Abstract
本发明涉及蒸汽发生器。根据该项发明,蒸汽发生器的特点是包括如下部分:容纳水并加热的水箱;把水箱中的水进行加热并产生蒸汽的加热器;检测水箱内部压力的压力传感器;根据压力传感器检测出的压力,并控制加热器运行的控制部。这种蒸汽发生器可以防止因内部压力引起的损坏。
Description
技术领域
该项发明是有关蒸汽发生器的,具体地说是有关根据内部压力自动控制开/关,可防止自身受损的蒸汽发生器的发明。
背景技术
目前在各种衣物处理装置中,如洗衣机、烘干机、除菌机等很多都配备了为衣物提供蒸汽的蒸汽发生器。即洗衣机如果喷射蒸汽,在洗涤过程中水分可以迅速渗透到衣物里,同时在漂洗过程中蒸汽可以有效杀菌,在烘干过程中也可以除去衣物的褶皱。另外,如果烘干机或除菌机等使用蒸汽喷射,能够杀菌、除皱,使衣物柔软、自然舒展,得到焕然一新的效果。在上述衣物处理装置中,为了使用蒸汽喷射,一般在衣物处理装置的一侧安装产生蒸汽的蒸汽发生器。图1就是表示这种蒸汽发生器结构的斜视图。参照图1,蒸汽发生器10配有容纳水的水箱2和加热水箱2里的水产生蒸汽的加热器4。因此,由水供给源水箱2提供水以后,加热器4进行加热,产生蒸汽,向需要的地方喷射。如上所述,一般情况下,由加热器4加热水产生蒸汽时,水箱2内会形成高压。在形成高压时喷射蒸汽的喷射口6一旦被异物堵塞,水箱2内部的压力就会非正常上升,从而导致水箱2损坏,甚至有***的危险。但以往因没有上述感知蒸汽发生器10的压力而自动控制运行蒸汽发生器10的设计,所以使用者要用手动的方式一一检查蒸汽发生器10,给使用者带来了许多不便之处。
发明内容
本项发明是为了解决上述以往的不便而创造,目的在于提供能够感知蒸汽发生器内部压力,可以自动控制运行的蒸汽发生器。
本发明是采取以下的技术方案来实现的:
蒸汽发生器,包括
(1)容纳水加热的水箱;
(2)加热上述水箱内部的水产生蒸汽的加热器;
(3)检测上述水箱内部压力的压力传感器;
(4)根据上述压力传感器检测的压力控制上述加热器运行的控制部。
前述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于其中所述的压力传感器位于上述水箱上方。
前述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于其中所述的控制部根据上述压力传感器检测到的压力控制加热器的加热时间。
前述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于其中所述的上述压力传感器检测的压力越高,上述控制部就会控制缩短上述加热器加热时间。
前述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于其中所述的压力传感器检测的压力高于规定压力时,为了防止水箱损坏上述控制部就会控制停止上述加热器的运行。
上述的蒸汽发生器在衣物处理装置上的应用。
上述的蒸汽发生器在洗碗机上的应用。
蒸汽发生器的控制方法,其特征在于它包括下述阶段:
(a)加热水产生蒸汽的阶段;
(b)检测上述加热水时水箱内部的压力的阶段;
(c)根据上述检测出的压力调节水加热时间的阶段。
前述的蒸汽发生器的控制方法,其特征在于其中所述的(b)阶段中,为了产生蒸汽而在加热器加热水时持续检测压力。
前述的蒸汽发生器的控制方法,其特征在于其中所述的(c)阶段中,随着上述检测的压力升高缩短加热水的时间。
前述的蒸汽发生器的控制方法,其特征在于上述(c)阶段中,上述检测压力超过规定压力时,停止上述(a)阶段的进行。
有益效果:如上所述,该项发明中的蒸汽发生器能够自动感知水箱内部压力,控制蒸汽发生器的运行,防止因内部压力造成蒸汽发生器的损坏。

具体实施方式:
以下参照附图详细说明相应的实例。
图2是根据该项发明相应实例显示蒸汽发生器的斜视图。参照图2,根据该项发明蒸汽发生器110包括容纳水并加热的水箱112;把水箱112中的水进行加热并产生蒸汽的加热器114;检测水箱112内部压力的压力传感器120;及根据压力传感器120检测出的压力,控制加热器114运行的控制部(未图示)。具体地说,压力传感器120位于水箱112一侧,检测水箱112内部压力,把检测的结果传输到控制部。这时压力传感器120最好位于水箱112上方。因为水箱112内的水沸腾以后压力上升时蒸汽在上方,压力传感器120很容易感知压力。一方面,控制部根据压力传感器120传输的检测结果控制加热器114。即该项发明的蒸汽发生器110中,把水加热产生蒸汽时,如水箱112的蒸汽喷射口116被石灰质等异物堵塞,当水箱112内部的压力超过规定压力时,控制部就会调节加热器114的运行时间或切断加热器114的运行,防止压力继续上升和蒸汽发生器110的损坏。控制部根据压力传感器120传输的压力检测值调节加热器114的加热时间。具体地说,随着压力传感器120传输的压力检测值升高,控制部会控制缩短加热时间。即随着水箱112内部压力上升,控制缩短预定加热时间,调节水箱112内部压力不要超过规定压力。另外,压力传感器120传输的压力检测值在超过规定压力时,控制部就会控制加热器114运行。即当水箱112内部的压力检测出超过规定压力时,控制部就会控制加热器114,使它停止运行,防止水箱112内部压力继续上升。因此该项发明中的蒸汽发生器是通过控制部根据压力传感器120检测出来的压力来控制加热器114的运行,也就是说检测压力越高,加热器114的加热时间就控制得越短,当检测出的压力超过规定压力时就会控制加热器114停止运行。
另一方面,该项发明中所使用的压力传感器120的种类虽没有特别的限定,但最好使用隔膜式(diaphragm)压力传感器。以下对于具有上述结构的蒸汽发生器的运行可以参照图示。图3是该项发明中显示蒸汽发生器运行的流程图。蒸汽式衣物处理装置上安装该项发明——蒸汽发生器110时,首先向水箱112供水。作为水供给源如前所述,可以使用外部的水龙头或管形水供给源等。接着,运行加热器114。随着加热器114的运行,水加热产生蒸汽S310。产生的蒸汽使衣物达到焕然一新的效果。第三方面,如上所述为了产生蒸汽而加热水时,压力传感器120检测水箱112内部的压力S330。水箱114的水进行加热时,压力传感器120持续检测压力,并把检测到的压力值传输到控制部。控制部根据传输的检测压力值控制水箱114的运行S350。即如果水箱112的蒸汽喷射口被堵,水箱114内部压力就会上升,控制部可以控制缩短加热器114预设的运行时间,防止水箱112内部压力上升。另外,水箱112内部的压力超过规定压力时,控制部就会控制停止加热器114的运行,防止水箱112的损坏。第四方面,该项发明中说明上述蒸汽发生器使用于衣物处理装置上,但不仅限于此。例如洗碗机,洗涤餐具前可以喷射蒸汽,可使餐具更容易洗涤。
上述实施例不以任何方式限定本发明,凡采用等同替换或等效变换的方式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1、蒸汽发生器,包括
(1)容纳水加热的水箱;
(2)加热上述水箱内部的水产生蒸汽的加热器;
(3)位于上述水箱上方并检测上述水箱内部压力的压力传感器;
(4)根据上述压力传感器检测的压力控制上述加热器运行的控制部;
其特征在于:所述的控制部根据上述压力传感器检测到的压力控制加热器的加热时间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于其中所述的上述压力传感器检测的压力越高,上述控制部就会控制缩短上述加热器加热时间。
3、根据权利要求2所述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于其中所述的压力传感器检测的压力高于规定压力时,上述控制部就会控制停止上述加热器的运行。
4、权利要求1至3中的任何一项所述的蒸汽发生器在衣物处理装置上的应用。
5、权利要求1至3中的任何一项所述的蒸汽发生器在洗碗机上的应用。
6、蒸汽发生器的控制方法,其特征在于它包括下述阶段:
(a)加热水产生蒸汽的阶段;
(b)检测上述加热水时水箱内部的压力的阶段;
(c)根据上述检测出的压力调节水加热时间的阶段。
7、根据权利要求6所述的蒸汽发生器的控制方法,其特征在于其中所述的(b)阶段中,为了产生蒸汽而在加热器加热水时持续检测压力。
8、根据权利要求6所述的蒸汽发生器的控制方法,其特征在于其中所述的(c)阶段中,随着上述检测的压力升高缩短加热水的时间。
9、根据权利要求8所述的蒸汽发生器的控制方法,其特征在于上述(c)阶段中,上述检测压力超过规定压力时,停止上述(a)阶段的进行。
