Abstract

一种迭绕式单相无刷发电机,它包括发电机定子中有二种绕组,二种绕组都是迭式绕组,其特征是:发电机中定子主绕组和励磁源辅助绕组同槽,主绕组为大小元件等匝迭式绕组,辅助绕组为大小元件等匝或不等匝迭式绕组。本发明主绕组和辅助绕组同槽布置,使定子槽数空出1/3槽数,便于通风散热,主绕组等匝,达到正弦要求,畸变率小于2%,节省工时和绝缘材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种迭绕式单相无刷发电机。
背景技术
传统的单相同步发电机定子中主绕组做成不等匝的正弦同心式绕组,这种绕组圈数多,每圈匝数不相等。工艺复杂,制造工时多。占据定子槽多过2/3槽,若此电机中还需加上辅助绕组作励磁源用,则使所有的定子槽中几乎都布有绕组,因而阻塞了定子槽通风,当做成无机座电机时温升高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种迭绕式单相无刷发电机,它可空出1/3的定子槽作为通风散热用,节省工时和绝缘材料。
本发明是这样来实现的,发电机定子中有二种绕组,二种绕组都是迭式绕组,其特征是:发电机中定子主绕组和励磁源辅助绕组同槽,主绕组为大小元件等匝迭式绕组,辅助绕组为大小元件等匝或不等匝迭式绕组。
本发明主绕组和辅助绕组同槽布置,使定子槽数空出1/3槽数,使于通风散热,主绕组等匝,达到正弦形要求,畸变率小于2%,节省工时和绝缘材料。

具体实施方式
本发明定子槽数Z=24,极数2极,单相,定子主绕组布置,如图1所示,绕组圈数为8圈,节距为2种,一种Y1=1-10,另一种Y2=1-5,定子辅助绕组布置如图2所示,绕组圈数也为8圈,节距为3种,y1=1-11、y2=1-6、y3=1-7,绕组匝比做成1∶1.5∶1.5时无基波含量,做成1∶1.15∶1.15时基波含量约为1/4。谐波含量约为3/4,也可以做成1∶1∶1。此时也为混合波,故辅助绕组做为无刷发电机的自励励磁源。是可以调试到最佳状况,以便满足发电机起励、复励、强励以及启动异步机的各项性能要求。由于辅助绕组与主绕组同槽,在定子槽数24的2极电机中,槽5、6、7、9及槽16、18、19、20八槽是空着的,尤其适合做成无机座电机。

1、一种迭绕式单相无刷发电机,发电机定子中有二种绕组,二种绕组都是迭式绕组,其特征是:定子槽空出三分之一的槽数作为通风散热用,节省工时和绝缘材料,发电机中定子主绕组和励磁源辅助绕组同槽,而将主绕组的节距设定为大小2种,2种节距元件是等匝的迭式绕组,将辅助绕组的节距设定为大小3种,3种节距元件也是等匝的或不等匝的迭式绕组。
