以全陶瓷电热体为中心电极的火花塞,属于以点火能量的产生为特点的点火设备技术领域。所要解决的技术问题是提供能保证顺利点火的火花塞。解决其技术问题的技术方案,包含火花塞壳体、旁极、中心电极、上绝缘管、下绝缘管及导电电极;火花塞壳体装在发动机上,旁极与火花塞壳体连接;中心电极装在火花塞壳体的内孔上段内,中心电极包含外电阻层、绝缘层及内导电层,外电阻层的部分材料与内导电层的部分材料通过绝缘层上端的连通孔连通,在内导电层的下端有导电电极插孔,导电电极装在导电电极插孔内;上绝缘管装在火花塞壳体的内孔上段,下绝缘管装在火花塞壳体内孔下段。应用于发动机点火。有益效果是可保证点燃的燃气稳定燃烧。

属于以点火能量的产生为特点的电火花点火设备技术领域。
背景技术
已有技术发动机点火火花塞,其中心电极为冷电极。不足之处是点燃燃气时,由于冷电极自身的温度低,会吸收部分能量,可能导致已点燃燃气的猝然熄灭,影响顺利点火。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是提供能保证顺利点火的以全陶瓷电热体为中心电极的火花塞。
解决其技术问题的技术方案如下:以陶瓷电热体为中心电极的火花塞,包含火花塞壳体、旁极、中心电极、上绝缘管、下绝缘管及导电电极;金属材料制成的火花塞壳体装在发动机上并接地,火花塞壳体的内孔分为二段,内孔下段内径大于内孔上段内径;旁极与火花塞壳体连接;由全陶瓷电热体制成的中心电极装在火花塞壳体的内孔上段内,其上端与旁极之间有一定的间隙,中心电极包含外电阻层、绝缘层及内导电层,外电阻层、绝缘层及内导电层由导电陶瓷材料制成,由外向内依此为外电阻层、绝缘层及内导电层,在绝缘层的上端有一个连通孔,外电阻层的部分材料与内导电层的部分材料通过绝缘层上端的连通孔连通,在内导电层的下端有导电电极插孔,导电电极装在导电电极插孔内;在外电阻层的下端的外面装导电环;上绝缘管装在中心电极的上段与火花塞壳体的内孔上段之间,下绝缘管装在中心电极的下段与火花塞壳体内孔下段之间;加热电压加在导电电极与导电环之间;点火高压加在导电电极与火花塞壳体之间。
外电阻层、绝缘层及内电阻层可以由导电陶瓷材料Si3N4、Al2O3、Y2O3及MoSi2制成。内导电层的组成成分及重量配比可以为Si3N4∶Al2O3∶Y2O3∶MoSi2=(550-650)∶(50-70)∶(60-80)∶(800-2800);外电阻层的组成成分及重量配比可以为Si3N4∶Al2O3∶Y2O3∶MoSi2=(550-650)∶(50-70)∶(60-80)∶(570-700);绝缘层的组成成分及重量配比可以为Si3N4∶Al2O3∶Y2O3∶MoSi2=(550-650)∶(50-70)∶(60-80)∶(10-560)。
有益效果:应用于发动机点火用的火花塞。有益效果是,在点火过程中,中心电极通过电流产生较高的温度,使已点燃的燃气保持稳定的燃烧,同时加热后的中心电极不易积碳。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式如下:包含火花塞壳体1、旁极2、中心电极3、上绝缘管4、下绝缘管5及导电电极6;金属材料制成的火花塞壳体1装在发动机上并接地,火花塞壳体1的内孔分为二段,内孔下段内径大于内孔上段内径;旁极2与火花塞壳体1连接;由全陶瓷电热体制成的中心电极3装在火花塞壳体1的内孔上段内,其上端与旁极2之间有一定的间隙,中心电极3包含外电阻层7、绝缘层8及内导电层9,外电阻层7、绝缘层8及内导电层9由导电陶瓷材料制成,由外向内依此为外电阻层7、绝缘层8及内导电层9,在绝缘层8的上端有一个连通孔10,外电阻层7的部分材料与内导电层9的部分材料通过绝缘层8上端的连通孔10连通,在内导电层9的下端有导电电极插孔11,导电电极6装在导电电极插孔11内;在外电阻层7的下端的外面装导电环12;上绝缘管4装在中心电极3的上段与火花塞壳体1的内孔上段之间,下绝缘管5装在中心电极3的下段与火花塞壳体1内孔下段之间;加热电压加在导电电极6与导电环12之间;点火高压加在导电电极6与火花塞壳体1之间。

1.以全陶瓷电热体为中心电极的火花塞,包含火花塞壳体(1)及旁极(2),其特征在于还包含中心电极(3)、上绝缘管(4)、下绝缘管(5)及导电电极(6);由金属材料制成的火花塞壳体(1)装在发动机上并接地,火花塞壳体(1)的内孔分为二段,内孔下段内径大于内孔上段内径;旁极(2)与火花塞壳体(1)连接;由全陶瓷电热体制成的中心电极(3)装在火花塞壳体(1)的内孔上段内,其上端与旁极(2)之间有一定的间隙,中心电极(3)包含外电阻层(7)、绝缘层(8)及内导电层(9),外电阻层(7)、绝缘层(8)及内导电层(9)由导电陶瓷材料制成,由外向内依此为外电阻层(7)、绝缘层(8)及内导电层(9),在绝缘层(8)的上端有一个连通孔(10),外电阻层(7)的部分材料与内导电层(9)的部分材料通过绝缘层(8)上端的连通孔(10)连通,在内导电层(9)的下端有导电电极插孔(11),导电电极(6)装在导电电极插孔(11)内;在外电阻层(7)的下端的外面装导电环(12);上绝缘管(4)装在中心电极(3)的上段与火花塞壳体(1)的内孔上段之间,下绝缘管(5)装在中心电极(3)的下段与火花塞壳体(1)内孔下段之间;加热电压加在导电电极(6)与导电环(12)之间;点火高压加在导电电极(6)与火花塞壳体(1)之间。
