Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种流量控制器,其用于例如将装置的润滑调节至所需值,以及用于监控流动的维持。这种类型的流量控制器用于控制例如大型机械中的润滑循环,以及用于监控润滑循环的维持。此类机械可以是例如造纸机的各种局部装置。这些机械设计成每次在很长的期间内保持不间断运行,从而其所有的局部装置在这些期间内要求保持可靠地运行。用于维持机械润滑的装置是设备的至关重要的一部分,在整个运行期间内必须保持其可靠。
背景技术
用于控制和监控润滑循环的传统设备是这样一类设备,即某一设备的润滑流通过控制设备,所述控制设备包括用于控制流动的装置。此类设备也包括用于指示通过该设备的流量的测量装置。控制设备用于将通过的流量控制到由测量工具指示的目标值。该设备机能的实质在于,测量工具指示使设备运行的很长期间内可靠的实际流量。考虑到可靠性,需要周期性地修改该设备的机能,必须将测量装置从控制设备上拆卸下来才能进行修改。在设备明显故障的情况下,测量工具也必须是可拆卸的。
发明内容
这些问题已经借助根据本发明的流量控制器得到了解决,该流量控制器包括:介质的输入通路、测量腔、连接输入通路和测量腔的运行流动通路、在运行流动通路中作用的控制阀、以及受控流的流出通路。除了运行流动通路之外,该流量控制器的特征在于还结合了:从输入通路向测量腔的必要流动通路;必要流动通路中的流量调节装置;以及从必要流动通路通向流出通路的维护流动通路;和控制装置,该控制装置用于选择性地将流动从必要流动通路分别导向测量腔和维护流动通路。当维护流动通路打开时,控制装置关闭运行流动通路、必要流动通路、以及从测量腔的流出。

具体实施方式
图1是流量控制器的示意性剖视图,其中各种通路和设备腔被加工于实心主体部分中、按照一定方式相互排布以形成流动连接、并且装配有用于控制或者引导通过所述通路流动的适当装置。
首先,输入通路1形成于主体上用于介质的流动,该介质的流动被引导通过流量控制器并在该流量控制器中得到控制。其次,流量的测量工具腔2形成于主体中。测量工具未示于图中,但是可以使用传统的小齿轮式流量计,该流量计装配有流量显示器和求和计数器。输入通路1借助运行流动通路3与测量工具腔2相连,在运行流动通路3中设置了控制阀4。在流量计的操作使用过程中,根据位于测量工具腔2中的测量工具提供的信息,控制阀4控制在运行流动通路3中流动的介质的流量。这种控制可以根据位于测量工具腔2中的测量工具所提供的信息而手动或者自动进行。受控流被引导通过控制阀并经由流出通路5进入接收设备,例如待润滑的物体。
除了上述基本结构之外,流量控制器包括从输入通路导向测量工具腔的另一通路,也就是必要流动通路(necessary flow channel)7。通过该必要流动通路的流动也受到测量工具腔2中的测量工具的控制。必要流动通路7具有其自己的流量调节工具(即流量控制件)6,借助于该流量调节工具,通过该确定流动通路(determination flow channel)的流量可以得到控制,并将流量设定至由这种控制确定的目标值。通过关闭控制阀4,可以将必要流动通路中的流量设定至特定值,从而由测量工具腔2中的测量工具指示的流量完全通过必要流动通路7。将该流量设定为在流量控制器的维护期间满足设备需要的特定值。
平行于该确定流动通路7设置了维护流动通路8。利用控制装置9可以选择确定是通过通路7流动还是通过通路8流动,就此而论,由于控制装置9的一些特定功能,故也称其为维护阀。在所述实施例中,维护阀9与和流量控制器的控制操作相关的通路(运行流动通路3、必要流动通路7、流出通路5和维护流动通路8)相连。从而,维护阀9按照以下方式构造而成,即在其相对于其纵轴的特定回转位置中,该维护阀允许运行流动通路中的流量具有由控制阀4确定的量。其也允许通过必要流动通路7的流量具有由流量控制件6确定的量。其也允许通过流出通路5进行未受限制的流动。但是,切断了通过维护流动通路8的流动。在维护阀9相对于其纵轴旋转90°的位置上,上述开放的流动通路关闭,从而,维护流动通路8打开,由流量控制件6和测量工具腔2中的测量工具控制和设定的维护流被导入流出通路5。但是,切断了向测量工具腔2的流动,并且可以移出测量工具腔中的测量工具,以进行维护或修理。
如上所述,当已经将维护阀设定至维护位置时,在此所述的维护阀的结构以及确定流动通路7的分支点的位置也允许移出控制阀4,以进行修理或维护操作。
当然,导向必要流动通路7的流动必须按以下方式进行控制,即在维护期间考虑到机械运行的最小流量通过控制器。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于控制介质流动的流量控制器,所述流量控制器包括:介质的输入通路(1),测量腔(2),连接输入通路和测量腔的运行流动通路(3),在运行流动通路中作用的控制阀(4),以及受控流的流出通路(5),其特征在于,该流量控制器结合了:必要流动通路(7),该必要流动通路平行于运行流动通路(3)从输入通路(1)导向测量腔(2);作用于必要流动通路(7)中的流量控制件(6);从必要流动通路通向流出通路(5)的维护流动通路(8);以及控制装置(9),该控制装置用于选择性地将流动从必要流动通路(7)分别导向测量腔(2)和维护流动通路(8),当维护流动通路(8)打开时,控制装置(9)关闭运行流动通路(3)、必要流动通路(7)、以及从测量腔(2)的流出。
2.如权利要求1所述的流量控制器,其特征在于,维护流动通路(8)在控制阀(4)之前连接于运行流动通路(3)。
