Description

在免提模式下切换移动电话机以发送/接收语音信号的方法
本发明涉及移动电话机,更具体地涉及切换移动电话机的方法以便有选择地发送或接收语音信号。
近年来,已开发出尺寸上更紧凑的移动电话机诸如折叠式电话机,这些电话机具有免提模式的附加功能,能使用户进行语音通信而不必将电话拿到耳边。但是,具有这种附加功能的常规移动电话机固有地有这种的缺陷,使得收到的话音信号可能经接收机的麦克风再发送到发送者的扬声器,因而由于啸叫现象混淆了其消息。而且,由于比其他信号更强的接收或发送的话音信号只是选择地被接收或发送,所以接收端的用户不能保证他经过麦克风输入的话音信号能发送给发送端的用户。
本发明的目的是提供一种切换移动电话机的方法,以使在免提电话机模式下有选择地接收或发送话音信号,以便防止接收的话音信号经接收机的麦克风再发送到发送方的扬声器中的啸叫现象。
根据本发明的一个方面,切换移动电话机以便在免提电话机模式下有选择地接收或发送话音信号的方法包括以下步骤:将从发送方接收的全速率话音数据量计数;如果全速率话音数据量超过预定值时,阻塞接收机的传输路径以便防止收到的话音数据经接收方的麦克风再发送到发送方。
现在仅参照附图利用示例来更详细地描述本发明。
图1是用于说明体现本发明方法的移动电话机的结构方框图;和
图2是用于说明根据本发明切换移动电话机,以便在免提电话模式下有选择地接收或发送话音信号的步骤流程图。
参考图1,微处理器112控制移动电话机200的全部功能。双工器200将从天线ANT接收的信号传送到无线电接收机102或经该ANT把发送机108的信号发送出去。无线电接收机102把非话音数据传送到微处理器112,把话音信号传送到话音处理器104。频率合成器106产生传送给微处理器112的载波抑制器信号,以便抑制对应于接收信道的接收的载波信号、和施加到无线电发送机108的发送机载波信号。无线电发送机108将来自频率合成器106的载波信号和来自话音信号处理器104的话音信号合并,以输出给双工器100。
话音信号处理器104将来自无线电接收机102的编码话音信号进行解码,经免提电话机部分107传送到扬声器SPK,并编码来自麦克风MIC的话音信号经免提部分传送到无线电发送机108。信号电平检测器122检测传送到微处理器112的发送和接收的话音信号。当收到铃流信号时振铃器114产生振铃音。存储器装置110包括用于存储微处理器112的控制程序的ROM、用于存储多个名字和电话号码的非易失性存储器、用于暂时存储操作移动电话时产生的数据。键盘输入部分118包括用于建立和终止通信和拨叫号码的各个功能键。显示器116显示字符和图像以代表移动电话机200的各种操作状态。
结合图1和图2,描述移动电话机200在免提模式下接收或发送话音信号的切换操作,在步骤201微处理器首先确定移动电话机200是否从发送方接收信号。当接收信号时,在步骤202微处理器控制振铃器114产生振铃音。从而,用户按下键输入部分118的按键用于建立通信联接,使得在步骤203微处理器112在发送方和接收方之间建立一个通信路径。
在步骤204,微处理器112确定移动电话机是否设定在免提模式。如果是,那么允许免提部分107使发送方和接收方在免提模式下通信。否则,微处理器112进行到步骤205以便在正常通信模式下操作移动电话机。随后,信号电平检测器122比较来自无线电接收机102的话音信号电平和来自话音信号处理器104的话音信号电平以便把较大的话音信号电平送到微处理器112。
当微处理器112接收来自无线电接收机122的话音信号时,进行到步骤206以通过阅读包含在其信息中的配置字节来检测收到的话音数据是否是全速率数据。通常,单独的一个话音数据有20ms长。如果在步骤206检测到接收的话音数据是全速率,那么微处理器112进行到步骤207以计数收到的话音数据的全速率值。连续接收话音数据直至计数的值达到预定值,微处理器112才确定是有效话音数据。接着,在步骤208,如果计数的全速率值超过预定值,那么微处理器112进行到步骤210以便控制来自麦克风的发送话音数据的速率。
根据语音数量大小,发送的话音数据被划分为四种速率例如全速率、1/2速率、1/4速率和1/8速率。此外,无话音信息的话音数据被称为空速率。为了控制发送的话音数据的分组速率,值‘1’被分配给配置字节的比特以代表话音数据当前是空速率,而代表其他速率的其余比特被全部分配给值‘0’。因此,对具有话音数据信息的配置字节不进行任何的改变。
随后,在步骤211如果通信终止时,微处理器112切断发送方和接收方的通信路径,否则返回到步骤206。同时,如果在步骤206接收的话音数据不是全速率时,微处理器112进行到步骤212以便确定计数值是否为‘0’。如果是,则直接进行到步骤211。否则,进行到步骤213以便将计数值减‘1’,返回到步骤206。或者,如果在步骤208计数的全速率值不超过预定值,那么进行到步骤209以便将计数值加‘1’,返回到步骤206。
因此,本发明的在免提模式下切换方法利用全双工操作来允许移动电话机在免提模式下起作用而不需要附加装置。它还减少了在VOX功能时中断通信的情形数量。此外,当另一方的话音数据以全速率发送到这一方时,这一方的话音数据有效地阻止了免提模式下的传输,使得其话音通信不被混淆。虽然本发明结合特定实施例并参照附图进行了描述,但本领域技术人员很明显地意识到可以进行各种修改和改变而不脱离本发明的精神。

Claims (2)

1.在免提模式下切换移动电话机以便有选择地接收或发送话音信号的方法,包括以下步骤:
计数从发送方接收的全速率话音数据块的数量;和
如果计数的全速率话音数据块的数量超过预定值,则阻塞所发送的话音数据的传输路径。
2.在免提模式下切换移动电话机以便有选择地接收或发送话音信号的方法,包括以下步骤:
确定从发送方接收的话音数据块是否处于全速率;
计数所接收的全速率话音数据块的数量;和
如果全速率话音数据块的数量超过预定值,则阻塞所发送的话音数据的传输路径。
