Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种塑料柱塞,它具有纵向开孔和通过拧入一紧固螺钉锚定的可膨胀部分,还有一延伸颈部,它结尾于有法兰和最好有阻止它旋转的肋条的头部。
具有延伸颈部的柱塞,一般用于固定板架和板条,延伸颈部连接被固定的物体。延伸颈部的作用是在柱塞中引导螺钉,并且塞紧紧固螺钉轴身和被固定物体上钻孔壁之间的间隙。另外,延伸颈部可用作空隙处的桥架,而在贴面安装时,特别在多孔建筑材料,如泡沫混凝土和类似材料中保证了足够的锚紧深度。
如果失效的原因是锚紧基面损坏,更大的锚紧深度,可导致固着力值的增加。另一方面,如果增加的锚紧深度,伴随着采用柱塞的膨胀的改进,也能使紧固力值增加。
本发明的基点是提供一种柱塞,它具有使贴面安装时有更大紧固力值的延伸颈部,尤其用于多孔建筑材料时,它允许在留有空隙的物件的固定中,作有间隔的安装。
本发明的柱塞如下所述:该延伸颈部由两条起始于头部的支腿形成,并合拢于套筒状的杆状部分,上述支腿的横截面的轮廓,在中间区域是一个椭圆,该椭圆朝向杆状部分和头部的方向,逐渐变成圆形,上述支腿两个相互面对的表面是由一个间隙分开。其横向尺寸相当于椭圆长轴和短轴之差,支腿的膨胀部分具有纵向沟槽,在头部形成加宽的纵向内孔。
当柱塞被用于多孔非中空建筑材料,如泡沫混凝土时,柱塞被推入
一钻孔。该钻孔相对应于柱塞的头部和杆状部分的外径。由于它们椭圆状的扩大的结果,柱塞颈部的支腿被一齐受压形成钻孔的直径;由于该间隙的横向尺寸的大小,致使限定间隙的表面,在支腿的中央部位相互接触。这间隙的变狭,当紧固螺钉拧入时,使钻孔内的柱塞材料位移和楔入,结果甚至在到达可膨胀部分之前,初步紧固已发生。在两支腿之间限定间隙的表面内的纵向沟槽始于头部的纵向内孔,形成了锥形的螺钉通道,它用于引导螺钉,并使螺钉易于切入柱塞材料。柱塞的延伸颈部有助于锚紧的改进,通过把螺钉正确地拧进柱塞的可膨胀部分来完成锚紧。延伸颈部的可膨胀性,也提供了辅加的紧固来阻止柱塞旋转。结果,在锚紧实际的可膨胀部分时,可采用大的旋转力矩。
本发明的柱塞,由于在其延伸颈部部分有施加压力的能力,因此它也适用于间隔安装,因为压力施加于被固定的物件,放置的间隔,或者由壁面不平而造成的间隔得到固定。柱塞通过在被固定物件上的钻孔内楔紧的支腿承受作用在将被紧固的物体上的压力。
在本发明的进一步的改进中,紧固螺钉可具有延伸到头部的螺纹。由于该延长的螺纹,在延伸颈部的支腿和紧固螺钉之间,形成了螺纹连接。另外,用于螺钉拧紧的力矩减小了。
本发明的另一改进,最理想的是在支腿的外表面能安置可收缩的锁紧瓣。锁紧瓣防止支腿在特殊的多孔建筑材料中弯曲或扭弯。
最后,在本发明另一改进中,其可膨胀部分是由始于其底部的两条支腿形成。该底部有配有内螺纹或内助的纵向内孔。这种类型设计的可膨胀部分,使柱塞适用于所有建筑材料,甚至可用于中空砖和中空安装。当使用这种特别膨胀部分在泡沫混凝土内锚紧柱塞时,采用一个特别的钻孔装置,制备配合膨胀部分的钻孔的部位使该钻孔的一个部分扩大成一梨子状,这证明是特别有效的。膨胀部分的支腿可向外弯曲,并能支撑加宽部分的内壁。这产生比根据那些限用的膨胀原理产生的膨胀,包

图1和2显示的柱塞1有一适用于各种建筑材料的可膨胀部分2。在图1中,柱塞1锚紧的多孔非中空建筑材料3,例如泡沫混凝土中,其安装是贴面的。柱塞1的可膨胀部分2包括了底部4,它有配有内肋条的纵向内孔,和两条始于底部的支腿5,该支腿合拢于套筒状直杆部分6。套筒状直杆部分6与延伸颈部8连接,该颈部8也由两条支腿构成,这些支腿截止于有与之以垂直角度凸出的法兰9和起固定和阻止旋转作用的肋10的头部11。支腿5和支腿7横截面的轮廓,同样指其可膨胀部分2和延伸颈部8,在它们中央部位各自限定成一椭圆,这椭圆朝着支腿端的方向变成圆形。延伸颈部和可膨胀部分2的支腿,各自由间隙12分开,其横向尺寸大小,相应于上述椭圆的长、短轴之差。结果,该支腿可被压成钻孔13的直径,支腿之间限定间隙的表面,形成了变窄的部分。当柱塞1已放入钻孔13内,紧固螺钉14穿过被固定的物件15,并拧入柱塞内的纵向内孔16。由于支腿受压合拢而变窄的结果,当紧固螺钉14拧入时,促使支腿位移和膨胀。在限定间隙的表面内配置的纵向沟槽17,一方面用于引导螺钉14,另一方面造成螺钉的螺纹更容易地切入柱塞的实体内。一旦螺钉14穿透了套筒状直杆部分6,螺钉14连接由两条支腿5形成的柱塞的可膨胀部分2,和作用似一螺母的底部4。由此产生的轴向拉力导致辅加的可膨胀部分2的支腿5扭转或向外弯曲。为了使支腿更容易地往外弯曲,借助在支腿最大的扩大部位中,沿着间隙平面延伸的横向开孔18,使横截面削弱。在支腿5连接底部4的区域中,该横截面有进一步的削弱部位。这种横截面的削弱,是由两个与间隙平面成垂直角度延伸的凹口造成的。在可膨胀部分的支腿之间限定间
隙的平面,也有纵向沟槽,用来引导螺钉。为了甚至在相当坚固的泡沫混凝土内,由支腿向外弯曲达到加大的膨胀。使用一特别钻孔装置为可膨胀部分2予先加工梨子状扩大部分20,这样作是有益的。为了在膨胀过程中,更紧固地防止柱塞旋转,在延伸颈部8的支腿7上配置了锁紧瓣21,其瓣块可收缩进入凹坑22。
在如图2所示间隔安装的情况下,柱塞1的延伸颈部8的可膨胀性,被用于紧固在板条23内柱塞的颈部,该板条是以一间隔错开固定。一旦柱塞1被锚紧后,作用在板条上的压力,由柱塞所承担,而放置的间隔也由此坚固地得到固定。为了使延伸颈部8的支腿7和紧固螺钉之间有良好的连接,螺钉14的螺纹被延长到其头部24。
Claims (4)
1、一种塑料柱塞,具有纵向开孔和能由紧固螺钉拧入而锚紧的膨胀部分,还有一延伸颈部,它截止一有法兰和最好有起固定和防转动的作用的肋条的头部,其特征是,其延伸颈部是由两条起始于头部、合扰于套筒状直杆部分的支腿构成,支腿的横截面轮廓在中间部位是一个椭圆,该椭圆朝着直杆部分和头部的方向逐渐变成圆形,支腿相互面对的两个平面由一间隙分开,间隙的横向尺寸相应于椭圆长、短轴之差,而可膨胀部分的支腿有纵向沟槽,在头部内形成扩大的纵向内孔。
