Abstract

本发明公开了一种低铝含镁复合脱氧剂,其化学成分重量百分比为:Si:50~60%,Ba:10~20%,Ca:12~18%,Mg:1~1.5%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质。本发明提高了Ca的含量,可使脱氧产物形成含钙硅酸盐,熔点和比重降低,容易上浮进入渣中,从而减少钢中夹杂物含量。同时,钙还具有改善钢中氧化物和硫化物夹杂形态,提高钢中夹杂物球化率的作用,对提高钢的综合机械性能,尤其是提高钢的冲击韧性和延伸率十分有利。由于钙与氧和硫的亲和力都很强,加入钙后还会提高脱氧剂的脱氧和脱硫效果。本发明由于减少了Mg的含量,不仅降低了生产成本,而且可以形成铝镁复合夹杂物,铝镁硅钙复合夹杂物,起到夹杂变性作用,从而提高钢的韧性和冲击性。

低铝含镁复合脱氧剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低铝含镁复合脱氧剂----硅钡钙镁合金,用在钢铁高端产品如重轨、高速轨等无铝炼钢过程中,无铝脱氧钢的终脱氧剂和精炼过程中的扩散脱氧剂使用,也可以作为铝脱氧钢的综合脱氧方式的脱氧合金使用。
背景技术
目前,钢铁高端产品中重轨和高速轨需要无铝脱氧剂,且要求脱氧效果达到20PPM以内。而以前的产品如中国专利CN03111436.9公开了一种不含铝的炼钢脱氧用硅钙钡镁铁合金。它由重量比为40~50%的Si、10~25%的Ba、6~10%的钙、2~8%的Mg、余量为Fe组成。该复合脱氧剂虽然无铝,但钙含量低,达不到高端钢铁品种如重轨和高速轨的脱氧要求,且贵重金属镁含量高,回收率反而低,造成原材料的浪费和成本的提高,而且使冶炼炉产生大量的污染烟。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种低铝含镁复合脱氧剂,用该合金脱氧能大大增加钢的纯净度,减少钢中夹杂物含量,改善夹杂物形态,提高钢的韧性。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种低铝含镁复合脱氧剂其化学成分重量百分比为:Si:50~60%,Ba:10~20%,Ca:12~18%,Mg:1~1.5%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质。
一种加工上述低铝含镁复合脱氧剂的方法,具体为:①以石灰石、兰炭、重晶石、烟煤、硅石、铁屑为原料,利用矿热炉采用碳热法生产工艺加工出硅钙钡合金;②向硅钙钡合金中热兑金属镁锭。
本发明提高了Ca的含量,可使脱氧产物形成含钙硅酸盐,熔点和比重降低,容易上浮进入渣中,从而减少钢中夹杂物含量。同时,钙还具有改善钢中氧化物和硫化物夹杂形态,提高钢中夹杂物球化率的作用,对提高钢的综合机械性能,尤其是提高钢的冲击韧性和延伸率十分有利。由于钙与氧和硫的亲和力都很强,加入钙后还会提高脱氧剂的脱氧和脱硫效果。此外,本发明由于减少了Mg的含量,不仅降低了生产成本,而且可以形成铝镁复合夹杂物,铝镁硅钙复合夹杂物,起到夹杂变性作用,从而提高钢的韧性和冲击性。

具体实施方式
实施例1:Si:50%,Ca:11%,Mg:1%,Ba:14%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质的合金。
以石灰石410Kg、兰炭984Kg、重晶石492Kg、烟煤492Kg、硅石1640Kg、铁屑164Kg(吨合金消耗量)为主要原料,利用矿热炉采用碳热法生产工艺加工出硅钙钡合金,热兑金属镁锭11.5kg生产。
实施例2:Si:55%,Ca:18%,Mg:2%,Ba:16%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质的合金。
以石灰石600Kg、兰炭1056Kg、重晶石528Kg、烟煤528Kg、硅石1810Kg、铁屑176Kg(吨合金消耗量)为主要原料,利用矿热炉采用碳热法生产工艺加工出硅钙钡合金,热兑金属镁锭23kg生产。
实施例3:Si:50%,Ca:14%,Mg:1.5%,Ba:17%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质的合金。
以石灰石500Kg、兰炭1025Kg、重晶石560Kg、烟煤528Kg、硅石1640Kg、铁屑176Kg(吨合金消耗量)为主要原料,利用矿热炉采用碳热法生产工艺加工出硅钙钡合金,热兑金属镁锭17.5kg生产。
上述三个实施例的具体工艺流程如图1。
本发明低铝含镁复合脱氧剂试验数据如下:

从上述实验数据可以看出,使用本发明低铝含镁复合脱氧剂的成品钢中的全氧含量达到了11ppm,低于使用对比脱氧剂生产的成品钢的全氧含量;成品钢的力学性能均满足标准要求;成品钢的夹杂物评级达到了相应标准要求。

1.一种低铝含镁复合脱氧剂,其特征在于,其化学成分重量百分比为:Si:50~60%,Ba:10~20%,Ca:12~18%,Mg:1~1.5%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质。
2.一种加工权利要求1所述低铝含镁复合脱氧剂的方法,具体为:首先,以石灰石、兰炭、重晶石、烟煤、硅石、铁屑为主要原料,利用矿热炉采用碳热法生产工艺加工出硅钙钡合金,然后,热兑金属镁锭生产出低铝含镁复合脱氧剂成品。
