Abstract

本发明是一种由角形微槽族组成的螺旋槽端面机械密封,它能使螺旋槽端面机械密封的动压效应和逆流泵效应更加突出,它包括密封环体、环体端面,环体端面设有径向宽度为bd的环形密封坝及与其相连并沿径向向内或/和向外延伸、且沿周向分布的数个具有一定深度的螺旋槽、其深度一般为2~30μm,其中0≤bd≤B:B为环体端面的径向宽度,螺旋槽由一族并列的角形螺旋微槽组成。本发明适用于密封一切气体和液体。

一种由角形微槽族组成的螺旋槽端面机械密封
技术领域:
本发明涉及旋转设备转轴上螺旋槽端面机械密封技术领域,确切地说它是一种由一族并列的角形微槽组成的螺旋槽端面机械密封结构。
背景技术:
流体机械的转轴密封经常采用软填料密封(SP)、浮环密封(F-S)、碳环密封(C-S)及机械密封(MS)。上个世纪末螺旋槽端面机械密封,如干运行非接触气体密封(DGS)被迅速地应用在危险流程介质下离心气体压缩机和泵类的转轴上。该密封的端面结构由两部分组成:一是一组螺旋沟槽(Spiral Groove),它被一组螺旋脊台(SpiralRidge)均匀间隔;二是与槽台相连的环行密封坝(Seal Dam)。其在运行时产生两个力学效应:流体动压效应(Hydrodynamic Pressure)和逆流泵汲效应(Up-Stream Pumping)。中国专利90101737.X、美国专利5,201,531公开了一种流体动压型双列螺旋槽端面密封装置,据称在理论上达到密封流体的泄漏量为零;中国专利98219179公开了一种名称为“螺旋槽端面密封装置”,它具有大的流体膜厚度;中国专利01102213.2公开了一种名称为“可双向旋转的螺旋槽端面密封装置”它实现了非接触密封的双向旋转。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种由一族并列的角形微槽组成的螺旋槽端面机械密封结构,它的密封环体的端面上设有径向宽度为bd(0<bd<B,B为环体端面的径向宽度=的环形密封坝及与其相连并沿径向向内或和向外延伸、且沿周向分布的数个具有一定深度的螺旋槽,其特征在于:螺旋槽由一族并列的角形螺旋微槽组成,组成螺旋槽的角形螺旋微槽族的数量为n:0≤n≤∞、微槽族的形角为r:0≤r≤90°、微槽族的生成长度为1:0≤1≤Lg,Lg为螺旋槽的长度;微槽族的深度一般为(2~30)μm;螺旋微槽族底角或顶角的包络线可为直线、亦可为曲线。而由螺旋微槽族组成的数个螺旋槽可是人字形(鱼骨刺形)、或Y形、或三角复合形、或四菱交错形分布;环体端面的环形密封坝的对侧可设有与角形螺旋微槽族组成的数个具有一定深度的螺旋槽相通的、一径向宽度为bc(0≤bc≤B)的环形逆流渠,其深度与螺旋微槽族底角的包络线相等。
本发明的优点是:使螺旋槽端面机械密封的流体动压效应和逆流泵汲效应更加突出,进而增强其非接触运行的稳定性和可控泄漏的能力。

图中1为环形密封坝、2为由并列角形螺旋微槽族组成的螺旋槽、3为螺旋台、4为环形逆流渠。21为一族并列角形螺旋微槽组成的螺旋槽,n为并列角形螺旋微槽族的数量、1为角形螺旋微槽族的生成长度、r为角形螺旋微槽族的形角,a为角形螺旋微槽族的螺旋角、hg为螺旋微槽族的深度、Wg/Wr为螺旋微槽族组成的螺旋槽台周向宽度比、(Ro-Rg)/(Ro-Ri)为螺旋微槽族组成的螺旋槽坝径向长度比、(Ro-Rc)/(Ro-Ri)为螺旋微槽族组成的螺旋槽渠径向长度比、N为螺旋微槽族组成的螺旋槽数。
具体实施方式:
本发明采用机械或物理及化学等加工方法即可实现。在螺旋槽端面机械密封的环体端面上设有径向宽度为bd(0<ba=(Rg-Ri)或(Ro-Rg)<B,B为环体端面的径向宽度=的环形密封坝1及与其相连并沿径向向内或和向外延伸、且沿周向分布的数个具有一定深度的螺旋槽2和间隔等量的螺旋台3,见图1。其特征是每个螺旋槽2皆由一族并列的角形螺旋微槽(Triangular Micro-Grooves)21组成(图2)。由图3~4可知,组成螺旋槽的角形螺旋微槽族的数量为n、且0≤n≤∞;微槽族的形角为r、且0≤r≤90°;微槽族的生成长度为1、且0≤1≤Lg(Lg为螺旋槽的长度);微槽族的深度一般为(2~30)μm;而螺旋微槽族底角或顶角的包络线A可为直线、亦可为曲线。由螺旋微槽族组成的数个具有一定深度的螺旋槽可是人字形(鱼骨刺形)(Spiral Herringbone)、或Y形(Y-Spiral)、或三角复合形(Spural-Pluraling of Areas)、或四菱交错形(Intersecting-Spiral Areas)分布(图5~8)。环体端面的环形密封坝的对侧可设有与角形螺旋微槽族组成的数个具有一定深度的螺旋槽相通的、一径向宽度为bc(0≤bc≤B)的环形逆流渠(Up-Stream Channel)4,其深度与螺旋微槽族底角的包络线相等(图9~10)。由并列角形螺旋微槽族组成的螺旋槽2的螺旋角a、螺旋槽数N、螺旋槽深hg;与螺旋台3构成的槽台周向宽度比Wg/Wr、与密封坝1构成的槽坝径向长度比(Ro-Rg)/(Ro-Ri)及与逆流渠4构成的槽渠径向长度比(Ro-Rc)/(Ro-Ri)等诸参数(图10~11)的不同组合,可满足处理各种介质的流体机械在各种工况下对螺旋槽密封的不同性能要求。

Claims (4)

1.一种由角形微槽族组成的螺旋槽端面机械密封结构,它的密封环体的端面上设有一定径向宽度的环形密封坝及与其相连并沿径向向内或/和向外延伸、且沿周向分布的数个具有一定深度的螺旋槽,其特征在于:螺旋槽由一族并列的角形螺旋微槽组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种由角形微槽族组成的螺旋槽端面机械密封结构,其特征在于:组成螺旋槽的角形螺旋微槽族的数量为n:0≤n≤∞;微槽族的形角为r:0≤r≤90°;微槽族的生成长度为l:0≤l≤Lg,Lg为螺旋槽的长度;微槽族的深度为2~30μm;而螺旋微槽族底角或顶角的包络线为直线或者曲线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种由角形微槽族组成的螺旋槽端面机械密封结构,其特征在于:由角形螺旋微槽族组成的数个螺旋槽是人字形即鱼骨刺形、或Y形、或三角复合形、或四菱交错形分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种由角形微槽族组成的螺旋槽端面机械密封结构,其特征在于:环体端面的环形密封坝的对侧设有与角形螺旋微槽族组成的数个螺旋槽相通的、一定径向宽度的环形逆流渠。
