Abstract

一种混凝土泵用润滑***增压阀,由阀体(1)、阀芯(2)和弹簧(3)组成,阀芯(2)轴向截面呈凸字形,其后端柱体(22)接单向阀(21);阀体(1)前端阀腔(15)接单向阀(13),阀体(1)上有气孔(12)和分油孔(11)。当出口压力低于入口压力时,润滑脂经单向阀(21、13)输出,高于入口压力时,润滑脂推动阀芯(2)右移,腔内润滑脂增压后经单向阀(13)输出;当阀芯(2)右移越过分油孔(11)时,入口润滑脂通过分油口(11)输出;停止入口供脂时,弹簧(3)推动阀芯(2)左移复位,经单向阀(21)向增压腔内充脂。上述特性使润滑***可靠性提高并降低了维护成本。

混凝土泵用润滑***增压阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土泵用润滑***增压阀。
背景技术
混凝土泵的润滑***在混凝土泵中完成对混凝土缸活塞、分配阀轴承和密封、搅拌装置轴承和密封的润滑保护功能。现有的润滑***,一种是自动润滑***,它由自动油脂泵+分油器+各润滑点接头和连接油管构成;一种是手动润滑***,它由手动油脂泵+各润滑点接头和连接油管构成,或由手动黄油枪+各润滑点接头构成。各润滑点接头选用普通管接头、单向阀接头或油嘴,他们都没有伺服增压阀。当混凝土泵工作在高压区时,自动润滑***常因各润滑点润滑阻力升高(如混凝土泵出口和混凝土缸活塞的润滑点)而出现***工作失常、例如润滑脂进不了润滑点,甚至出现油脂泵或分油器被卡死的情况;而手动润滑***则由于工作程序的繁琐、操作人员素质的差异或***性能等方面的因素而影响润滑可靠性。上述缺陷往往导致了润滑***的工作不稳定、各润滑保护对象工作寿命下降乃至故障率升高,从而对混凝土泵的工作可靠性产生不利影响,并增加产品的制造和维护成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种增压阀,该阀能将油脂泵提供的润滑脂增压后注入各润滑点,从而可有效地克服润滑阻力,提高混凝土泵润滑***的工作性能和可靠性,同时降低维护成本。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种混凝土泵用润滑***增压阀,参见图1,该阀由阀体1、阀芯2和弹簧3组成,上述阀芯2置于阀体1内腔,其技术特点是,所述阀芯2轴向截面呈凸字形,其前端柱体23截面面积小于后端柱体22截面面积;
所述阀体1亦具有与上述阀芯2大小匹配的由前端阀腔15与后端阀腔14组成的阀腔,前端阀腔15出口一端管通连接一单向阀13,阀体1对应后端阀腔14处径向开有气孔12,阀体1对应后端阀腔14入口处径向开有分油孔11;
所述弹簧3套装在阀体1阀腔内的阀芯2上,其一端紧贴阀芯2后端柱体22,另一端顶压在阀体1后端阀腔14的前端底面上。
本发明的工作原理是,参见图1,从图1可以看到,本发明的混凝土泵用润滑***增压阀其A口接润滑***,B口接润滑点,润滑脂从A口进入增压阀,从B口输出。当增压阀出口压力(B口压力)低于其入口压力(A口压力)时,润滑脂直接经单向阀21和单向阀13从B口输出;当B口压力(润滑阻力)高于A口压力时,A口润滑脂压力作用于阀芯2后端柱体22端面上,推动其向右移动,阀芯2上前端柱体23将E腔润滑脂增压后经单向阀13从B口输出;当阀芯2右移至其后端柱体22端面越过阀体1上的分油口11时,A口润滑脂通过分油口11输出;当停止向A口供脂时,弹簧3推动阀芯2向左移动复位,A口润滑脂经单向阀21向E腔充脂,为下次输出作好准备;气孔12使弹簧3所在阀腔与大气相通,使阀芯2的滑移不被憋死。
本发明的有益效果是,增压阀的上述特性使润滑***的可靠性和工作性能均得到有效的提高和增强,并因此降低了维护成本。

具体实施方式
按照图1和上述结构的本发明之一种混凝土泵用润滑***增压阀的实施例,有阀体1、带中心油孔24的阀芯2和弹簧3,阀芯2同轴线置于阀体1内腔,阀芯2轴向截面呈凸字形,其前端柱体23截面面积小于后端柱体22截面面积,后端柱体22连接前端柱体23一端的另一端管通连接一单向阀21;单向阀21采用规格为M10×1的市售油嘴。
阀体1亦具有与上述阀芯2大小匹配的阀腔,该阀腔由前端阀腔15与后端阀腔14组成,前端阀腔15出口一端管通连接单向阀13,单向阀13采用规格为M10×1的市售油嘴。阀体1对应后端阀腔14处径向开有气孔12,而对应后端阀腔14入口处径向开凿有分油孔11;
弹簧3套装在阀芯2上,一端紧贴阀芯2后端柱体22,另一端顶压在阀体1后端阀腔14的前端底面上,弹簧3的规格与上述阀芯2的规格匹配。

1、一种混凝土泵用润滑***增压阀,由阀体(1)、阀芯(2)和弹簧(3)组成,上述阀芯(2)置于阀体(1)内腔,其特征在于,所述阀芯(2)轴向截面呈凸字形,其前端柱体(23)截面面积小于后端柱体(22)截面面积,所述阀体(1)亦具有与上述阀芯(2)大小匹配的由前端阀腔(15)与后端阀腔(14)组成的阀腔,前端阀腔(15)出口一端管通连接一单向阀(13),阀体(1)对应后端阀腔(14)处径向开有气孔(12),阀体(1)对应后端阀腔(14)入口处径向开有分油孔(11),所述弹簧(3)套装在阀体(1)阀腔内的阀芯(2)上,其一端紧贴阀芯(2)后端柱体(22),另一端顶压在阀体(1)后端阀腔(14)的前端底面上,所述阀芯(2)的后端柱体(22)连接前端柱体(23)一端的另一端管通连接一单向阀(21)。
