Abstract

本发明涉及一种咖啡机，其包括水箱、主炉体、设在主炉体内的加热器，设在主炉体上的蒸汽阀组合、将水箱的水输入至主炉体内的进水管、设在进水管处的水泵、将主炉体内的水取出的出水管、设在出水管内的出水阀及设在主炉体上的蒸汽出汽管；特点是：还包括设在主炉体外的对流入的水进行预加热的预加热炉体，所述的预加热炉体包括附在主炉体外的预热加热器及预热管道；预热加热器与预热管道设在主炉体的外表面上；预热管道一端与主炉体连通，另一端与进水管连通。其优点为，当主炉体的蒸汽释放完毕，重新补充水源时，水泵将由预加热炉体预热完毕的热水泵入主炉体，主炉体加热短时间内就可以将热水汽化，它可以连续的进行打奶工作。采用先预热后加热的原理进行设计，能够满足时间上及功能(连续冲泡咖啡，连续进行打奶)上的需要。

本发明涉及一种咖啡机。
背景技术
目前现有的咖啡机，一般都为单缸单发热管，就是热水和蒸汽在同一炉体内进行切换，并且都是从冷水开始加热。按照此种咖啡机的常规操作方法，冲完咖啡后将咖啡放在保温盘上进行保温，再进行打奶泡。从出完咖啡后再切换到蒸汽功能，直到蒸汽温度达到，需要30-50秒。一般咖啡在保温盘上的保温时间不超过25秒，否则会影响咖啡的口味。把主炉体内的冷水加热到可以出咖啡的温度，需要超过1分钟，每次冲完咖啡，换好咖啡粉，还想继续冲泡，仍需要等待一段时间才能冲泡，所以不能连续冲泡。把炉体内的冷水加热到可以出蒸汽的温度，需要约2分钟，当炉体内的蒸汽释放完毕后，需重新泵入冷水，再进行加热，又需从冷水开始加热，加热时间比较长，所以不能连续进行打奶动作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种预热后可以连续冲泡咖啡和连续打奶泡的咖啡机。
为了达到上述目的，本发明是这样实现的，其包括水箱、主炉体、设在主炉体内的加热器，设在主炉体上的蒸汽阀组合、将水箱的水输入至主炉体内的进水管、设在进水管处的水泵、将主炉体内的水取出的出水管、设在出水管内的出水阀及设在主炉体上的蒸汽出汽管；其特征在于：还包括设在主炉体外的对流入的水进行预加热的预加热炉体，所述的预加热炉体包括附在主炉体外的预热加热器及预热管道；预热加热器与预热管道设在主炉体的外表面上；预热管道一端与主炉体连通，另一端与进水管连通。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点为，当主炉体的蒸汽释放完毕，重新补充水源时，水泵将由预加热炉体预热完毕的热水泵入主炉体，主炉体加热短时间内就可以将热水汽化，它可以连续的进行打奶工作。采用先预热后加热的原理进行设计，能够满足时间上及功能(连续冲泡咖啡，连续进行打奶)上的需要。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的详述：
如图1、2所示，其包括水箱1、主炉体13、设在主炉体内的加热器12、设在主炉体上的蒸汽阀组合8、将水箱的水输入到主炉体的进水管6、设在水管处的水泵3、将主炉体内的水回流至水箱内的回流管14、将主炉体13内的水取出的出水管10、设在出水管内的出水阀、设在主炉体上的蒸汽出汽管11、预热加热器92及预热管道91；预热加热器及预热管道组成预加热炉体9。预热加热器92与预热管道91在主炉体13的外表面上；预热管道91一端与进水管6连通。在进水管6的入水端设有过滤器2。预热管道91的出水端设有一三通管7，该三通管的一端接预热管道91的出水口，又一端接回流管14的出水口，再一端接主炉体13；在回流管14的出水口处设有回流阀。在水泵3的出水端接回流管4，回流管与水箱1连通。出水阀包括弹簧16、设在弹簧上的硅胶15、支撑弹簧的支座18，在主炉体13的出水口处设有洒花平台17。
工作时，接通电源，水泵3将水箱1中的水抽入至主炉体13内时，先由预热加热器92及预热管道91进行加热，整个过程进行预加热，此时的水温已有70-80度，再进入主炉体内由加热器12进行加热，整个过程只需极短的时间，它可以连续的出蒸汽及热开水，速度快，可以连续的冲泡咖啡。

1、一种咖啡机，其包括水箱、主炉体、设在主炉体内的加热器，设在主炉体上的蒸汽阀组合、将水箱的水输入至主炉体内的进水管、设在进水管处的水泵、将主炉体内的水取出的出水管、设在出水管内的出水阀及设在主炉体上的蒸汽出汽管；其特征在于：还包括设在主炉体(13)外的对流入的水进行预加热的预加热炉体(9)，所述的预加热炉体包括附在主炉体外的预热加热器(92)及预热管道(91)；预热加热器与预热管道设在主炉体(13)的外表面上；预热管道(91)一端与主炉体(13)连通，另一端与进水管(6)连通。
