本发明公开了一种机电定时器,它包括箱体及置于该箱体内的电机及单向传动装置,该电机的电机轴与单向传动装置连接,该单向传动装置与一棘轮结构连接,该棘轮结构与一手柄固连,该手柄的不同旋转位置的电压由一电压采集单元采集,该电压采集单元的输出端连接控制单元,该控制单元的输出端连接电机。通过单向传动装置和棘轮机构的设置,可以实现在任意位置的定时。

技术领域
本发明涉及定时器领域,尤其是关于一种应用于家用电器中的定时器。
背景技术
现有的家用洗衣机上一般设置有旋转开关,用户通过旋转该“旋转开关”实现定时的功能。但是现有的旋转开关存在如下缺点:成本高,智能性差:不能实现任意位置定时,不能快速自动旋转到‘关机’位置,且各位置的定时不可变,定时位置数量少。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够实现任意定时的机电定时器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该机电定时器包括箱体及置于该箱体内的电机及单向传动装置,该电机的电机轴与单向传动装置连接,该单向传动装置与一棘轮结构连接,该单向传动装置包括齿轮副和蜗轮蜗杆副,该电机传动该齿轮副,该齿轮副传动该蜗轮蜗杆副的蜗杆,该蜗轮具有多个内齿,相邻内齿之间形成内齿槽,该棘轮结构设有安装槽,该安装槽内安装有弹性件,该弹性件顶端支撑顶珠,该顶珠弹性卡入内齿槽,该棘轮结构与一手柄固连,该手柄的不同旋转位置的电压由一电压采集单元采集,该电压采集单元的输出端连接控制单元,该控制单元的输出端连接电机。
所述的安装槽、弹性件及顶珠均具有两组,且该两个安装槽同轴线,且该轴线与该棘轮的直径共线。
所述的齿轮副包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,该第一齿轮同轴固套在该电机的电机轴上,该第二齿轮与该第一齿轮啮合,该蜗杆与该第二齿轮一体且同轴线,该蜗轮还具有多个外齿,该外齿与该蜗杆啮合。
所述的手柄上固定***盘。
本发明的有益效果是,通过单向传动装置和棘轮机构的设置,可以实现在任意位置的定时。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图7,本发明机电定时器包括箱体1、手柄2及安装在该箱体1内的电机3和传动装置4。该箱体1由下壳体11和上盖12组成,该上盖12盖设该下壳体11并与该下壳体11之间形成一个收容腔13。该电机3固定在该收容腔13内,其具有电机轴31。该传动装置4包括第一齿轮41、第二齿轮42、蜗轮43及蜗杆44,该第一齿轮41较第二齿轮42小,该第一齿轮41同轴固套在该电机的电机轴31上。该第二齿轮42与第一齿轮41啮合。该蜗杆44与该第二齿轮42一体且同轴线。该蜗轮43呈环状,其具有外齿45和内齿46,该外齿45分布在同一个圆周上,其与蜗杆44啮合,该内齿46有三十二个,该内齿46等角度均匀分布在同一圆周上,且相邻内齿46之间形成有内齿槽47,该内齿槽47有三十二个。该蜗轮43与棘轮5配合。该棘轮5设有两个安装槽51,该两个安装槽51同轴线,且该轴线与该棘轮的一条直径重合,该两个安装槽51内均安装有弹簧52,该两根弹簧52的顶端均装有顶珠53,该两个顶珠53分别卡入两个内齿槽47中。该手柄2与该棘轮5一体并伸出该箱体1,且该手柄2的轴线与该棘轮5同轴线。另外,该机电定时器还包括码盘6和电路板7,该码盘6固定在该手柄2上,从而与该手柄2同步转动,且该码盘6上设有指针61。该电路板7上具有由电阻搭接成的环行电路,通过电压采集单元采集不同节点的电压,并经过A/D转换,送给单片机来判断各个旋转位置(即码盘的指针61指向不同的位置时,其对应电路板上不同的节点,从而对应不同的电压,由于蜗轮具有三十二个内齿,则使整个定时器具有三十二个定时位置);当单片机采集到不同位置的A/D信号时,由单片机输出驱动电机信号的有无来控制电机的启停,改变驱动信号的频率和占空比来调节电机的转速,从而实现定时。
当手动旋转手柄时:由于蜗轮和蜗杆具有单方向传动的特性(当设计合理时,转动可以从蜗杆传到蜗轮,而反过来时,转动不能从蜗轮传到蜗杆,此为蜗轮蜗杆的单方向传动特性),所以当手动转动手柄时,即传动方向为:手柄→棘轮→蜗轮→蜗杆时,蜗轮不能带动蜗杆而保持静止不动,棘轮克服被弹簧压紧的顶珠与蜗轮内齿之间的摩擦力,与手柄一起转动,同时发出“咔咔”的声音,由于蜗轮的内齿的数量为三十二,对应于三十二个手动选择位置,手动选择位置完成后,进入定时状态,由电机驱动,传动方向变为:电机→第一齿轮→第二齿轮→蜗杆→蜗轮→棘轮→手柄。
当传动方向为:电机→第一齿轮→第二齿轮→蜗杆→蜗轮→棘轮→手柄时,由控制单元控制电机的转速及启动和停止。电机带动安装在电机轴上的第一齿轮转动,第一齿轮带动第二齿轮,由于蜗杆与第二齿轮是一体的,所以蜗杆随第二齿轮一起转动,蜗杆带动蜗轮转动,蜗轮通过顶珠与蜗轮内齿之间的摩擦力,带动棘轮和手柄一起转动,按照程序设定的时间,旋转到下一个位置停止或继续转动。
本实施方式中,由于棘轮具有三十二个内齿和内齿槽,且手柄与该棘轮一体,所以该手柄具有三十二个定时位置。当手柄转动不同位置时,则输出不同的电压,从而根据电压,该单片机就能准确判断出手柄和码盘的准确位置。
本发明中,该机电定时器的时间设定通过自身软件设定,手柄转动到不同位置时,则运行不同的定时程序,定时时间也不同。由于具有三十二个内齿,则手柄具有三十二个不同的位置,对应三十二个不同的软件程序,从而对应三十二个不同的定时。

1.一种机电定时器,其特征在于:包括箱体及置于该箱体内的电机及单向传动装置,该电机的电机轴与单向传动装置连接,该单向传动装置与一棘轮结构连接,该单向传动装置包括齿轮副和蜗轮蜗杆副,该电机传动该齿轮副,该齿轮副传动该蜗轮蜗杆副的蜗杆,该蜗轮具有多个内齿,相邻内齿之间形成内齿槽,该棘轮结构设有安装槽,该安装槽内安装有弹性件,该弹性件顶端支撑顶珠,该顶珠弹性卡入内齿槽,该棘轮结构与一手柄固连,该手柄的不同旋转位置的电压由一电压采集单元采集,该电压采集单元的输出端连接控制单元,该控制单元的输出端连接电机。
2.按照权利要求1所述的机电定时器,其特征在于:所述的安装槽、弹性件及顶珠均具有两组,该两个安装槽同轴线,且该轴线与该棘轮的直径共线。
3.按照权利要求1所述的机电定时器,其特征在于:所述的齿轮副包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,该第一齿轮同轴固套在该电机的电机轴上,该第二齿轮与该第一齿轮啮合,该蜗杆与该第二齿轮一体且同轴线,该蜗轮还具有多个外齿,该外齿与该蜗杆啮合。
4.按照权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的机电定时器,其特征在于:所述的手柄上固定***盘。
