Abstract

本发明涉及一种排水型船舶的船体线型,在船体尾部0站向前的2至6站范围内,船体横剖面采用W型剖面,推进器位于船体尾部0站向前31/2至41/2站W型剖面船体的凹部内,使得在原动力不变的情况下,提高了排水型船舶的推进效率和航速,使推进器受到W型横剖面船体自身的保护,并提供了较大的回转力臂,提高了船舶的稳定性、耐波性和操纵性,尤其适用于内河和沿海大中型船舶。

排水型船舶的船体线型
本发明涉及一种排水型船舶的船体线型。
传统的尾推进方式和与此相适应的船体线型因受船体在航行时的影响,使得推进效率低,船速未能得到明显的提高,船体线型没有明显的改进。近年来,国内外在内河浅水船的设计中,当吃水在0.7~1.2米范围内时,尾部常采用隧道型线型,以发挥车叶更大的推力作用。
中国专利申请CN-GK86106368公开了一种将螺旋浆推进器置于船体尾部0站向前3~41/2站的船底部两侧的技术。
本发明的目的是提供一种能够适应使推进器的效率达到敞水效果的推进器位置的排水型船舶的船体线型,以便在原动力不变的情况下,大幅度提高排水型船舶的航速,使桨叶受到船体自身的保护,提高其稳定性、耐波性和操纵性。
设排水型船舶的总长为10站,本发明在船体尾部0站向前的2至6站范围内,船体横剖面采用W型剖面,即底部近似弧形,在底部与舭部连接处形成明显向船舱内弯曲的凹部,如同W型的横剖面。推进器位于船体尾部0站向前的31/2至41/2站W型剖面船体的凹部内,桨叶不超出船底,也不超出船舷边,这样,推进器桨轴和桨叶所处的水流近似为敞水流场,桨叶不受船体的影响,却受到船体自身的保护。
尾推进方式及传统的船体流线型设计所存在的问题是船尾部水流和船体产生分离现象,一方面使船尾流体压强降低,从而使推进器处于船体两侧向船尾推进器供水的伴流场中工作,使推进器效率比敞水流场中低20~25%,在尾推进器吸水作用所及的整个区域内,流体压强都要降低。为了消除尾推进方式和传统的船体流线型设计的不利因素,本发明统一考虑了船舶流线型与推进器敞水效率,打破了传统的设计方法,船后体的线型设计得较前体的肥大。由于本发明所说的推进器布置在W型凹部船体内,桨叶前后近似为敞水,桨叶工作在理想的流场中,推进器的诱导流体连续运动,使船尾水流压强增大,船体阻力降低、而且使推进器受到W型横剖面船体自身的保护,并且可以使船舶设计成超浅水船型,适应内河沿海的大中型船舶。
另外,本发明与现有的船舶相比,消除了推进器在伴流不均匀流场中产生的激烈振动和伴流场对推进效率的影响,也消除了推进器的空泡现象,使得推进器不易产生气蚀,延长了使用期,同时,推进器提供了较大的回转力臂,并大幅度提高了航速。
附图所示为本发明的排水型船舶的船体线型的一个实施例的横剖面图,其中WL1……设计满载水线,WL2……空载吃水线,1、2、3…10为船体的站位。从船首10站至船尾0站的船体横剖面线型设计,船首部至中部的线型比尾部的瘦狭,凹部位于舭部与底部连接处、采用Z型传动装置及其它牵引装置,桨叶处于W体内工作,位于船体总长的尾部0站向前31/2站,采用双桨,桨叶不超出船舷边和船底线。

1、一种排水型船舶的船体线型,其特征是,在船体尾部0站向前的2至6站范围内,船体横剖面采用W型剖面,即底部近似弧形,在底部与舭部的连接处形成明显向船舱内弯曲的凹部,如同W形的横剖面,推进器位于船体尾部0站向前的31/2至41/2站W型剖面船体的凹部内,桨叶不超出船底线和船舷边。
