本发明涉及一种瓦楞纸板生产线复合印刷结构,具体地说是用于包装行业中瓦楞纸板生产,属于包装机械设备技术领域。其主要采用环型复合滚筒安装在机架上,网纹辊安装在网纹辊座上,刮胶板安装在网纹辊座上,撑环联接滚筒撑圈安装在机架上,小墙板安装在滚筒撑圈上,印刷辊、调墨辊安装在小墙板上。本发明由于集上胶、复合、印刷于一体,其环型复合滚筒的运用节约了占地空间,使结构更紧凑、合理;运动时使面纸与单面瓦楞纸在滚面上充分粘合,而不产生滑差,解决原有技术中纸板强度差的现象无需加热装置;由于将柔性印刷辊组安装在环型复合滚筒四周,充分利用空间,并在多层瓦楞纸板生产的同时,把印刷加工工艺一次完成,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓦楞纸板生产线复合印刷结构,具体地说是安装在瓦楞纸板生产线尾部,用于包装行业中瓦楞纸板生产,属于包装机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
本发明作出以前,已有技术中,在瓦楞纸板生产线生产瓦楞纸板过程中,已成型的单面瓦楞纸与面纸粘合均采用上胶装置、复合烘干装置来完成纸板粘合定型、烘干。其采用上胶后的成型单面瓦楞纸板与面纸接触后送入复合烘干装置,复合烘干装置的输送带与平面加热板组合为平行复合,但其尚有不足之处,当输送带拖动初步粘合的瓦楞纸板在平面加热板上通过时会产生滑差。因此,平面加热板为静止机构,而纸板却受输送带传动力在加热板上滑动完成复合烘干过程。另外,目前使用的多层瓦楞纸生产线,只能生产多层瓦楞纸板,纸板加工完后才能进行印刷,印刷后再压痕,装订成箱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种集上胶、复合、印刷于一体;能使面纸与单面瓦楞纸在滚面上充分粘合,而不产生滑差,纸板强度高,无需加热装置的瓦楞纸板生产线复合印刷结构。
本发明的主要解决方案是这样实现的:
本发明主要采用环型复合滚筒安装在机架上,网纹辊座安装在机架上,网纹辊安装在网纹辊座上,刮胶板安装在网纹辊座上,撑环联接滚筒撑圈安装在机架上,印刷辊组小墙板安装在滚筒撑圈上,印刷辊、调墨辊安装在印刷辊组小墙板上。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
由于本发明集上胶、复合、印刷于一体,其环型复合滚筒的运用节约了占地空间,使结构更紧凑、合理;由于环型复合滚筒的复合改变了传统平行复合,由输送带传动拖动纸板进行复合,而将上胶后的单层瓦楞纸板贴在环型复合辊滚筒上,运动时使面纸与单面瓦楞纸在滚面上充分粘合,而不产生滑差,解决原有技术中纸板强度差的现象;由于利用环型复合滚筒复合时,无需加热装置;由于将柔性印刷辊组安装在环型复合滚筒四周,充分利用空间,并在多层瓦楞纸板生产的同时,把印刷加工工艺一次完成,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
本发明主要由机架1、网纹辊座2、刮胶板3、网纹辊4、大滚撑圈5、环型复合滚筒6、撑环7、小墙板8、印刷辊9、调墨辊10等组成。
本发明采用环型复合滚筒6安装在机架1上,网纹辊座2安装在机架1上,网纹辊4安装在网纹辊座2上,刮胶板3安装在网纹辊座2上、撑环7联接滚筒撑圈5安装在机架1上,柔性印刷辊小墙板8安装在大滚撑圈5上,柔性印刷辊9、调墨辊10安装在印刷辊组小墙板8上。柔性印刷辊9采用一根或两根以上。
本发明工作原理及工作过程:
本发明采用生产线上的主动轴将动力分别传至环型复合滚筒6上、上胶网纹辊4与柔性印刷辊9。柔性印刷辊9可根据纸板颜色加多组印刷辊组,多层瓦楞纸板在上胶接触初复合时利用纸张的张力,紧紧贴于环型复合滚筒6上,并转动环型复合滚筒6带动初复的多层瓦楞纸板,经过多组柔性印刷辊9,调墨辊10将调好的墨色转移至印刷辊9上,印刷辊9将墨色转移至初复合的多层瓦楞纸板的面纸上,从而完成印刷过程,不同颜色要求的纸板,可用多组印刷辊来解决。

1、一种瓦楞纸板生产线复合印刷结构,其特征是采用复合滚筒(6)安装在机架(1)上,在机架(1)上安装网纹辊座(2),网纹辊(4)安装在网纹辊座(2)上,在网纹辊座(2)上安装刮胶板(3),撑环(7)联接滚筒撑圈(5)安装在机架(1)上,小墙板(8)安装在滚筒撑圈(5)上,印刷辊(9)、调墨辊(10)安装在小墙板(8)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板生产线复合印刷结构,其特征在于所述的印刷辊(9)采用一根或两根以上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板生产线复合印刷结构,其特征在于所述的复合滚筒(6)形状为环形。
