Abstract

一种智能监测型超高压电缆附件,其组成包括应力锥、套管、电缆导体连接金具、密封圈、上法兰和下法兰,应力锥在套管内,其特征在于:套管内还预埋有测量光纤和光纤套管,测量光纤绕包在应力锥表面,光纤套管通过下法兰的适当位置并密封固定,测量光纤通过光纤套管将测量信号引出,并与外部测量设备相连。使用本发明,可自动监测电缆附件内部的绝缘状态,有效地保证了电缆附件运行的安全可靠性,为及时发现问题、提前检修创造了条件;本发明采用锥面连接,有效地减少了因安装不良造成连接不良的危害,提高了可靠性。

智能监测型超高压电缆附件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超高压电缆附件,特别是一种智能监测型超高压电缆附件,适用于110kV—220kV电压等级交联电缆。
背景技术
目前在输配电***中广泛使用的电缆附件有电缆户外终端、电缆组合终端、电缆GIS终端、电缆绝缘中间接头等,例如:中国专利200520045566.2公开的一种“220kV交联电缆户外终端”,主要由应力锥、套管、弹簧组件、尾管等组成。这种电缆附件可方便有效地与电缆进行电连接,但目前所有电缆附件在通电投运后,现存的重要问题就是没有任何方法能够监测其运行的可靠性。因没有自动监测手段,人们无法实时检测到电缆附件内部的绝缘状态,而电缆附件内部绝缘出现问题往往是电缆线路出现事故的主要原因。电缆线路运行最不可靠的位置既是电缆附件,从最新统计结果可知,电缆线路故障率的95%以上是由于电缆附件引起。同时目前GIS电缆终端使用的IEC60859接口均采用平面接触的方式和环氧套中预埋上电极进行连接,如果安装不当,就会造成接触电阻较大,发生连接不良的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种智能监测型超高压电缆附件,可自动监测其内部的绝缘状态,能避免发生连接不良的现象,适用于110kV—220kV电压等级交联电缆。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种智能监测型超高压电缆附件,其组成包括应力锥1、套管2、电缆导体连接金具3、密封圈4、上法兰5和下法兰6,应力锥1在套管2内,其特征在于:套管2内还预埋有测量光纤7和光纤套管8,测量光纤7统包在应力锥1表面,光纤套管8通过下法兰6并密封固定,测量光纤7通过光纤套管8将测量信号引出,并与外部测量设备相连。
使用本发明,可自动监测电缆附件内部的绝缘状态,有效地保证了电缆附件运行的安全可靠性,为及时发现问题、提前检修创造了条件;本发明采用键面连接,有效地减少了因安装不良造成连接不良的危害,提高了可靠性。

具体实施方式
在图1中,本发明组成包括应力锥1、套管2、电缆导体连接金具3、密封圈4、上法兰5、下法兰6组成,应力锥1在套管2内,套管2内预埋有测量光纤7和光纤套管8,测量光纤7绕包在应力锥1表面,光纤套管8通过下法兰6的适当位置并密封固定,测量光纤7通过光纤套管8将测量信号引出,并与外部测量设备相连。将电缆附件内部以及电缆本体的信号传输到外部的终端机上,从而实现电缆线路的在线监测。电缆附件内部的测量光纤7主要用于测量内部温度和电气性能或用于作为传导电缆本体光纤通信的一部分;光纤套管8是作为测量光纤引出电缆附件的过渡体,它既具有导通内外光纤的作用,同时它还具有防止电缆附件内部绝缘油外泄的功能。

1、一种智能监测型超高压电缆附件,其组成包括应力锥(l)、套管(2)、电缆导体连接金具(3)、密封圈(4)、上法兰(5)和下法兰(6),应力锥(l)在套管(2)内,其特征在于:套管(2)内还预埋有测量光纤(7)和光纤套管(8),测量光纤(7)绕包在应力锥(l)表面,光纤套管(8)通过下法兰(6)并密封固定,测量光纤(7)通过光纤套管(8)将测量信号引出,并与外部测量设备相连。
