Abstract

本发明公开了一种大流量双螺杆泵的圆弧螺杆齿形,齿顶圆与齿根圆一端间由延长摆线,节圆一端与齿根圆另一端由圆弧线,节圆另一端与齿顶圆另一端由圆弧线和外摆线组成的一种新型齿形的螺杆。用在螺杆泵中泄漏小,输出压力高,运行平稳,比流量大,承载力强,加工较易。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械零件设计加工技术领域,特别地,涉及一种大流量双螺杆泵的螺杆齿形。
背景技术
双螺杆泵螺杆的齿形有摆线齿形(专利号:99201251.1),阿基米德螺旋线螺杆齿形(专利号:96236524.6)及渐开线齿形等。但上述齿形的共同缺点是:1、比流量小,2、负荷能力小,3、密封线长。
本发明的齿形与上述各种齿形相比,在维持原压力基础上,比流量明显增大,而加工仍较方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种大流量双螺杆泵的圆弧螺杆齿形。齿顶圆与齿根圆一端间由延长摆线,节圆一端与齿根圆另一端由圆弧线,节圆另一端与齿顶圆另一端由圆弧线和外摆线组成的一种新型齿形的螺杆。用在螺杆泵中泄漏小,输出压力高,运行平稳,比流量大,承载力强,加工较易。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种大流量双螺杆泵的圆弧螺杆齿形,螺杆径向截面由齿顶圆弧线ed、延长摆线cd、齿根圆弧线bc、圆弧线ab、节圆圆弧线ag、外摆线fg和圆弧线ef组成;其中,齿顶圆弧线ed、齿根圆弧线bc和节圆圆弧线ag是具有同一圆心且半径分别为R、r、R0的圆弧。圆弧线ef是圆心为极径oe与节圆的交点,半径为R-R0的圆弧。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:
1.仅需一个螺距便可形成密封腔,结构紧凑,刚度高。
2.密封线长度短,密封性能好,泄漏少,贮油空间大,故比流量大,压力高。
3.工艺相对简单。
4.大幅增大螺旋角,因此,可大幅缩短螺杆长度。

具体实施方式
螺杆径向截面的形状,齿顶圆曲线为圆孤线,齿顶圆相反一侧的齿根圆曲线为圆孤线,齿顶圆和齿根圆中间一侧的节圆曲线为圆孤线,齿顶圆孤线端点和齿根圆孤线一端点间由延长摆线组成,齿根圆孤线另一端点和节圆圆孤线一端点间由圆弧线组成,齿顶圆孤线另一端点和节圆圆孤线另一端点间由圆弧线和外摆线组成;螺杆的头数n≥1,螺杆的长度大于两个螺距的长度。
下面结合附图详细说明本发明。
如图1、图2所示,螺杆径向截面的形状,齿顶圆曲线为圆孤线de,齿顶圆相反一侧的齿根圆曲线为圆孤线bc,齿顶圆与齿根圆中间一侧的节圆曲线为圆孤线ag,齿顶圆孤线de一端点d点和齿根圆孤线bc一端c点间由延长摆线cd组成,齿根圆孤线bc另一端b点和节圆圆孤线ag一端点a点间由圆弧线ab组成,齿顶圆孤线de另一端e点和节圆圆孤线ag另一端g点间由圆弧线ef和外摆线fg组成;螺杆的头数n≥1,螺杆的长度大于两个螺距的长度。
当螺杆2的节圆II沿螺杆1的节圆I作纯滚动时,如图3所示,螺杆2上与螺杆1上d点对应点d’的轨迹即为延长摆线cd,同样,螺杆2上点a’的轨迹即为外摆线fg,各段齿形曲线形成的方程如下:
1.延长摆线cd的形成:

如图1可知,如给定顶圆半径R和根圆半径r,便可确定延长摆线dc,如再给定顶圆圆弧de和根圆圆弧bc的弧度

两螺杆对应的啮合关系如图3所示:螺杆2齿顶圆d’e’对应的啮合曲线是螺杆1的齿根圆弧bc,点d’对应于延长摆线cd,齿根圆弧b’c’对应于齿顶圆弧de,点a’对应于外摆线fg,圆弧曲线a’b’对应于圆弧曲线ef,圆弧曲线e’f’对应于圆弧曲线ab。节圆圆弧a’f,对应于节圆圆弧af。反过来也一样。
如图4,图5所示,当两螺杆相对滚动时,杆2就会在杆1上形成空间啮合曲线1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9。
同样,螺杆1也会在螺杆2上形成相应的啮合曲线。由于滚动是连续的,这两条啮合曲线阻断了泵的输入腔和输出腔,且不断地向前推进,从而产生了压力流体。
上述一对啮合曲线的形成需要一个螺距长度,为了使输入腔和输出腔在整个运行过程中始终隔离,在一对啮合曲线中断前,必须形成另一对啮合曲线,因此,整个螺杆的长度应大于两个螺距。
上述实施例用来解释说明本发明,而不是对本发明进行限制,在本发明的精神和权利要求的保护范围内,对本发明作出的任何修改和改变,都落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种大流量双螺杆泵的圆弧螺杆齿形,其特征在于,螺杆径向截面由齿顶圆弧线ed、延长摆线cd、齿根圆弧线bc、圆弧线ab、节圆圆弧线ag、外摆线fg和圆弧线ef组成;其中,齿顶圆弧线ed、齿根圆弧线bc和节圆圆弧线ag是具有同一圆心且半径分别为R、r、R0的圆弧,圆弧线ef是圆心为极径oe与节圆的交点,半径为R-R0的圆弧;其中,所述延长摆线cd的曲线方程为:
