Abstract

本发明涉及一种移动通信终端及其呼叫方法,所述移动通信终端是多模移动通信终端,包括一存储模块,所述存储模块中存储有一归属地数据库和一资费标准数据库,通过识别当前移动通信终端可用的通信网络,并调用归属地数据库判断输入号码所属的通信网络或识别其归属地情况,再根据识别结果,计算所述当前移动通信终端可用的通信网络或通信卡类型分别实现所述用户所使用的业务种类所需的费用,并依据费用的差异,自动选择或提示用户选择最省钱的通信网络或通信卡进行通信。由于本发明移动通信终端及其呼叫方法通过设置一归属地数据库判断电话号码所属的城市以及通信网络,从而可帮助用户经济方便的选择网络或拨号方式进行呼叫。

移动通信终端及其呼叫方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动通信终端及其呼叫方法,尤其涉及一种适用于多模通信网络的移动通信终端及其呼叫方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,通信科技日新月异,移动通信手机已被人们广泛应用于日常生活和学习中,人们通过移动通信手机和网络通话或互发短信息,其不但大大拉近了人们彼此之间的距离,还给人们的联系和信息交流带来了极大的便利。
目前主要有两个移动通信网络,即GSM和CDMA。然而,因两个网络的业务,资费,覆盖等不同,各有优势,用户可能需要同时拥有两个网络的服务,一般情况下,要实现使用两个网络,即需要使用两个移动通信终端,这在携带和使用方面都极其不便,因此希望使用一个移动通信终端,就可以实现使用两个网络。
现有的多模移动通信终端(如中国第200510024476.X号专利申请所揭示的一种双模/多模便携装置及其智能切换方法)可实现使用两个网络的服务并以GSM网络或CDMA网络通话,但是,现有多模移动通信终端在拨出和发送短信时,是不判断对方号码网络和归属地的,用户在拨打号码和发送短信邮件时,***直接选择用户事先预设的网络通信,无法提示用户以最为经济和方便的方式进行呼叫。
发明内容
为了克服现有多模移动通信终端无法提示用户以最为经济和方便的方式进行呼叫的不足,本发明提供一种移动通信终端及其呼叫方法,其可帮助用户经济方便的选择网络或拨号方式进行呼叫。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种移动通信终端,所述移动通信终端是多模移动通信终端端,包括一存储模块,其特征在于:
所述存储模块中存储有一归属地数据库,通过该归属地数据库用户可获知拨出或接入电话所属的城市、通信网络或通信卡类型;
所述存储模块中还存储有一资费标准数据库,通过该资费标准数据库用户可获知各类型通信卡或多种通信网络所支持业务的费用信息。
所述归属地数据库和资费标准数据库中数据采用手工修改或通过移动通信终端与运营商或服务提供商的服务器同步的方式进行实时更新。
所述通信网络包括GSM、CDMA、PHS或3G;所述通信卡类型包括动感地带卡、神州行卡、全球通卡、神州大众卡、133卡、如意通卡或如意万众卡。
所述业务包括语音通话、短信息、彩信或电子邮件。
本发明所采用的另一技术方案是:提供一种应用于上述移动通信终端的呼叫方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
识别当前移动通信终端可用的通信网络、通信卡类型及用户所使用的业务种类;
输入或选择被叫方号码;
调用归属地数据库,判断上述被叫方号码所属的通信网络或归属地情况;
调用资费标准数据库,计算所述当前移动通信终端可用的通信网络或通
信卡类型分别实现所述用户所使用的业务种类所需的费用;
依据费用的差异,移动通信终端自动选择或提示用户选择最省钱的通信网络或通信卡进行通信。
所述通信网络包括GSM、CDMA、PHS或3G;所述通信卡类型包括动感地带卡、神州行卡、全球通卡、神州大众卡、133卡、如意通卡或如意万众卡。
所述业务包括语音通话、短信息、彩信或电子邮件。
本发明的有益效果在于:由于本发明移动通信终端及其呼叫方法通过设置一归属地数据库判断电话号码所属的城市、通信网络,可帮助用户经济方便的选择网络或拨号方式进行呼叫。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明移动通信终端以GSM和CDMA双模移动通信终端为例,其拨号界面包括用户操作区10和拨号显示区20。
其中,用户操作区10包括数字输入键、功能键等。数字输入键设置于拨号界面的中部,功能键环绕设置于数字输入键的周边。拨号显示区20设置于用户操作区10的数字输入键的上方,用于显示用户每次拨叫的电话号码。
此外,用户操作区10还包括第一拨叫按钮11和第二拨叫按钮13,本实施例的第一拨叫按钮11对应于GSM网络,第二拨叫按钮13对应于CDMA网络,当用户完成拨叫号码输入之后,可直接选择第一拨叫按钮11通过GSM网络呼叫,也可以选择第二拨叫按钮13通过CDMA网络呼叫,无需预先选择网络而屏蔽另一通信网络。可以理解,为进一步方便用户呼叫,本实施例移动通信终端的拨号界面对应于在线的网络分别设置一IP拨叫按钮12、14,第一IP拨叫按钮12对应于GSM网络,第二IP拨叫按钮14对应于CDMA网络,当用户完成拨叫号码输入之后,可直接选择第一拨叫按钮12通过GSM网络进行IP呼叫,也可以选择第二拨叫按钮14通过CDMA网络进行IP呼叫。
当用户通过数字键盘输入电话号码时,***将根据号码字段定义与手机内存中包含的一归属地数据库(图未示)对比出该电话号码所属的城市、通信网络及卡型,并通过手机内存中包含的一资费标准数据库(图未示)计算出使用哪个网络、哪种类型的通信卡进行呼叫最为经济,通过上述对比、计算的结果,移动通信终端将自动选择或提示用户选择相应的通信网络或通信卡或采用IP拨号的方式进行通信,本实施例为在最为经济的拨叫按钮上出现一提示符(本实施例为“”)。请一并参阅图2,可以理解,在***根据号码字段定义对输入号码进行所属网络判断的同时,还可对输入号码的归属地进行判断,若输入号码相对于本机号码为异地号码,则计算比较正常呼叫与IP呼叫哪种方式更经济,并在相应的拨叫按钮上显示提示符“”。可以理解,本发明移动通信终端的归属地数据库和资费标准数据库中数据可通过手工修改或与移动通信终端与运营商或服务提供商的服务器同步的方式进行实时更新。
请一并参阅图3和图4,可以理解,当用户通过移动通信终端存储的联系人方式进行呼叫时,***也将根据用户选择的联系人号码的字段定义来判断输入号码所属的网络,以及输入号码的归属地,再将提示符“”标示在计算比较出的最为经济的呼叫网络及呼叫方式的拨号按钮上,本实施例用户选择被拨叫号码和拨出按键,则***显示一二级菜单列举了当前移动通信终端可用的多种拨号呼叫方式,并在最为经济的拨号方式旁边标示提示符“”。
可以理解,本发明移动通信终端的呼叫方法即是针对不同通信网络及其网内和网外进行呼叫资费的不同和差异,譬如C网和C网、C网和G网、C网和移动的G网、移动的G网和G网、移动的G网和联通的G网、P网和P网、P网和G网、P网和C网以及3G和2.5G等,在多网络待机手机的***中,根据用户使用的通信(SIM)卡情况来判断拨出的号码用哪个号码拨出是网内,哪个网外,然后提醒用户选择哪个卡呼叫更经济;同时,根据要拨通的对方号码来判断其归属地情况,是本地还是长途,然后根据手机中通信卡的网络情况,再根据不同网络正常和IP呼叫方式资费的差异,来提示用户可以选择是哪种方式进行呼叫。可以理解,为进一步方便用户,本发明移动通信终端的呼叫方法也可提供一经济模式供用户选择,即***提供默认经济呼叫的设置选项,当用户设置后,用户在呼叫时,不管选择哪个卡拨出或发送时,***都默认自动计算最经济省钱的网络和呼叫方式进行呼叫。请一并参阅图5,本发明移动通信终端的呼叫方法具体如下所述:
501.***识别当前移动通信终端可用的多种拨号通信网络、通信卡类型或用户所使用的业务种类;
502.用户输入或选择被呼叫方电话号码;
503.***调用归属地数据库并根据号码字段定义来判断输入号码所属的通信网络并识别输入号码的归属地情况,相对于当前移动通信终端可用的通信卡是本地或异地长途;
504.***调用资费标准数据库根据当前可用通信卡的通信网络的网内或网外及其正常呼叫或IP呼叫等呼叫方式进行呼叫资费的不同和差异计算出最为经济省钱的呼叫方式;
505.判断用户是否选择默认经济呼叫方式,若是则执行步骤506,若否则执行步骤507;
506.***直接选择最经济省钱的通信网络和呼叫方式进行呼叫;
507.***显示一经济提示符,提示用户最经济省钱的通信网络和呼叫方式。
请一并参阅图7,可以理解,本发明移动通信终端的呼叫方法不仅适用于拨打电话,也可适用于发送端信息、彩信、电子邮件等其他计费通信方式;其次,其也并不局限于GSM和CDMA双模移动通信终端,其也可适用于PHS/GSM、PHS/CDMA、GSM/GSM或3G等多模移动通信终端;此外,其还可以适用于同一网络的不同通信卡类型之间进行资费比较并给出提示,如***GSM网络的全球通卡、动感地带卡、神州行卡、神州大众卡之间,***的133卡、如意通卡或如意万众卡进行比较。

1、一种移动通信终端,所述移动通信终端是多模移动通信终端,包括一存储模块,其特征在于:
所述存储模块中存储有一归属地数据库,通过该归属地数据库用户可获知拨出或接入电话所属的城市、通信网络或通信卡类型;
所述存储模块中还存储有一资费标准数据库,通过该资费标准数据库用户可获知各类型通信卡或多种通信网络所支持业务的费用信息。
2、如权利要求1所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于:所述归属地数据库和资费标准数据库中数据采用手工修改或通过移动通信终端与运营商或服务提供商的服务器同步的方式进行实时更新。
3、如权利要求1所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于:所述通信网络包括GSM、CDMA、PHS或3G;所述通信卡类型包括动感地带卡、神州行卡、全球通卡、神州大众卡、133卡、如意通卡或如意万众卡。
4、如权利要求1所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于:所述业务包括语音通话、短信息、彩信或电子邮件。
5、一种如权利要求1所述移动通信终端的呼叫方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
识别当前移动通信终端可用的通信网络、通信卡类型及用户所使用的业务种类;
输入或选择被叫方号码;
调用归属地数据库,判断上述被叫方号码所属的通信网络或归属地情况;
调用资费标准数据库,计算所述当前移动通信终端可用的通信网络或通信卡类型分别实现所述用户所使用的业务种类所需的费用;
依据费用的差异,移动通信终端自动选择或提示用户选择最省钱的通信网络或通信卡进行通信。
6、如权利要求5所述的移动通信终端的呼叫方法,其特征在于:所述通信网络包括GSM、CDMA、PHS或3G;所述通信卡类型包括动感地带卡、神州行卡、全球通卡、神州大众卡、133卡、如意通卡或如意万众卡。
