Abstract
本发明公开了一种定位装置,包括:挂靠模块,用于挂靠网际协议承载语音用户信息和至少一个移动终端号码,存储网际协议承载语音用户信息和移动终端号码的对应关系;位置信息获取模块,用于根据网际协议承载语音用户信息获得网际协议承载语音用户信息对应的移动终端号码的位置信息。另外,在此基础上,本发明还提供了一种网际协议承载语音用户接入方法、定位服务器、以及会话初始化协议服务器。通过本发明可以使得定位的实现更经济、方便,可以不需要额外配置、管理维护类似于移动通信***中的归属位置寄存器和访问位置寄存器,还可以保证在网际协议承载语音用户漫游时方便地获得位置更新信息,实现对本地PSTN域的呼叫得到最优路由而节省话费。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,特别地,涉及一种网际协议承载语音(Voice over IP,VoIP)用户接入方法、定位装置和网络设备。
背景技术
VoIP(Voice over IP,IP承载语音)诞生十多年来,以软交换的产品形态向运营商级的应用渗透,以IP-PBX的设备模式向企业语音通讯渗透,这一切已经深刻地影响了人们的通信方式。
VoIP可以很方便地实现漫游,通过用户的逻辑地址(电话号码、用户帐号等逻辑标识)或联系地址(如IP地址),可以很方便地在不同地域接入从而实现不同地域间的漫游。例如,SkyPe用户使用帐号在任意的计算机登陆,都很容易地被呼叫到;另外,近年来移动IP技术也日益受到关注,它使得移动设备可以以固定的IP地址接入因特网,并且能够被寻址。
但是,VoIP呼叫控制服务器并不能确定用户接入点的地理位置,用户接入点的地理位置对于IP用户呼叫PSTN(Pubic SwitchedTelephone Network,公共电话交换网)域待服号码,寻找正确的最近路由尤为重要,这集中反映在VoIP网络侧设备处理紧急呼叫业务的能力上。此外,VoIP用户在出局呼叫本地PSTN用户时同样需要确定本局用户的接入位置,以便利用IP旁路原理路由到最近的媒体网关进行出局呼叫。但是业内基本上都没有通过对主叫定位去支持出局路由的解析,SkyPe也是如此。
目前,SkyPe支持的出局路由解析是通过完整的拨号方式实现的,通过解析被叫号码来决定出局呼叫的合适的落地网关SkyPeOut,从而实现IP旁路,如图1所示,用户通过SkyPe客户端软件拨打本国本地区PSTN用户,需要SkyPe在本地区落地网关SkyPeOut的支持:(1)使用SkyPe客户端软件,用户拨号呼叫本国本地区PSTN用户,拨号方式为+A国家码+B地区码+PSTN座机号码,或00+A国家码+B地区码+PSTN座机号码,在C国D地区的SkyPe服务器SkyPe Server接收这个呼叫请求;(2)SkyPe Server呼叫服务器根据对被叫号码的解析,将呼叫请求路由到A国B地区的SkyPe Out落地网关;(3)通过SkyPe Out网关将呼叫中继到PSTN域,发起对于PSTN用户的呼叫。SkyPe通过对于被叫地址的号码解析来分析被叫的路由,所以它改变了用户的出局拨号习惯,即本地出局呼叫,需要加拨国家码、地区码;此外,对于任意出局的呼叫必须在目的地有SkyPe Out网关的支持。
在传统的GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications,全球移动通信***)用户出局呼叫PSTN用户时,拨号方式不加地区字冠表示这是本地的出局呼叫,这一点并不随着GSM用户在漫游时而改变,如图2所示,拜访域的移动用户Mobile呼叫本地的PSTN用户,只要直接拨号,不需要带长途字冠,这是由于在拜访域的移动交换中心MSC接管了漫游到本地的移动终端的业务,GSM***在各个地域的落地(每一个地域都配置MSC)使得用户在各地漫游时呼叫本地出局不用改变长、短途拨号的习惯。
VoIP呼叫控制服务器在解析一个出局呼叫请求的路由时,首先取决于对于被叫号码的分析,如果被叫号码有完整的定位字冠(国家码、地区码)则很容易的依据号码将呼叫中继到合适的媒体网关接续,假设号码没有完整的字冠,则认为是本地呼叫,那么它将呼叫直接路由到本地的媒体网关,这时候需要确定主叫接入的位置。如果对于普通的出局呼叫也许可以像SkyPe那样强制用户使用完整拨号的方式来避免对主叫接入的定位,那么在紧急呼叫时做这样的规定则太过分。
由于VoIP的呼叫控制服务器没有像GSM***的MSC(MobileSwitching Center,移动交换中心)在各个地域落地,因此对于所有接收的本地的出局呼叫请求,如果没有完整的拨号信息,则必须通过主叫的接入定位来分析正确的呼叫路由,而紧急呼叫时的直接拨号需求也使得主叫接入的定位显得更加迫切。
在目前的相关技术方案中,紧急呼叫中心(控制、处理紧急呼叫的服务器)无法从被叫号码的分析解析呼叫的最优路由,而只能从主叫的定位来达到,这样整个处理***必须附加对于主叫接入点的位置信息的管理和维护,以下是现有技术对于VoIP紧急呼叫的解决方案,如图3所示,接入设备是指用户终端接进网络的设备,它可以是网卡、ADSL、或DSLAM(Digital Subscriber Line AccessMultiplexer,数字用户线接入复接器)端口、以及IAD(IntegratedAccess Device,综合接入设备)设备。在传统的紧急呼叫解决方案里面,紧急呼叫中心在收到紧急呼叫请求时触发对定位服务器的访问请求,请求对主叫接入定位,定位服务器通过和接入端交互后得到接入的物理地址,然后通过定位服务器保存的物理地址对应的地理位置信息确定合适的PSAP(Public Safety Accessed Point,公共安全访问点),接着紧急呼叫中心可以向这个PSAP中继呼叫。
如上所述,现有技术方案需要额外维护定位服务器,由于VoIP定位服务器没有像移动通信***如GSM***的MSC(MobileSwitching Center,移动交换中心)在各个地域落地,需要不断增加该定位服务器、更新现有的接入设备的物理地址对应的地理位置信息,因此管理、维护成本高。
发明内容
本发明实施例致力于克服上述相关技术中的一个或多个固有缺陷,为此,本发明实施例提供了一种定位装置、一种VoIP用户接入方法、一种定位服务器以及一种会话初始化协议服务器。
本发明提供了一种定位装置,包括:挂靠模块,用于挂靠网际协议承载语音用户和至少一个移动终端号码,存储网际协议承载语音用户信息和移动终端号码的对应关系;位置信息获取模块,用于根据网际协议承载语音用户信息获得网际协议承载语音用户信息对应的移动终端号码的位置信息。
本发明的实施例提供了一种网际协议承载语音用户接入方法,包括:预先设置并保存网际协议承载语音用户信息和移动终端号码的对应关系;会话初始化协议服务器接收携带网际协议承载语音用户信息的呼叫请求后,从呼叫请求中解析网际协议承载语音用户信息;根据网际协议承载语音用户信息和移动终端号码的对应关系,会话初始化协议服务器获得网际协议承载语音用户信息对应的移动终端号码的位置信息;会话初始化协议服务器根据获得的位置信息接入公共安全接入点。
本发明的实施例提供了一种定位服务器,包括:接收装置,用于接收初始会话协议服务器发送的携带网际协议承载语音用户信息的定位请求;挂靠装置,用于挂靠网际协议承载语音用户和至少一个移动终端号码,存储网际协议承载语音用户信息和移动终端号码的对应关系;位置信息获取装置,用于根据网际协议承载语音用户信息获得网际协议承载语音用户对应的移动终端号码的位置信息;返回装置,连接至定位装置,用于向初始会话协议服务器返回定位装置获得的位置信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种会话初始化协议服务器,包括:接收模块,用于接收网际协议承载语音用户发送的携带网际协议承载语音用户信息的呼叫请求,网际协议承载语音用户预先挂靠了至少一个移动终端号码;位置信息获取模块,用于根据网际协议承载语音用户信息获得网际协议承载语音用户挂靠的移动终端号码的位置信息;以及接入模块,用于根据位置信息接入到公共安全接入点。
通过以上技术方案,本发明实施例实现了以下有益效果:充分利用移动通信***(如GSM***或CDMA***)的移动交换中心(Mobile Switching Center,MSC)在各个地域落地,网际协议承载语音用户挂靠至少一个移动终端号码,通过该挂靠的移动终端号码的位置信息来确定网际协议承载语音用户的位置信息,定位的实现更经济、方便,可以不需要额外配置、管理维护类似于移动通信***中的归属位置寄存器和访问位置寄存器,可以保证在网际协议承载语音用户漫游时方便地获得位置更新信息,实现对本地PSTN域的呼叫得到最优路由而节省话费。

具体实施方式
以下将参照附图来具体描述本发明的优选实施例,其中,附图构成本申请的一部分,并与本发明的实施例一起用于阐释本发明的原理。
本发明所有实施例的实质在于:将VoIP用户挂靠至少一个移动终端号码,将VoIP用户挂靠的移动终端号码所属的移动交换中心提供的该移动终端号码的位置信息作为VoIP用户的位置信息,从而实现VoIP用户的定位。利用该思想,可以充分利用现有移动通信***的位置寄存器在各个地域广泛落地,从而节约资源。
其中,VoIP用户挂靠至少一个移动终端号码,VoIP用户也可以挂靠多个移动终端号码,比如说VoIP网络提供用户多个号码选择,对于随身携带两个手机的用户,VoIP用户可以选择挂靠两个手机号码,选择其中一个作为常用,另一个作为备选。
其中,由于VoIP网络与移动运营商签约了提供位置信息的业务,当VoIP用户挂靠的移动终端号码位置更新时,该移动终端号码所属的移动交换中心可以主动将更新的位置信息提供给VoIP网络,也可以由VoIP网络在需要位置信息时或定期向所属移动交换中心请求更新位置信息。这里的移动运营商可以为GSM***运营商,也可以为CDMA***运营商,还可以为能够提供位置信息业务的其它运营商。
其中,VoIP网络还可以将获得位置信息保存在已有设备上或保存在专门的设备(如定位服务器)上,这些设备具有基本的获得位置信息或查询位置信息的功能,还可以具有更新、删除、维护管理用户信息和位置信息的功能。
方法实施例一
下面将参照图4、图5和图6描述本实施例。图4是根据本实施例的定位交互方法的流程图。
如图4所示,当VoIP用户挂靠至少一个移动终端号码,且VoIP网络侧保存有VoIP用户信息和该移动终端号码的对应关系时,VoIP用户接入流程包括以下步骤:步骤S402,VoIP用户向会话初始化协议服务器发送携带VoIP用户信息的呼叫请求;步骤S404,会话初始化协议服务器接收到该呼叫请求后,从该呼叫请求中解析出该VoIP用户信息,根据VoIP用户挂靠的移动终端号码获得VoIP用户的位置信息;以及步骤S406,会话初始化协议服务器根据获得的位置信息接入公共安全接入点。
其中,会话初始化协议服务器从VoIP用户挂靠的移动终端号码所属的移动交换中心,如GSM***移动交换中心的归属位置寄存器获得移动终端号码的位置信息,会话初始化协议服务器将移动终端号码的位置信息作为VoIP用户的位置信息。
优选地,在步骤S402之前,还可以包括定位服务器和归属位置寄存器的交互处理,该处理包括以下步骤:IP交换机和服务提供商签约定位业务的服务;以及IP交换机用户挂靠一个移动终端号码;当移动终端的位置更新时,定位服务器接收归属位置寄存器发送的挂靠移动终端的用户的接入信息,根据接入信息进行接入位置更新;以及定位服务器完成位置更新后,向归属位置寄存器返回更新确认消息。
其中,基于VoIP用户挂靠的移动终端号码,当移动终端号码位置更新时,通过VoIP用户信息对应的移动终端号码所属的移动交换中心更新IP用户的位置信息。
其中,位置信息中携带有表示VoIP用户挂靠的移动终端的位置的区号信息。
结合根据本实施例的方法,在实际实施时,可以由移动运营商主动向VoIP网络侧设备发送位置更新消息,或者VoIP网络侧设备定期向移动运营商发送位置更新请求,以获得更新的位置信息,之后VoIP网络侧设备根据保存的挂靠对应关系提供储存的位置信息。其中,VoIP用户、移动终端号码和移动终端号码位置信息的对应关系可以存储在VoIP网络侧的现有网络设备(例如,会话初始化协议服务器)中,也可以用一个独立的定位服务器统一提供、管理位置信息(例如,漫游用户的位置信息),从而节省了时间。
可选地,VoIP网络侧设备主动向移动运营商查询位置信息,当VoIP网络侧设备需要VoIP用户的位置信息时,向移动运营商发送位置信息请求,之后运营商根据签约关系返回相应的位置信息。此时,移动运营商不必维护专门的位置服务器或定位装置,而时仅在需要的时候获取相应的位置信息,从而节省了资源。
并且,如图5和图6所示,属于VoIP***的定位服务器从属于GSM***的HLR获取信息,HLR基于GSM***向定位服务器发送新位置的信息(该用户所在区域对应的区号),定位服务器响应这个请求并将IP用户的接入点信息更新;这个交互关系可以通过短消息、或发起呼叫等形式完成,并且VoIP***预先和GSM运营商签订定位服务的协议。可选地,对于实现消息的交互,也可以通过为定位服务器配置一个SIM卡,通过无线终端接口等与无线***进行通信,定位服务器或定位装置执行交互信息的解析,获得位置信息。在图5中,Req:HLR于是向定位服务器发送定位更新请求,包含用户所在地域的区号信息;Rps:定位服务器更新接入信息后向HLR发送更新确认。
其中,可以对图6描述如下:
(1)IP-PBX和GSM运营商签约定位业务的服务;(2)IP-PBX用户挂靠一个GSM移动终端号码;(3)HLR接收、处理终端位置更新的消息;(4)HLR向定位服务器报告挂靠该终端的IP-PBX用户的接入信息;(5)定位服务器进行接入信息的更新;(6)定位服务器发送更新确认消息。
例如:28781001用户2006-8-22上午在北京,定位服务器的接入信息表如下:

参照图7所示的主叫定位解决方案的***架构示意图,可将根据本实施例的方法概括为如下步骤:(1)向SIP Server(IP-PBX)发送呼叫请求;(2)如果是出局的不带字冠的PSTN呼叫或紧急呼叫,那么向定位服务器请求区号查询;(3)获得区号;(4)根据区号选择最优的中继媒体网关MGW;以及(5)MGW中继本次呼叫请求。其中,SIP Server(IP-PBX)决策逻辑如图8所示。
下面将参照一个具体的实例描述本发明的方法实施例。
图9示出了实现该实例的***架构。如图9所示,其实现步骤如下:(1)向SIP Server(IP-PBX)发送呼叫请求;(2)如果是出局的不带字冠的PSTN呼叫或紧急呼叫,那么向定位服务器请求区号查询;(3)获得区号;(4)根据区号选择最优的中继媒体网关MGW;以及(5)MGW中继本次呼叫请求。
设备实施例一
图10示出了根据设备实施例一的定位装置1000的组成。如图10所示,根据本发明实施例的定位装置1000包括:挂靠模块1002,用于挂靠VoIP用户信息和至少一个移动终端号码,并且存储VoIP用户信息和移动终端号码的对应关系;位置信息获取模块1004,用于根据VoIP用户信息获得VoIP用户信息对应的移动终端号码的位置信息;以及位置信息存储模块1006,用于存储移动终端号码与位置信息的对应关系。
其中,位置信息获取模块1004包括:短消息接收模块,用于接收公众陆地移动交换中心发送的包含移动终端号码归属位置信息的短消息;短消息解析模块,用于从短消息中解析出移动终端号码的位置信息。
其中,定位装置1000还包括更新模块1008,用于当VoIP用户信息对应的移动终端号码位置更新时,更新位置信息存储模块1006中的位置信息。
优选地,位置信息存储模块1006可以位于运营商管理的设备中,以便于VoIP网络侧设备与移动运营商之间的通信,从而使得VoIP网络侧设备更容易获得更新的位置信息,从而节约了操作的时间,可以保存VoIP用户信息和位置信息的对应关系,还可以将VoIP用户信息、挂靠的移动终端号码和位置信息三者的对应关系保存在同一个表中。
设备实施例二
下面将参照图11描述根据本发明的设备实施例二的定位服务器1100。图11是根据本实施例的定位服务器1100的框图。
如图11所示,根据本实施例的定位服务器1100包括:接收装置1102,用于接收初始会话协议服务器发送的携带VoIP用户信息的定位请求;挂靠装置1104,用于挂靠VoIP用户信息和至少一个移动终端号码,存储VoIP用户信息和移动终端号码的对应关系;位置信息获取装置1106,用于根据VoIP用户信息获得VoIP用户对应的移动终端号码的位置信息;返回装置1108,连接至位置信息获取装置1106,用于向初始会话协议服务器返回位置信息获取装置1106获得的位置信息。
其中,定位服务器可以属于例如VoIP***,归属位置寄存器可以属于例如GSM***。上述的位置信息可以是用户所在的区域对应的区号。定位服务器和归属位置寄存器之间的交互可以通过短消息或发起呼叫等形式完成。
定位服务器和归属位置寄存器之间的交互可以参考图6和图7。
设备实施例三
如图12所示,根据本实施例的会话初始化协议服务器1200包括:接收模块1202,用于接收VoIP用户发送的携带VoIP用户信息的呼叫请求,其中,VoIP用户预先挂靠了至少一个移动终端号码;位置信息获取模块1204,用于根据VoIP用户信息获得VoIP用户挂靠的移动终端号码的位置信息;接入模块1206,用于根据位置信息接入到公共安全接入点。
其中,位置信息获取模块1204包括:第一存储模块,用于存储VoIP用户信息和预先挂靠的移动终端号码的对应关系;短消息接收模块,用于接收VoIP用户信息对应的移动终端号码所属的移动交换中心发送的包含移动终端号码的位置信息的短消息;以及短消息解析模块,用于从短消息中解析出移动终端号码的位置信息。
并且,位置信息获取模块1204包括:发送模块,用于向定位服务器发送包含VoIP用户信息的定位请求;以及接收模块,用于接收定位服务器返回的位置信息;其中,定位服务器根据接收到的VoIP用户信息获得并返回VoIP用户挂靠的移动终端号码的位置信息。
通过本发明的上述实施方案,可以使定位的实现更经济、方便,而且可以保证在VoIP用户漫游时不改变长、短途拨号习惯的同时,实现对本地PSTN域的呼叫得到最优路由而节省话费。
此外,利用本发明的实施例提供的方案,紧急呼叫时,紧急呼叫中心不需要通过定位服务器和接入端进行二次交互;可以缩短紧急呼叫的呼叫处理延时;另外,可以实现定位不带字冠的普通出局呼叫,克服了像SkyPe那样普通出局呼叫还得加拨区号字冠的问题。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种定位装置,其特征在于,包括:
挂靠模块,用于挂靠网际协议承载语音用户和至少一个移动终端号码,存储所述网际协议承载语音用户信息和所述移动终端号码的对应关系;
位置信息获取模块,用于根据所述网际协议承载语音用户信息获得所述网际协议承载语音用户信息对应的移动终端号码的位置信息;
位置信息存储模块,用于存储所述移动终端号码与所述位置信息的对应关系。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括:
更新模块,用于当所述网际协议承载语音用户信息对应的移动终端号码位置更新时,更新所述位置信息存储模块中的所述位置信息。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述位置信息获取模块包括:
短消息接收模块,用于接收公众陆地移动交换中心发送的包含所述移动终端号码的位置信息的短消息;
短消息解析模块,用于从所述短消息中解析出所述移动终端号码的位置信息。
4.一种网际协议承载语音用户接入方法,其特征在于,包括以下处理:
预先设置并保存网际协议承载语音用户信息和移动终端号码的对应关系;
会话初始化协议服务器接收携带所述网际协议承载语音用户信息的呼叫请求后,从所述呼叫请求中解析所述网际协议承载语音用户信息;
根据所述网际协议承载语音用户信息和移动终端号码的对应关系,所述会话初始化协议服务器获得所述移动终端号码所属的移动交换中心提供的对应所述移动终端号码的位置信息,进而获得所述网际协议承载语音用户信息对应的移动终端号码的位置信息;
所述会话初始化协议服务器根据获得的位置信息接入公共安全接入点。
5.根据权利要求4所述的网际协议承载语音用户接入方法,其特征在于,
所述网际协议承载语音用户信息和移动终端号码的对应关系预先保存在所述会话初始化协议服务器中;
所述会话初始化协议服务器根据所述网际协议承载语音用户信息获得所述网际协议承载语音用户信息对应的移动终端号码。
6.根据权利要求4所述的网际协议承载语音用户接入方法,其特征在于,
所述网际协议承载语音用户信息和移动终端号码对应关系预先保存在定位服务器中;
所述会话初始化协议服务器向所述定位服务器发送携带所述网际协议承载语音用户信息的定位请求;
所述定位服务器接收到所述定位请求后,根据所述网际协议承载语音用户信息获得所述网际协议承载语音用户信息对应的移动终端号码所属的移动交换中心提供的对应所述移动终端号码的位置信息,将获得所述位置信息返回给所述会话初始化协议服务器。
7.根据权利要求5所述的网际协议承载语音用户接入方法,其特征在于,所述位置信息中携带有表示所述网际协议承载语音用户对应的移动终端号码的位置的区号信息。
8.一种定位服务器,其特征在于,包括:
接收装置,用于接收初始会话协议服务器发送的携带网际协议承载语音用户信息的定位请求;
挂靠装置,用于挂靠所述网际协议承载语音用户和至少一个移动终端号码,存储所述网际协议承载语音用户信息和所述移动终端号码的对应关系;
位置信息获取装置,用于根据所述网际协议承载语音用户信息获得所述网际协议承载语音用户对应的移动终端号码,并进一步获得所述移动终端号码的位置信息;
返回装置,连接至所述位置信息获取装置,用于向所述初始会话协议服务器返回所述位置信息获取装置获得的所述位置信息;
位置信息存储模块,用于存储所述移动终端号码与所述位置信息的对应关系。
9.一种会话初始化协议服务器,其特征在于,包括:
接收模块,用于接收网际协议承载语音用户发送的携带网际协议承载语音用户信息的呼叫请求,其中,所述网际协议承载语音用户预先挂靠了至少一个移动终端号码;
位置信息获取模块,用于根据所述网际协议承载语音用户信息获得所述网际协议承载语音用户挂靠的移动终端号码的位置信息;
接入模块,用于根据所述位置信息接入到公共安全接入点;
其中,所述位置信息获取模块包括:
第一存储模块,用于存储所述网际协议承载语音用户信息和预先挂靠的移动终端号码的对应关系;
短消息接收模块,用于接收所述网际协议承载语音用户信息对应的移动终端号码所属的移动交换中心发送的包含所述移动终端号码的位置信息的短消息;以及
短消息解析模块,用于从所述短消息中解析出所述移动终端号码的位置信息。
10.根据权利要求9所述的会话初始化协议服务器,其特征在于,所述位置信息获取模块包括:
发送模块,用于向定位服务器发送包含网际协议承载语音用户信息的定位请求;以及
接收模块,用于接收所述定位服务器返回的位置信息;
其中,所述定位服务器根据所述接收到的所述网际协议承载语音用户信息获得并返回所述网际协议承载语音用户挂靠的移动终端号码的位置信息。
