Abstract

本发明涉及一种可替代J管卤素灯的CFL光源,包括接电极、壳体、镇流器、CFL灯管、连接件、插座、插针,位于镇流器两侧的接电极间距完全按照J管卤素灯的标准长度设计,接电极的结构按照配合R7s或RX7s的灯座设计,镇流器设置在一个壳体中,接电极设置在壳体的两侧端头,CFL灯管和壳体插拔连接,构成一个两端接电的CFL节能光源,可以直接替代普通草地灯具中的J管卤素光源,而且,壳体和CFL灯管之间既可以设计成一体不可分的,也可以设计成分体的,通过插座和插针连接。

一种可替代J管卤素灯的CFL光源
技术领域
本发明涉及一种CFL光源,尤指可以替代J管卤素灯的安装在各种投光灯具内的CFL光源。
背景技术
J管卤素灯作为投光灯具的光源,广泛应用于户外和工程照明,其功率一般在100W至2000W,使用寿命一般在500h至1000h,发光效率在10流明/瓦,其高耗能和低光效的问题是众所周知的,但苦于J管灯具的特殊构造以及R7s灯头的独特接电方式,使得现有的节能光源无法替代。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于推出一种新的CFL光源,其结构完全适合现有J管灯具,使J管卤素光源被节能光源替代成为可能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种可替代J管卤素灯的CFL光源,包括接电极、连接电线、镇流器、壳体、CFL灯管、连接件、插针、插座,如图1所示接电极位于镇流器的两侧,采用金属车件或冲压件或压铸件制成,铆接或嵌入在壳体的两个空心支杆的顶端,壳体采用绝缘材料制成,中央腔体内装镇流器,两侧空心支杆有连接电线与接电极相连,根据替代功率的大小,接电极的端部间距设计在68mm至88mm之间或108mm至128mm之间或179mm至199mm之间或244mm至264mm之间。
接电极和镇流器之间既可以采用如图1的刚性体连接,这种情况下壳体的两个空心支杆顶端直接安装接电极;也可以采用如图3的安置弹性体的活塞式嵌套结构连接,这种情况下,在壳体的两侧空心支杆上嵌套中空的弹性体,在其顶部设有可滑动的套筒式接电极,按压接电极可压缩弹性体,使接电极在一定范围内伸缩可调;或者采用如图4的螺纹旋转嵌套连接,这种情况下,壳体两侧的空心支杆上设计有螺纹,在其顶部设有与之相配的带螺纹的套筒式接电极,旋转套筒可以在一定范围内调整接电极之间的距离。
接电极设计为R7s或RX7s灯头结构,与灯具上的R7s或RX7s灯座匹配。
壳体的形状根据灯具的形状设计为方形或椭球形或异形。
如图1,CFL灯管和壳体内的镇流器通过插针和插座插接,当灯管损坏时可以拔下更换;也可以如图2,将CFL灯管上连接电线直接与壳体内的镇流器连接,然后将CFL灯管的连接件直接与壳体胶粘连接,组成一体化的CFL光源。
本发明的有益效果是:可以方便的把各种J管卤素灯具中的J管更换为CFL光源,不用更新灯具,就能达到节能高光效的目标。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示,先在壳体4上嵌入插座7,在镇流器3上接入插座7和连接电线2,然后将镇流器3装入壳体4,把连接电线2穿过壳体4两侧的空心支杆,将接电极1和连接电线2接通后,把接电极1固定到壳体4两端,最后将壳体4封盖,组成具有R7s灯座11接电功能的镇流器3。
如图1所示,插针8铆接到连接件6,CFL灯管5接入到插针8上,然后将CFL灯管5与连接件6胶粘固定,组成与镇流器3配合的可更换CFL灯管5。

Claims (5)

1.一种可替代J管卤素灯的CFL光源,包括接电极、连接电线、镇流器、壳体、CFL灯管、连接件、插针、插座,其特征在于,所述壳体包括中央腔体、封盖及两个相对的空心支杆,所述壳体采用绝缘材料制成,所述中央腔体内装有所述镇流器,所述接电极位于所述镇流器的两侧,所述接电极铆接或嵌入在所述壳体的两个所述空心支杆的顶端,所述接电极采用金属车件或冲压件或压铸件制成,两个所述接电极的端部间距在68mm至88mm之间或108mm至128mm之间或179mm至199mm之间或244mm至264mm之间,所述壳体上嵌入有所述插座,所述镇流器分别与所述插座和所述连接电线相电连接,所述连接电线穿过所述壳体两侧的所述空心支杆与所述接电极相接通,所述CFL灯管与所述连接件相固定连接,所述插针铆接到所述连接件上,所述CFL灯管与所述插针相电连接,所述CFL灯管通过所述插针与所述插座相插接实现与所述镇流器相电连接,所述CFL灯管与所述镇流器处于上下方布置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可替代J管卤素灯的CFL光源,其特征在于,接电极和镇流器之间采用刚性体连接或者采用安置弹性体的活塞式嵌套结构连接或者采用螺纹旋转嵌套连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可替代J管卤素灯的CFL光源,其特征在于,接电极设计为R7s或RX7s灯头结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种可替代J管卤素灯的CFL光源,其特征在于,所述的壳体设计为方形或椭球形或异形。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种可替代J管卤素灯的CFL光源,其特征在于,所述的CFL灯管和壳体通过插针和插座连接或胶粘为一体。
