热量,最终将导致LED照明灯使用寿命的缩短。中国专利文献近年披露了有关LED照明灯专利技术,但尚未刊载头罩与散热铝罩,散热铝罩内设置风扇,风扇的外壳设有叶片,风扇的内腔设置定子和转子的相关技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的是向本领域提供一种LED照明灯,使其可以解决现有的照明灯耗电较高,亮度不足,散热问题尚未完善的技术问题。本发明的目的是采用如下的技术方案实现的。
一种LED照明灯,该照明灯主要由头罩、LED板、散热铝罩、风扇、电路板、尾盖、针座、插针、LED发光管所构成,其要点是头罩与LED板、LED发光管对应设置,头罩的延伸块与散热铝罩由螺钉连接固定,在散热铝罩内设置风扇;风扇的外壳设有叶片,风扇的内腔设置定子和转子,定子和转子构成微型电机。风扇连接尾盖内的电路板,尾盖与散热铝罩由螺钉连接固定,尾盖连接针座、插针,电路板的电源线通过尾盖、针座、连接插针。
所述的LED照明灯的头罩中的孔眼、LED板中的LED发光管按对应只数稀少排列。LED照明灯B头罩中的孔眼、LED板中的LED发光管,另设为按对应只数密集排列。LED发光管按对应只数稀少排列或按数密集排列,为的是根据不同的需求而设置不同的亮度。
所述的LED照明灯的散热铝罩的散热片是沿着铝罩连体布设,并呈弧形。这种结构既达到散热的目的,外形又比较美观。所述的散热铝罩的四周及尾盖上设有通槽,灯体内的热空气与散热铝罩的四周、通槽是相通的。
这种LED照明灯具有的照明耗电低、亮度高,散热好的特点。使用寿命长,达到节能的效果。

具体实施方式
实施方式以安装为例,图1、图10省略了电源线的绘制,特加之说明。首先将从电路板6上输出的两根电源线穿过散热铝罩3,与LED板2(上面布置贴片LED发光管10)的正负极焊盘相焊,再将LED板2用螺钉4紧固在散热铝罩3上。电路板6上的两根输入线分别与两根插针9相联。交流电220v/110v市电(或交流12v低电压)经过插针输入到电路板6上,经过元器件整流、降压,稳流之后,得到恒定直流电,驱动贴片LED发光管10发光。头罩的延伸块由螺钉连接固定散热铝罩,在散热铝罩内设置风扇;风扇的外壳设有叶片,风扇的内腔由定子和转子构成微型电机。如图7所示,组装的插针9与尾盖7、针座8连接体***LED照明灯座,接通电源LED发光管10就亮了。尽管LED照明灯属冷光,但散热铝罩产生一定的热量须通过微型电机转动叶片,将散热铝罩内的热量经散热片散发。因圆弧形散热面积大,故将散热片设为弧形,并沿着铝罩连体布设,使其外形比较美观,又有良好的散热效果。另外在散热铝罩的四周及尾盖7上设有通槽,使外部的冷空气通过尾盖进入,而灯体内的热空气又通过散热铝罩四周的通槽排出,从而使空气有效的对流;同时这些通槽还成倍的增加了散热表面积,起到极佳的散热效果。

Claims (6)

1、一种LED照明灯,该照明灯主要由头罩、LED板、散热铝罩、风扇、电路板、尾盖、针座、插针、LED发光管所构成,其特征是头罩(1)与LED板(2)、LED发光管(10)对应设置,头罩(1)的延伸块与散热铝罩(3)由螺钉(4)连接固定,在散热铝罩(3)内设置风扇(5);风扇的外壳设有叶片,风扇的内腔设置定子和转子,风扇连接尾盖(7)内的电路板(6),尾盖与散热铝罩(3)由螺钉连接固定,尾盖连接针座(8)、插针(9),电路板(6)的电源线通过尾盖、针座、连接插针。
2、如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯,其特征在于头罩(1)中的孔眼、LED板(2)中的LED发光管(10)按对应只数稀少排列。
3、如权利要求2所述的LED照明灯,其特征在于B头罩(11)中的孔眼、LED板(10)中的LED发光管,另设为按对应只数密集排列。
4、如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯,其特征在于散热铝罩(3)的散热片是沿着铝罩连体布设。
5、如权利要求4所述的LED照明灯,其特征在于散热铝罩(3)的散热片是沿着铝罩连体布设并呈弧形。
6、如权利要求4所述的LED照明灯,其特征是在散热铝罩(3)的四周及尾盖(7)上设有通槽,灯体内的热空气与散热铝罩的四周、通槽是相通的。
