本发明涉及一种阀门，具体地说是涉及一种把玻璃胶、发泡胶等从压力罐中释放出来用的阀门。它包括阀体和阀芯，阀芯包括柱体和端面，柱体设在阀体出口通道内并可在其内上下移动，端面与出口通道的下端面配合，所述柱体轴向空心，柱体底端侧壁设有通孔，所述出口通道的上端面设有橡胶套筒，伸出出口通道的柱体上端部穿插在橡胶套筒内。本发明结构设计简单合理，密封性能好，整瓶胶可反复使用，无浪费，各个零部件之间配合紧凑牢固，可承受各种碰撞，安装也方便。

本发明涉及一种阀门，具体地说是涉及一种把玻璃胶、发泡胶等从压力罐中释放出来用的阀门。
背景技术
现有这种阀门密封性能不够好，如果一瓶胶一次性没有用完，放不了几天胶体就再也喷不出来，非常浪费。
发明内容
因此，本发明的目的在于提供一种经久耐用、密封性能佳的阀门。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种阀门，包括阀体和阀芯，阀芯包括柱体和端面，柱体设在阀体出口通道内并可在其内上下移动，端面与出口通道的下端面配合，所述柱体轴向空心，柱体底端侧壁设有通孔，所述出口通道的上端面设有橡胶套筒，伸出出口通道的柱体上端部穿插在橡胶套筒内，留在出口通道内的柱体外壁与出口通道内壁紧密配合，其特征在于：所述柱体外壁与橡胶套筒的下半部内壁紧密配合，橡胶套筒的上半部内壁直径变大，橡胶套筒的底端与阀体啮合。
上述目的还可通过下述技术方案进一步完善：
所述橡胶套筒顶端设有垫圈，垫圈的外圈端面压在橡胶套筒顶面上，垫圈的内圈端面自由地压在柱体顶面上或者垫圈的内圈端面与柱体顶面焊接，垫圈的轴向中空与柱体的轴向中空贯通。
所述橡胶套筒下部外壁向外成形一圈台阶，有一压盖穿套在橡胶套筒外壁上，压盖的内圈口压在台阶表面上，压盖的外圈端口压紧在阀体内。
本发明结构设计简单合理，密封性能好，整瓶胶可反复使用，无浪费，各个零部件之间配合紧凑牢固，可承受各种碰撞，安装也方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例，结合图1和图2，一种阀门，包括阀体1、阀芯2、复位弹簧3、卡扣4和铁圈5，铁圈5安装在阀体1上部，复位弹簧3一端部顶在阀芯2底面，复位弹簧3另一端部压在卡扣4表面，卡扣4啮合在阀体1底部。
阀芯2包括轴向空心的柱体2-1和端面2-2，柱体2-1设在阀体1出口通道7内并可在其内上下移动，而且柱体2-1外壁与出口通道7内壁紧密配合，柱体2-1底端侧壁设有通孔8，端面2-2与出口通道7的下端面配合，出口通道7的上端面设有橡胶套筒9，橡胶套筒9的底端与阀体1啮合，伸出出口通道7的柱体2-1上端部穿插在橡胶套筒9内。柱体2-1外壁与橡胶套筒9的下半部内壁紧密配合，橡胶套筒9的上半部内壁直径变大，当橡胶套筒9受压时内径变大部分的橡胶套筒壁变形成灯笼状。橡胶套筒顶9顶端设有垫圈10，垫圈10的外圈端面压在橡胶套筒9顶面上，垫圈10的内圈端面自由地压在柱体2-1顶面或者垫圈10的内圈端面与柱体2-1顶面焊接，垫圈10的轴向中空与柱体2-1的轴向中空贯通。橡胶套筒9下部外壁向外成形一圈台阶11，有一压盖12穿套在橡胶套筒9外壁上，压盖12的内圈口压在台阶11表面上，压盖12的外圈端口压紧在阀体1内。
使用时，垫圈10受压，橡胶套筒9上半部变形，垫圈的内圈端面往下压柱体2-1，端面2-2往下移，复位弹簧3受压，柱体2-1侧壁上的通孔8与阀体内腔相通，气体经通孔8进入柱体内腔，再经垫图10进入喷枪。

1、一种阀门，包括阀体和阀芯，阀芯包括柱体和端面，柱体设在阀体出口通道内并可在其内上下移动，端面与出口通道的下端面配合，所述柱体轴向空心，柱体底端侧壁设有通孔，所述出口通道的上端面设有橡胶套筒，伸出出口通道的柱体上端部穿插在橡胶套筒内，留在出口通道内的柱体外壁与出口通道内壁紧密配合，其特征在于：所述柱体外壁与橡胶套筒的下半部内壁紧密配合，橡胶套筒的上半部内壁直径变大，橡胶套筒的底端与阀体啮合。
2、根据权利要求1所述阀门，其特征在于：所述橡胶套筒顶端设有垫圈，垫圈的外圈端面压在橡胶套筒顶面上，垫圈的内圈端面自由地压在柱体顶面上或者垫圈的内圈端面与柱体顶面焊接，垫圈的轴向中空与柱体的轴向中空贯通。
3、根据权利要求2所述阀门，其特征在于：所述橡胶套筒下部外壁向外成形一圈台阶，有一压盖穿套在橡胶套筒外壁上，压盖的内圈口压在台阶表面上，压盖的外圈端口压紧在阀体内。
