Abstract

微流量续灌管属于水工领域,尤其涉及农业节水灌溉中能全天候的根据作物生长的需要供水的生物型灌水器。其突破了传统意义上的间歇式轮灌灌溉理念,充分利用作物自身的生理特性和人体毛细血管对细胞的供血机理及毛细管吸水原理,当作物需水少时,由细长线4进入土壤的水就比较少;当作物需水多时,由细长线4进入土壤的水就较多,达到供需的最佳平衡状态。

技术领域
本发明的微流量续灌管属于水工领域,尤其涉及农业节水灌溉中能全天候地根据作物生长的需要,使土壤水份始终处于最适宜植物生长的动态平衡状态下的具有生物自然特性的的灌水器。
背景技术
水是农业发展的必要条件,缺水的问题已经成为制约世界经济可持续发展的瓶颈。在我国,这个问题尤其突出,大力提倡和实施农业节水灌溉、改善生态环境已成为我国的基本国策。当前的农业灌溉主要有大水漫灌、喷灌、微喷灌和滴灌等形式,所有这些灌溉方式在农业大面积使用时都是间歇式轮灌灌溉方式,及根据经验感觉作物需要水就开始灌水或用专用仪器进行测量,测量显示缺水,就开始灌水。所有这些灌水方式,都是被动式的灌溉,要么灌水不及时,使作物受旱,要么灌水过度,使作物受涝,严重影响了作物的产量和品质,还会造成深层渗漏,浪费水资源。本发明突破了这种传统意义上的灌溉理念,充分利用作物自身的生理特性,利用人体毛细血管为细胞供养的机理和毛细管吸水原理,实现了全天候根据作物的生长需要,动态平衡供水的全新的灌溉理念。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种利用作物自身的生理特性,结合人体供血机理及毛细管吸水原理,实现全天候根据作物的生长需要,高效供水的生物型灌水器。
本发明是这样实现的:微流量续灌管是由一定长度和直径的管状物形成输水通道,在管的内腔的一侧,封有同管的长度相等、直径小于管的直径的很多很细的丝状物构成的类似灯芯状的细长线,以及细长线同管的内腔相连的一定数量的进水孔和细长线同管的外部相通的一定数量的出水孔。细长线封在管的内腔的一侧是靠管自身的一部分管壁利用物理或化学的方法紧密结合在一起的长短不一的不连续的细长条实现的。在管的内腔充满水后,水通过细长线同管的内腔相连的一定数量的进水孔进入到细长线里,细长线里的水在毛细管吸水原理的作用下通过细长线同管的外部相通的一定数量的出水孔流出,进入土壤,灌溉作物。
由于采用了上述方案,在供水过程中受作物根区水势影响,当作物需水少时,由细长线进入土壤的水就比相对少;当作物需水多时,由细长线进入土壤的水就相对多,达到供需的最佳平衡状态,实现按需供水的目的。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如图1-1和1-2所示,微流量续灌管由一定长度和直径的管状1形成输水管道并充满水,在管1的内腔的一侧,是由管1自身的一部分管壁利用物理或化学的方法紧密结合在一起的长短不一的不连续的细长条2封住的同管的长度相等、直径小于管的直径的很多很细的丝状物构成的类似灯芯状的细长线4,水由长短不一的不连续的细长条2形成的进水孔5进入细长线4,在毛细管吸水原理的作用下,水通过管1壁上的出水孔3流入土壤对作物进行灌溉。
实施例二:如图2-1和2-1所示,微流量续灌管由一定长度和直径的管状1形成输水管道并充满水,在管1的内腔的一侧,是由管1自身的一部分管壁利用物理或化学的方法紧密结合在一起的长短不一的不连续的细长条2封住的很多截一定长度、直径小于管1的直径的很多很细的丝状物构成的类似灯芯状的细长线4,水由长短不一的不连续的细长条2形成的进水孔5进入细长线4,在毛细管吸水原理的作用下,水通过管1壁上的出水孔3流入土壤对作物进行灌溉。

Claims (8)

1.微流量续灌管,其特征是由一定长度和直径的管(1)的内腔的一侧,封有直径小于管(1)直径的很多很细的丝状物构成的类似灯芯状的细长线(4),细长线(4)的长度同管(1)的长度相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微流量续灌管中的细长线(4)是由很多很细的丝状物构成,丝状物的粗细不同和丝状物之间的距离不同,可以制成适合不同作物和土壤的各种规格的微流量续灌管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微流量续灌管中的细长线(4)的长度可以是很多截一定长度细长线构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微流量续灌管中的管(1)的两侧或多侧封有细长线(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微流量续灌管中细长线(4)被封在管(1)内腔的侧面是依靠管(1)自身的一部分管壁利用物理或化学的方法紧密结合在一起的长短不一的不连续的细长条实现的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的微流量续灌管中细长线(4)可以是依靠其他方式固定在管(1)的外壁上,实现同封在管(1)内壁方式同样的效果。
7.根据权利要求1所述的微流量续灌管中的管(1)每段中的进水孔(5)是4个或4个以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的微流量续灌管中的管(1)每段中的出水孔(3)是1个或1个以上。
