Abstract

Description

具有同步驱动单元的挤压设备和用于同步驱动的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有多个驱动单元的挤压设备,这些驱动单元的速度被同步,本发明还涉及用于使这些驱动单元同步的方法。
背景技术
挤压设备用于挤压热塑性塑料。为此热塑性塑料的原料作为颗粒或粉末通过一个进料装置给到一个运输蜗杆中,在其中材料被均匀混合和受热成塑。成塑的材料从蜗杆通过一个成型工具被挤压,并且得到的铸坯被一个拉出装置通过冷却装置排出。此方法适合于型材板条、管材、板材和类似物的生产。挤压设备-它也可由多个挤压单元构成-的单元通常被集中控制。
为了保持产品质量不变,挤压设备的速度调节是很重要的,所有驱动单元-例如成塑蜗杆、进料装置和排出通道-的速度被同步调节。在已知的同步方法中,一个单元的速度变化按比例地传递到其它单元上。然而由于数值计算精度,在当前的速度调节中这种方法会导致驱动速度的相互偏差。在其它方法中,同步可以从一个规定的最小速度开始进行,因为否则会导致各个单元之间的耦合因子的不精确计算。因此当有时速度降到最小速度以下时,同步不能持续进行,并且同步必需手动起动。
DE 198 59 348 A1公开了一种用于挤压机的控制和调节方法以及相应的挤压机。这种挤压机具有电动机,它们借助于频率调节被如此控制,使得排出通道链的轨道速度基本相同。
DE 196 51 427 A1公开了一种链接驱动***的位置和角度同步控制方法以及用于实施此方法的装置。这里单个驱动单元组合成一个驱动组,并且通过增量或编码的命令信号形式的节拍信号进行控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于给出一种用于使驱动单元同步的方法和一种具有同步驱动单元的挤压设备,这些驱动单元可以在整个速度范围内持续地同步。
上述任务通过一种用于使驱动单元同步的方法来解决,其中相应单元速度的额定值是相应单元的最大速度、相应的比值和一个对于所有单元都相同的同步因子的乘积,单元的同步速度变化通过改变同步因子来实现,并且单元之间的速度比例关系的变化通过相应比值的变化来实现。上述任务还通过一种具有多个驱动单元的挤压设备来解决,其中相应单元速度的额定值是相应单元的最大速度、相应的比值和一个对于所有单元都相同的同步因子的乘积,单元的同步速度变化通过改变同步因子来实现,并且单元之间的速度比例关系的变化通过相应比值的变化来实现。
按照本发明,一个驱动单元的速度额定值由该单元的最大速度、一个与单元有关的比值和一个对于所有单元都相同的同步因子的乘积得到。
额定值=同步因子·比值·最大速度
各个驱动单元的相对速度通过所述比值相互确定。在同步速度变化时同步因子发生改变,而比值保持不变,从而通过将同步因子从0改变到最大值,使得单元的速度可从静止被调节到最大速度。为了改变各单元之间的速度比例关系,调整一个或多个比值。可以在每个工作点上实现同步。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个挤压设备的已知结构,它具有进料装置1,进料驱动单元2,挤压蜗杆3,蜗杆驱动单元4,排出通道5和排出通道驱动单元(图中未示出)。
图2示出驱动单元随时间变化的速度。图中曲线6表示进料装置1的速度,曲线7表示蜗杆3的速度,以及曲线8表示排出通道5的速度。在时刻t0挤压设备被起动。在此时刻同步因子置为0,从而使所有单元的速度为0。假设所需的驱动单元速度的额定值是在时间段t1至t2之间的值。为了达到这些所需要的速度,在此时间段中各个驱动单元的输出值从生产起动开始(t0)连续提高,直至时刻t1达到所需要的额定值。为此同步因子从0开始连续增大,直至达到所需的额定值。因为驱动单元通常允许不同的最大速度变化,在图2中进料装置1、蜗杆3及排出通道5的最大速度变化分别用虚直线6’,7’和8’示出,负载最重的单元-在所示情况下是蜗杆3-的最大变化速度被用作变化速度。
在时刻t1达到所需的额定速度,并且此额定速度一直被保持到时刻t2。在时刻t2开始同步的速度调节,在t2至t3的时间段中驱动单元的速度同步下降,直至时刻t3达到所需的额定值。在此情况下变化速度同样也取为负载最重的单元的最大变化速度,在图示情况下取为蜗杆3的最大变化速度。在时间段t3至t4中速度重又保持恒定,直至时刻t4开始进行排出通道的驱动单元的非同步速度调节,这时排出通道的速度被降低,直至达到一个新的额定值,同时进料装置1和蜗杆3的速度保持不变。
通过减小排出通道的驱动单元的比值来实现所述的非同步的速度调节,并且在此情况下,直到达到新的额定值之前,输出值的变化速度由单个单元的最大变化速度(在此情况下为排出通道5的最大变化速度)所确定。
最高的比值最好被归一化为一个最大值,不能超过这个最大值,这样所有其它单元得到一个较低的比值。从而实现了最大的计算精度,并且同时避免了比值的溢出。相应的单元称为导出单元。如果同步因子被置为最大值,则导出单元达到其最大速度,同时其它具有较低比值的单元处在它们的最大速度以下。归一化的公式为:
对于一个同步的速度变化,使用者为一个单元给出一个新的额定值,由它计算出一个新的同步因子,此同步因子然后用于所有的单元,从而对所有单元求出新的额定值。在非同步的单个变化情况下,则由所需的新额定值计算出一个新的比值,同时所有其它值保持不变。
在实际中此方法可以用已知的用于速度等的传感器和一个可编程的控制和管理单元实现。当然所述方法也可用于具有其它的或更多的单元的装置上。

Claims (6)

1. 用于使驱动单元同步的方法,其特征在于,相应单元速度的额定值是相应单元的最大速度、相应的比值和一个对于所有单元都相同的同步因子的乘积,单元的同步速度变化通过改变同步因子来实现,并且单元之间的速度比例关系的变化通过相应比值的变化来实现。
2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所有单元的最高比值被归一化为一个不允许超过的最大值。
3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,根据一个额定值的变化求出在达到新的额定值之前具有预定变化速度的输出值。
4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在同步速度变化中,预定的变化速度由所有单元的最慢的最大变化速度所确定。
5. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在改变单个单元的额定值时,此单元的最大变化速度即为预定的变化速度。
6. 一种挤压设备,具有多个驱动单元和用于对所述驱动单元进行同步的可编程控制单元,其特征在于,所述可编程控制单元被设计为用于实现权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法。
