本发明公开了一种新型纳米银乳胶制品及其制作方法,该乳胶制品中含有纳米银粒子,由添加有纳米银的胶乳加工成型,或在成型乳胶表面涂覆添加有纳米银的润滑剂而制成。本发明制作工艺简单,制成产品除可阻隔细菌外,还可起到抑菌杀菌的作用,使用安全性大为提高,从根本上杜绝了细菌交叉感染的可能性,可广泛应用于安全套、手套等卫生要求严格的产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳胶制品及其制作方法。
背景技术
古今中外,在人类对自然界的认识还处于天园地方的时期,人类对银还没有科学的认识,只是依凭日常生活中频繁接触和使用各种银币、银制品而产生直观的感性的认识时期,就广泛地使用银器、银箔来治病疗伤,甚至用作保健药物。在生活中银常用于水和食物的保鲜防腐,在战争中用于疗伤愈创。在纯净水生产中载银活性炭用于查灭细菌净化水质,早已应用与***和各种纯净水净化工艺之中,其杀菌机理得到充分论证。
银是灰白色粉末,是比较稳定的物质,基本上不溶于水、盐酸和碱类,且本身的杀菌力不强。已知游离的银粒子或者银基团才是杀灭致病菌的活性因子。而银离子是不能单独存在于客观世界的带电粒子,要利用它就必须从某个制剂中释出银离子才可起作用。随着科学的进步和发展,缩短了科学技术更新换代的周期。自从20世纪90年代纳米技术的兴起和迅猛发展,银的抑菌感染领域的开发进入了新的阶段。仅经历了十余年的时间,各种银纳米粒子的制作及其在抑菌抗感染领域中的应用,得到了空前的发展。纳米银粒子的杀菌抗毒功效的临床研究报道愈来愈多,应用也日趋增多。纳米银粒子杀菌作用的原理是银离子具有与菌体中的酶蛋白的巯基-SH迅速结合的能力,使一些以此为必要基的酶失活而无法生存,从而达到杀灭细菌的目的,同时也具有治疗和预防细菌、真菌的作用。
而现有的乳胶制品,例如安全套、手套等,不能抑菌杀菌,仅能起到阻隔细菌的作用,一旦破损就失去保护作用,容易令使用者受到感染。因此如何能制造一种可抑菌杀菌的乳胶制品一直是业内研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型纳米银乳胶制品及其制作方法,其制作简单,可抑菌杀菌,使用安全性大为提高。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种新型纳米银乳胶制品,其特征在于:在成型胶乳制品表面涂覆添加有纳米银粒子的润滑剂。
以上所述的润滑剂为硅油。
以上所述的成型乳胶制品为安全套、手套。
一种新型纳米银乳胶制品的制作方法,其特征在于:按重量比称取0.1-1份纳米银粒子,在搅拌下加入到100份润滑剂中,同时加入分散剂,搅拌至均匀分散即得纳米银润滑剂,最后将制备好的纳米银润滑剂均匀涂覆于已成型乳胶制品表面即可。
以上所述的成型乳胶制品为安全套、手套。
本发明制作工艺简单,制成产品除可阻隔细菌外,还可起到抑菌杀菌的作用,使用安全性大为提高,从根本上杜绝了细菌交叉感染的可能性,可广泛应用于安全套、手套等卫生要求严格的产品。

具体实施方式
本发明是一种新型纳米银乳胶制品,该乳胶制品中含有纳米银粒子,由添加有纳米银的胶乳加工成型,或在成型乳胶表面涂覆添加有纳米银的润滑剂而制成。
具体地说,是指将1-300nm的纳米银粒子均匀分散到乳胶中(胶乳优选天然胶乳),形成纳米银胶乳,然后以此纳米银胶乳生产安全套、手套及其他乳胶制品等,从而发挥纳米银的杀菌作用。或者是将1-300nm的纳米银粒子分散到润滑剂中形成纳米银润滑剂,然后将这种纳米银硅油或者是纳米银润滑剂均匀涂覆到安全套、手套及其他乳胶制品表面,从而发挥纳米银的杀菌作用,并起到润滑和杀菌的目的。润滑剂可采用水性或油性润滑剂,优选硅油,最优选氨基硅油。
本发明的制作方法之一是由添加有纳米银的胶乳加工成型,其中新型纳米银胶乳包括天然胶乳和纳米银粒子,其重量比如下:胶乳100份;纳米银粒子0.1-1份。
实施例1:按重量比称取0.5份纳米银粒子,在搅拌下加入到100份胶乳中,同时加入适量分散剂,连续搅拌到纳米银完全均匀分散到天然胶乳中为止,然后将这种纳米银天然胶乳制成安全套、手套及其它乳胶制品。乳胶产品经透射电子显微镜检测的结果如下图1所示,由图1可见纳米银粒子在乳胶中分散均匀。
本发明的制作方法之二是在成型乳胶表面涂覆添加有纳米银的润滑剂而制成,其中包括硅油(或其他水性或油性润滑剂)和纳米银粒子,重量比如下:硅油(或者是其它水性或油性润滑剂)100份;纳米银0.1-1份。
实施例2:按重量比称取0.5份纳米银粒子,在搅拌下加入到100份硅油中,同时加入适量分散剂,连续搅拌到纳米银完全分散到硅油中为止,即得纳米银硅油,随之将制备好的纳米银硅油均匀地拌和涂覆于已经成型的安全套、手套及其它乳胶制品上,从而得到相应的纳米银安全套、手套及其它乳胶制品。经透射电子显微镜检测的结果如下图2所示,由图2可见纳米银粒子在涂覆于乳胶制品上的硅油中分散均匀。

1.一种新型纳米银乳胶制品,其特征在于:在成型胶乳制品表面涂覆添加有纳米银粒子的润滑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型纳米银乳胶制品,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为硅油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型纳米银乳胶制品,其特征在于:所述的成型乳胶制品为安全套、手套。
4.一种新型纳米银乳胶制品的制作方法,其特征在于:按重量比称取0.1-1份纳米银粒子,在搅拌下加入到100份润滑剂中,同时加入分散剂,搅拌至均匀分散即得纳米银润滑剂,最后将制备好的纳米银润滑剂均匀涂覆于已成型乳胶制品表面即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型纳米银乳胶制品,其特征在于:所述的成型乳胶制品为安全套、手套。
